部屋は清潔で、広く装備自体も整っているんですが、トイレの床がカビていたり、テレビ下の壁紙？が剥がれていたり、洗面所と浴室の照明スイッチが、テレコに表示されていたり、何故かあと少しって感じが、本当に残念です。 ついでに雨の時に、傘を置くための傘立てを装備して欲しいです。 さらに表示

非常に満足
総合的にはオススメできますが、気になった点もあるので書きます。 ■よかった点 ・駅から近い(御堂筋線/四ツ橋線　大国町駅) ・部屋は全体的には掃除されていて、綺麗である。 ・風呂場が清潔さを保たれていてよかった ・近くにコンビニがある ・新世界が近いので串カツとか食べられる ・アメニティ系が一通りそろっている ・ベッドのシーツ、タオルは非常に清潔でよかった。 ・風呂場のテレビがよかった。 ・ハンガーなどが充実しており洗濯可能だった。 ・WiFiは動作影響なかった。（民泊では無線接続できてもInternetに出れないとかあるので） ・3人なのに誤って6人で予約したが、それを伝えたら即時処理をしてくれたので良い対応だった。　（お騒がせしました） ・グラスや皿などが充実していたので朝食が捗った。 　→温かい飲み物用にマグカップ（チンできるように）があればベターであった ■気になった点 ・クイーンベッド×３だが、うち一つはシングル×２＝クイーンだった 　→寝る分には問題ないが実質シングルだった。寝る分には問題ない。 ・テレビの配線などがむき出しだったりして、ちょっと気になる 　→気になるだけで動作上は問題ない。 ・ところどころ壁紙やガラスが黒ずんでいたり、汚れが目立っていた。 　→以前の宿泊者が付けた汚れとかだと思われる。洗面台の壁紙もはがれていた。 ・特にバルコニーとクローゼットのレールが汚い。前者はタバコの吸い殻とか転がってる。 　→バルコニーに出ることはないので問題ない。レールもまあ見なければ・・・ ・チェックイン時に全員分の住所などの入力をタブレットで実施するが、これが面倒。 　→事前にメールなどで情報送信できればよかった。 さらに表示

Pros: - spacious - washing machine - blow dryer Cons: - the instructions on how to enter the building was not sent to us prior to the trip. because of this, we had to wait for an hour outside the building while waiting for them to reply. - the check-in is with a tablet on the 6th floor of the building. it took us 30 mins before we were able to enter the room because the tablet was lagging. this should be done in the room when we're all settled in already - wifi was not working - heater in one aircon was not working - apparently, hot water was limited. so we had to shower quickly so that there is enough hot water for everyone さらに表示

The sound proofing of this building is totally out.we can hear people talking on upstair floor.As we bring children,how can u control your 3years old kid to make noise.i will not come again here.this is the 1st time i received complain from neighbors.totally unacceptable さらに表示

The hotel is near to the Subway station. There is a Familymart next to the hotel. However, the location is hard to find. Moreover, the cleanliness need to be improved as there are scraps of hair on the floor when we arrived at the hotel room. さらに表示

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We did not have any problem with the self check in and check out, actually it was really hassle free and convenient for both parties. The location is super okay because it is near Daikukucho station and Shin-Imamiya station. Also, it is accessible to a nearby family mart and restaurants! We were very disappointed to this hotel. Check-in instructions were not sent by the owner prior to the date of check in. It's hard to communicate, they did not respond when we were there. waited 2 hours to figure out how to check in. Good thing my auntie messaged them and they sent the instructions via picture. Check in is in the 6th floor. good thing they have a neighbor in the laundry shop who provided us the code in the entrance gate. No free wifi in the lobby so we were not able to contact them. The place has a new name called Hermitage instead of Grandouce Imamiyaebisu. Very hard to find because of change name. We do not recommend this hotel. さらに表示

wifi information provides in the room are so confused, provides at least 3 wifi names and passwords all couldn't connect. NO HOT WATER! the hot water could only for one person to use, strong not recommend for groups to stay here. Staff seems not to trust what we report to them, then came to our room to check and found out it is the water heater's problem. Luckily, they provide us another room for shower, shower only. They couldn't provide us another room where the issue still happens during the rest days of our stay. さらに表示

Hot water & airconditioning/heater available Cons: need to figure out how to get to the closest train station entrance (daikokucho station-350m away). The room is totally much more smaller than the photos above. Location is far from JR station with 13-15minutes walk but it is 5minutes walk from Nankai Line station. Cleanliness can be improved. Plenty of food around with 8-10minutes walk. During our midnight check in, we had used more than an hour to figure out how to check in although instructions were given, it didn't work and no one there to help because it was a self check in system. This was the worst experience in checking in in my entire life. After an hour of trying we finally got to enter the main lobby autogate to take the lift to the self check in floor which located at 6th flr. From there, we encountered another issues of filling up all the personal required details. The system was fail again and again. We tried to get help via a help button at the self check in system, it didn't work at all. After 30 minutes of trying, finally we got to entire our room. At least 13minutes walk from JR ShinImamiya Station but 5 minutes walk to Nankai Line ImamiyaEbisu Station. We had a horrible self check in through their system. It took us about 1 hr plus to check in although we tried to look for help, everything was just through the check in IPad system. No help button at the system or someone there to assist. Everything will be on your own. The room comes with aircond/room heater, washing machine but without clothes dryer, microwave, fridge and with minimum toiletries. Toilet and bathroom are inside the room. No housekeeping and towels exchange for most of the accommodations in Japan. The surrounding environment was noisy due to some other guests were talking loudly early morning 5-6am or late night. There are convenience stores and restaurants around. Food is not an issue. Cleanliness can be improved and we found out that there was a towel left inside the room by the previous guests without clean up by the house keeping. さらに表示
