Probably the best stay at our Japan Trip in 2019. Bang for your buck with all amenities included (soap, shampoo, kitchen set, laundry, hot water)! Seriously recommended if you travel as a couple. Room is quite small but enough for 2 person and not forgot to mention how clean it is It is around 400m to the nearest train station and only 2 stop away from Namba Station. Nearest tourist spot is Kuromon market which is about 1km away only. さらに表示

Small but super nice apartment. Check is super easy. Quiet neighborhood but not far from some nice places to visit. Comfy bed, great internet. Highly recommend. Be aware of the cleaning fee! Agoda should advertise this more clearly. さらに表示

clean room, okay location. but the check in procedure is totally nightmare. no one at the front desk and no phone at all. they told me will send me the check in code the but I didnt received anything until now. I had to used my expansive roaming to call them for the check in. second, one of the young man staff told me that I able to check out late before 12pm but the next day I been scolded by an old lady because of exceeded their check out time. I told her that I've been told that I able to check an hour late due to the late flight but she said there is no such thing and they will never allow that. I was confused and mad. さらに表示

Great hotel. Very new and clean. I would definitely choose to stay again, walking distance to dotomburi. However if using the train it is a little bit pricey as each trip costs about 200-300 yen if you are using the station line. さらに表示

This place was amazingly great! Bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom was so spacious and beautiful. Everything you could need was there. The only problem I had was that there wasn't really any place for you to eat. There is a desk available (though is was a little too close to the bed so it was difficult to move out the chair to sit on) and it was a bit small. Also, before checking in there is a bit of a contract you have to sign with rules that are a bit strict but understandable. I do wish they sent a copy of this contract to my mail because there was a lot to remember. Also, I do wish they had more instructions on how to use their washer lol. We were able to figure it out but it may be difficult for people who don't speak or read Japanese. All in all, this place was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again! さらに表示

非常整潔乾淨, 有盥洗用具, 還有洗衣機+免費洗衣粉可以使用 洗好衣服曬在浴室裏, 開啟乾燥設定隔天衣服就可以穿了, 也有廚房, 微波爐熱水壺跟冰箱, 非常方便 由於我們是買JR PASS, 這裡離JR的站比較遠 要走15-20分鐘, 可能會比較辛苦 但設施實在是太棒了 さらに表示

第二次住這個地方是因為第一次住的時候有很好的印象～ 雖然要走一小小段路但覺得住宿地乾淨單純～ 這次帶老公出遊訂了2人房～結果卻只有一張單人床和一張看似能當沙發床的沙發椅？ 需要自己鋪床就算了～沒想到沙發椅打開後中間會有個鐵槓根本無法平躺～ 導致整個旅程都很克難的捲曲在地上睡覺，總之不會再去這裡住宿了～ さらに表示

優點: 建築物新, 有電梯; 附近為住宅區, 環境很清靜; 步行10分鐘有玉出超市, 方便採購; 房內光亮整潔, 2張單人床很舒適; 設備非常齊全, 免治馬桶, 乾濕分離浴室, 浴室寶(換氣, 乾衣), 廚房, 洗衣機, 垃圾桶也提供2個, 還有一個很大的露台; 特別稱讚房內大衣櫃, 提供很多衣架及夾子。 缺點: 首先你要到難波站的KEY CENTER取鎖匙; 房間間格跟相片不一樣, 馬桶位置在浴室門口前面, 使用上有點奇怪, 房內擺放設計上令我們不能同時半打開2個大行李箱; 酒店位置離地鐵站不近, 路途有斜坡, 提大型行李比較辛苦; 附近沒有便利店, 需到地鐵站附近才有。 建議: 取匙的服務人員態度有待改善, 取匙時只提供了房匙,地圖及退房方法, 並沒有告知地下的大門也是用房匙開啟, 雖然我們沒有因此受到困擾, 但你不能預設所有旅客都是聰明的; 在詢問房內備品是否足夠時態度有點不屑, 請考慮旅客的擔憂, 因為你的KEY CENTER不近, 就算提供了電話聯絡我們也會怕未能及時解決; 由於入住期間不提供清潔服務, 建議提供簡單打掃用品, 可以讓連續多天入住的旅客自行打掃。 さらに表示
