在熊本城附近，距离熊本モンスクエア很近，不超过10分钟，离商业街和ドンキーホーテ也不远，吃饭购物观光都很方便，但熊本駅离市区好远啊，需要转车过去，而且不能搭乘jr线路 さらに表示

ロケーションは良かったです。3号線沿いなので、ビジネスの目的地までアクセスしやすかった。今回はこの観点から選択したものです。ただ、場所自体はわかりにくかったので、近くまで来て電話をしてたずねたのですが、若い社員の説明が要領を得ず、困りました。ある程度、ホテルの場所の説明のフレーズを決めて社員に徹底しておくべきではないかと思いました。部屋は狭いです。特にバスルームが狭く、トイレットペーパーのでっぱりで何度も腰を打ちました。良かった点は、歯ブラシが使いやすいものを採用していたことと、朝のバイキングがおいしいことでしょう。感謝。 さらに表示

急な宿泊で、とにかく寝るだけ！とのことで予約しました。廊下の音は漏れ聞こえます。

空港からバスで桜町ターミナルの一つ前で降りて5分かからないが、途中に有名な天外天というラーメン屋さんがあるので、立ち寄ってホテルに向かいました。チャーシューがとろける感じでおいしかった。
ホテルは、買い物や街歩きにも便利な場所だが、直ぐ脇に市内のバス停があるので便利。

単純に「宿泊」のみの利用でした
ダブルベット一台で親子三人なんとか睡眠できましたが、次回があるならば子供も大きくなっていることでしょうし、ワンランク広い部屋を利用したいと思います
予約上では「朝食なしプラン」でしたが、実際はすべてのプランに朝食がついているということで。美味しい朝食を食べることができてよかったです さらに表示

The hotel is situated near a tramway station (it's about 20 minutes from Kumamoto Station and you can walk to the Kumamoto Castle). The staff is helpful and the room was really nice and clean!
You should also check their drinks machine, you can buy camembert from it... I don't know what to say since I'm French... :') さらに表示
terrible non-smoking room. we live in 8th floor which should be no-smoking level. but, we smells smokes all the time. the window cannot be opened for any small inch (for fresh air). the air-fan in the bath room is not working. the air-con blows smoking smell all the night. さらに表示

hotel is not spacious and seems difficult to accommodate two persons in a double room. however it is closed to shopping center, easy to access to transportation center さらに表示
One of the staffs' attitude was awful when we were parking the car. He came out to the car park with angry and fierce looking telling we are restricted to park there. Smelly and aged rooms. Not recommend! さらに表示

One staff in the lobby can speak mandarin, it is good for those not good in english.
The breakfast provided is not bad, home-made style.
This hotel is quite a self service hotel, you need to get the commodity in the lobby.
One good thing is the staff give up some mask as souvenir.

rooms are sticked together too close so you can hear every single things in your rooms. even people talking in the hallway really disturbed us.
please consider the location of the hotel too. the hotel is located a bit far from the main city and you might find a little difficult to find the hotel.
