4月に女性専用の階ができたようでお部屋のなかはとてもキレイでした。冷蔵庫や洗濯機も自由に使えました。ただ冷蔵庫の中がキムチ臭かったので買ってきたものを入れるのにためらいました。女性専用の階の上の階にはキッチンなどもありそこも自由に使えます。タオルやリンス、シャンプーも置いてあるので素泊まりもできますね(^ー^)ほんとに清潔でスタッフの方も優しく居心地よかったです。 さらに表示

地の利、金額を考えるとコスパ最強の宿だと思います。マイナスポイントとしては就寝する時に枕元で携帯の充電が出来ない事。風呂場の排水口が詰まってて水が逆流してくる事。エントランスの3Fまで階段のみでエレベーターはなく重い荷物があるときはかなりキツい事。そのぐらいです。それらを差し引いても値段、地の利を考えればコスパは良いと思いました。布団は清潔でフワフワでした。 さらに表示

Basic room rules, strict check-in and check-out time. Has all the basic amenities. Owner has restaurant and location recommendations. Was able to have the whole floor to ourselves for some days (only the 2 of us) so everything was smooth. Had 1 night where all beds were occupied, no issues except towel shortage. + Good location with lots of convenience stores around. + 5 minutes from the subway. + 20 minute walk to the lively Dombotori area. * Value stay - The beds are not the most comfortable. - Property could be cleaner but it’s of average cleanliness. I have seen some very bad reviews on this hostel and understand why they do this. It's a apartment kind flat, two floors with dorm n private rooms. The reason the host not allow checkin after 11pm is to ensure quietness for the customers to sleep. I would say it's one of the quietness hostel I have ever stayed. Awesome. The one who pick me up speak very good English and polite. Impressive. The downside maybe a little far from namba or shinshinbashi which not big problem to me. I love there! さらに表示

The host let me check in in the morning and I feel so relief due to the sunlight is really strong outside ^^ I like this place, really clean and have space in room. They have many layout for room and lovely decor. Even the host seem so impolite at the first time when I check in, but he really kind (maybe his english is not good so you will feel his word is so impolite ^^ but it's not the problem ^v^ feel free to ask him anything) I will come back if have any occasion :D さらに表示

The location was quite far and it was hard to locate the exact place. But the owner was accomodating and the room was small but it has heater, TV, Wifi, and comfortable beds. Will stay here again next time. さらに表示

The host is terrible. We reached there around 11:30pm as was difficult to get to this guesthouse and the host not allowed us to check in even we have paid as he said check in time is only up to 11pm which we are not being informed in earlier (the host only hang the check in condition at the door). Two Japanese youngstef also facing the same treatment like us. He then chase us out from his premise and throw our luggages on the floor also. We were asked for money refund but he refuse to and called the police but at last police also stand on his side even the host scold us in bad words in front of police. This was worst and terrible experience we ever have in our travel life. End up, we two ladies have to rest at the road side with cold weather as all hotels are full. Finally, from my bottom of my heart, please do not consider this guesthouse. Remark: this is only a small tiny guesthouse and not a hotel as stated in Agoda!!!! さらに表示

Our flight was a bit late so we were worried if we arrived later after check in time. We've emailed them a couple of times but there were no replies. As expected we arrived after check jn time (at 11pm bcs of flight delays and stuff) and we couldnt check in. When we arrived around 12am, there were a piece of paper sticked on the door saying that we should check in the day after at 10am.... im pretty sure the notice was there purposely for us bcs there wasnt any notice the night after and so on. Honestly, they could have replied our email so that we could get ready to sleep somewhere else first. Thank god there was another guest house near shinsaibashi that accepted check ins late at night (booked for the night through booking.com). Checked in in the morning as per said. We got a huge room with four bed, the room was very spacious. The toilets were clean too. The bed was a little but uncomfortable because it was already very thin (needs new mattress). Location is very near to two subways so that was easy for us to go to town and other train stations. Check out was also easy. Internet in japan is great. But the room needs fresh air, i kept on sneezing everytime i came back to the guest house (i am very sensitive to dust) Overall everyrhing is fine except my experience with their check in (please reply to people emails) さらに表示

staff was impolite during conversation. if you check in after 11pm, you will end up overnight by road side. Never believe the staff will wait you until 12am. staff changed mind and only allowed me to check in until 11pm at super last min. So,I end up without accommodation. Pros- this hotel can see Fuji san. I think it is great for this price. It have a private onsen. Cons- difficult for contact staff to pick up because you have to ask staff at souvenir shop for calling to staff at hotel. Souvenir shop close at 5 pm. This hostel near the train station for exit 3. It's very convenient. It's really suitable to backpacker, especially for the women. If you are want to go there for shopping and have a lot luggages, I suggest you don't live there. Because there are train station for exit 3 is not elevator. You need to walk a lot of stairs. The environment is great and good for sleep. The hostel supplies all kind of washing appliance, towel and hair dryer. If you need to keep the luggages is for free before talk wiht hostel host. Very quick check in but everything was told. I was alone in the entire place during my stay, so I had the room for myself. It was quiet, clean. The only problem: it was freezing inside the room! さらに表示
