古いホテルだけど、リフォームされたみたいで、部屋はすごくきれいで、畳の香りもいいし、住む心地がよかった。部屋から洞爺湖の景色と夜の花火が見えて、素敵だった。 おかげで、お得な旅行ができてよかった。 さらに表示

小学生の子供連れで利用しました。 お部屋からは花火がよく見えますし、目の前の遊歩道でされていた小さな縁日にも歩いてすぐ行けました。 ただ古さは否めませんし、部屋にトイレが無いので不便といえば不便です。 小さな洗面台はありますが、なぜか鏡が小さな鏡の集合体？で、見にくいです。 スタッフの方々も良くも悪くもない接客態度で、お宿相応といった感じです。 宿泊客は中国人、韓国人が多く、少し騒がしいです。 温泉はとても熱く、子供は入れませんでしたが、私は気持ちよく利用出来ました。 安さ重視の方にはおすすめしますが、それ以外の方にはあまりおすすめできません。 さらに表示

agodaでは、子供の年齢６歳までは、入力しても無意味です、食事が用意されませんよ。でも朝食スタッフは、良い方でした。豪華ではありませんが、美味しいです。 お部屋にトイレと浴室が無くても大丈夫な方には、おすすめです。温泉浴場がありますので。トイレは、共同です。 立地は、最高です。 駐車場が少ないので、縦列駐車になることがあります。 全体的には、満足です。ありがとうございました。 さらに表示

The young Japanese guy with specs was rude to us when we were doing some work at the dining area. We realised that they only prepared 3 pax room where we are a family of 4. They omitted 1 bed sheet, 1 yukata, 1 pillow case and 1 blanket. Despite asking them 3 times, they did not do anything properly. Room was clean and spacious. Really loved the view of the lake from the room and thoroughly enjoyed the fireworks at night from our room. Onsen was of decent size but was disappointed they only provided 2in1 shampoo and body wash. Not sure if the hotel is easily accessible because we drove to the hotel but along the street, the hotel was nicely situated in the middle and we could walk to 7 eleven and pharmacy easily as well as to find food. Only down side is the shared toilet and bathroom. Would have loved it more if we had a private toilet. さらに表示

One of the lower end hotels in the town, perfect for travellers on a Budget! There was also a small onsen where you can take a shower and dip if the room has no bathroom attached. We also had breakfast, which was a bento meal and it was a delicious! The hotel is located next to the lake where you can walk out and view the summer night fireworks. Great stay! さらに表示

It seems that non-smoking room can be booked. No!!! This hotel is smoking hotel so please expect smoking room. The staffs are good. He provide air refresher to make the room smell better. However, smoking room is still smell bad. The food and onsen in hostel are not very well. Do not expect traditional authentic thing here. さらに表示
