予約しましたが アゴダの普通で ダブルブッキングして こちらのホテルを紹介して いただきましたが たいへん良く対応していただきました。 アゴダの対応が悪く 一日、ホテルを探しました。 チョクインも、アゴダの対応が 悪く、三十分以上かかりました。 以前、アゴダでキャンセル無料 でも、クレジットカード払いが 引き落とされたことが あります。 もし、また、二重払いとか アゴダがした場合も ホテルでいろいろ対応してくれると言われました。 たいへん、スタッフも施設も いいホテルです。 さらに表示

昨年オープンされたホステルで、非常にきれいな建物です。 チェックインの際も、非常に気持ちよく対応していただきました。 3階のドミトリーです。ベッドもしっかりしています。ギシギシという音は、全くなかったです。 ベッドの入口と、一番奥のマクラの横に、電灯のスイッチがあり、便利でした。コンセントが1つと、USBのA端子もありました トイレが4つ、シャワールームが2つ、洗面所が、廊下にありました。水回りも、非常にきれいで、ウォッシュレットも完備されています。 朝食は、1階の奥の食堂で、簡単なバイキングを、朝7時からいただけました。 コンビニも近くにありますよ。 おすすめの宿ですね。 さらに表示

女性専用エリアの2段ベッドの部屋に母と宿泊しました。 部屋には洗面台があるだけのシンプルなお部屋でしたが、寝るだけなら問題なかったです。部屋にトイレが無いことが、母はとても気になっていたようですが、実際に使ってみるとトイレもとてもきれいでしたし隣の音も全く聞こえないような空間になっていました。 共用のシャワールームも同じく清潔で、使いやすかったです。 泊まった日はかなり寒い日でしたが、部屋のエアコンが冷房のONかOFFしかできず、暖房にする操作ができないようになっていた為、夜は持っていた薄手のダウンジャケットを着て寝ました。 立地は錦市場に近く、食事を取れる場所もたくさんありますし地下鉄やバスを利用するにも便利だと思います。 朝食はシンプルなビュッフェながらも十分でした。 7時から朝食が開始とのことで、5分前にテーブルで待っていました。スタッフが準備しており、待っているのは分かってるはずなのに時間が過ぎても「どうぞ」の一言もなく取っていいのか分かりませんでした。 その辺の声がけをもう少ししっかりして頂きたかったなぁと思います。 あとは、スタッフが私服なので、聞きたいことがあってもお客さんとスタッフの見分けがつきにくかったです。 外国人のお客さんの方が断然多く、夜中まで少々にぎやかでした。 GWの宿泊代としては破格の安さでしたので、トータルでは満足しています。 同じくらいの値段で取れればまた次も利用したいと思います。 さらに表示

2018年春にオープンしたホステル。レシェプション=フロントから綺麗で清潔感あって、グッド‼一つ残念なのは、喫煙場所がないってこと。河原町〜烏丸、御池〜三条エリアは歩行喫煙禁止で、泊まる所ぐらいは喫煙エリア作って欲しい!!屋上とかあれば、嬉しい具合。その他は問題ナシ〜!!格安で泊まれて満足。セキュリティはカードkeyで自分の部屋まで3度のチェックがあり安心かな〜‼。喫煙の問題が解決すれば、また利用したい所。今回はありがとうございました〜。 さらに表示

当方の都合で予約を当日夜にキャンセルしたのですが、 大変丁寧に対応していただいた上、 グリッズさんからの申し出で、 宿泊料金の返還ができないかどうかまで調べてくださった親切に感謝です。 館内の設備については不明ですが、 スタッフさんの丁寧なご対応、 京都の街自体のきれいさ、 料金のリーズナブルさは高く評価してもいいかと。 未記入項目はシステム上送信できないようなので、 清潔さ・設備＆サービスは便宜上星をつけておきます。 次回京都に行く機会があったときには、是非改めて予約したいと思っています。 さらに表示

ロケーションは抜群です。 ゲストハウスとカプセルホテルの中間的な部屋だなと思います。 見た目はカプセルですが、上の人の動きとかわかる感じで二段ベッドの感じです。 タオルや歯ブラシは忘れずに持参しましょう さらに表示

fresh smelling rooms. although both my kids had huge bug bites after the first night. requested for a turndown service but only got the trashbins emptied and towels replaced. used cups and beds were untouched. got 3 toothbrushes in different colors for easy identification (first time to get that). huge fridge by the common area to store food. would stay here again. さらに表示

I have no question toward the cleanliness of this hotel, it is the true Japan standard! I booked a private room with bathroom. The room wasn't spacious but enough for two persons packing medium luggage bags. The toilet is surprisingly bigger than expected. I also booked this place with free breakfast and it was simple breakfast but delicious. They also offer laundry but you need to pay. Staff are helpful so do not hesitate to ask them. Next, kudos for the superb location! 3 mins walk to the Nishiki Market which will later connect to larger shopping districts (Nishiki, Tenmari, Shinkyogoku). All these places are walkable distance. The closest subway station is Kawaramachi, overall this hotel is located in the central of Kyoto where it is convenient to many attraction places in Kyoto. The furthest we went only take about 30+ mins of train ride for Fushimi Inari Temple and Arashiyama. Will come back for this again. さらに表示

Hostel is very nice, well-organised, well-equipped. Receptionist is really friendly and much helping. there are so many foreigners staying there but it's quiet adn very tidy, you can find everything you need in this hostel :) Hostel is next to Nishiki market, however, you know Kyoto is an old city so less activities and all shops/restaurants are closed soon, you should have dinner sooner than usual to have more choices. さらに表示

Because this is a hotel-hostel do not expect a homey feel of a kitchen and/or walking to the lobby kitchen in your pjs. Great front desk staff, super helpful and they care. Beds are comfortable, good pressure in the showers. Downtown location right next to famous market. さらに表示

We didn't expect the hostel to be as spectacular as it was. We had our own private unit and it was in great condition, spotless and almost seemed like we were the first to ever stay in the unit. Hotel located nearby shijokawaramachi ,that you can go shopping without walk to far. The facilities are new because hotel just remodeled recently, you don’t need to worry WC or shower rooms will not enough for each floor to use, but maybe have to concern the quality of the visitors lol , I found out the girl (because I stayed at the female only floor) who use the shower room before me had use blazer to shaved something and left at the shelf is very disgusting!!!!! People work at the front desk are welcome and friendly, but they had strict rule with the check in time,you won’t get your room key before 4 pm but it’s okay to me. さらに表示
