武漢コロナの影響で4月から休業していたとのことで、たまたま再開初日に宿泊しました。レセプション兼バーエリアや共用スペース、キッチンなどが充実しているほか、キャビンは2人で寝るのを想定しているとのことで、普通のキャビンの1.5倍程の広さがあり非常に快適です。2か月休業していたと聞いて清掃面が気になりましたが、実際は特に問題もなく、スタッフの方々も親切で好感がもてました。関西方面から来ると価格的には京都・大阪に較べて高めに感じますし、何故かウォシュレットが無いなどの小さなマイナスもありますが、箱根エリアでは（系列店も含め）コスパ的にはトップクラスの宿だと思います。 さらに表示

接客がとっても素晴らしく、楽しめました！ 共用キッチンもあるので、なんでもできて便利です。 ただ、部屋のドアに隙間があるようなものなので音漏れなどはしやすいです。 でもコスパで考えると最高です！ 音漏れ、プライバシー、静かさなどを気にされる方は難しいかもしれませんが、全部を面白か楽しめる方々なら、カップルやグループでもとっても楽しめると思います！！ 最高でした！！とにかく安い！！！ さらに表示

Pros: The double capsules are extremely comfortable. A bit like glamping. Spacious, wonderful pillows and mattress. The kitchen facilities are extensive and the staff went out of their way to assist. In fact probably the best staff at any of the places I stayed in over my 3 weeks in japan. Cons: I had extremely heavy luggage and didn’t realise how steep the incline was up to the guesthouse. I would certainly take the bus and there are stairs up to the room but once again, the amazing staff helped with that also. さらに表示

Traditional rooms with tatami, paper shutters and even a green tea set. Fresh cold water and cold beer glasses available to use as required. Would 100% recommend to other travellers wanting to experience a traditional Japanese stay. さらに表示

Guesthouse Azito was recommended to us by friends. The location was perfect for getting to and from the Tanzen Onsen as well as travelling around Hakone. The staff were extremely helpful and even set us up to attend a local Sakura festival, where we enjoyed te company of other travelers and the local people of Hakone. The key for the lockers are all the same so any key can open any locker number. The attendant are also not approachable. I mistakenly put my bags on the wrong locker and went to sleep and when I woke up my things were gone. Apparently they took it out from the locker and did not even put a note that they took it. I was horrified thinking my belongings were gone. The guesthouse is a bit uphill and the bus going there takes ages to arrive. Ive stayed in some hotels and this one is quite expensive for the amenities they offer. さらに表示

The hosts were very friendly and eager to help. It was our first stay in Hakone and were happy to help with al our questions. It was a very fun experience to stay in the wooden cubes. The shared facillities were very clean. Highly recommended. さらに表示

Comfy mattress in a capsule, nice space really. Large lockers which you can lock whole backpacks/suitcases in. Good info from the fest re local onsens. Really only negative was that there is no shoes drier or heater and considering we got soaked in the rain this would have been helpful. さらに表示

Pros: - Great location alot of onsens are closer. - Staff is also very good. They also guide you to nearest spots which is really helpful. - Great value for money Cons: I did miss bidget in toilet but I am sure you can easily overlook that if you are habitual to using Toilet paper. さらに表示
