駅に近い、これは何よりです。 ゲストハウスでありながらプライベートの部屋があって、連れに年寄りやこともがいる場合でも安心できる。 朝食はチェックイン時に申し込めば無料で用意してくれる。 宿泊者に無料のコーヒーも提供している。 部屋ごとに英語のマニュアルも用意している(みたい) -- 離車站很近，這很重要。 雖然是青年旅館，但有私人的房間，適合帶長輩或小朋友入住。 入住時可以預約次日免費的早餐。 也有提供免費的咖啡給客人。 每間房間(好像)都有準備英文的指南。 さらに表示

During booking for short stay, I donot expect much on this Guesthouse, price is low compared to others hotel in this area. But amazing, room is big(but a bit smelly), locations is good (opposite Kawaguchiko station), provide free breakfast, have free water+coffee/tea outside room, washing machines, bathroom utilities..... さらに表示

The location is perfect. It only takes around three minutes from the station. Staff are nice and helpful who can speak well English. The size of the room is fair. Bathroom is very clean with shampoo and hair dryer provided. Also, there were free coffee, oven, microwave oven and tableware. They provided free breakfast too! Nice! さらに表示

The facility and bathroom area was a bit outdated but clean. Considering it is a Japanese family styled hotel, I think it was acceptable. Breakfast was simple with no charge. The hotel was about 2 minutes walk from the Kawaguchiko Station and about 7 minute walk to Lake Kawaguchiko. The hotel crew members were exceedingly friendly, and their English was good enough to communicate. When it rained, free umbrellas were lent. It is required to check out by 10:00. But, luggage storage is free of charge until 3:00. さらに表示

easy to find, nice staffs, clean toilets, have a washing machine and dryer, very near to kawaguchiko station, free breakfast. room is spacious. shampoo, soap, towel, coffee, sugar, hot water, fridge all provided the partition is thin so need to keep our voice down. as i bring little kids, my neighbor got annoyed (sorry about this) さらに表示

The hotel location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from Kawaguchiko Station and a short walk to the Lake. Beautiful Mt Fuji smiling at all direction. There is a restaurant in the premises. It is not fully a ryokan as they do not have an onsen in the premises and no yukata is provided either. We do sleep on futons (which you have to lay it by yourself) . The ladies baths are separate but toilets are unisex. We stayed for 1 night for our trip to see Zhibasakura at the base of Mt Fuji. Overall it was a pleasant stay and served our purpose. The staffs are all very friendly and helpful although with their minimal spoken English. The also have bicycle rental if you need it. さらに表示

Very near to the station, easy access to Fuji area, and back to Tokyo station or Shinjuku station. Room is clean and tidy. Shower and toilet area are clean. The only drawback is poor sound insulation from next room if people talking loud. さらに表示

Nice little family guest house with a Japanese traditional Ryokan style, nice staff,great location with one minute walk across from bus station also connect with a delicious ramen restaurant. What more you could ask for. I would come back in the future! さらに表示

The guesthouse is clean although some of the futons have stains and window blinds in the shower room are dusty. It is very close to Kawaguchiko station thus very convenient to go to different places from there -- there are even buses bound to Narita so you can consider this also as your last stop. Tourist spots can be visited with Kawaguchiko's sightseeing buses. Might be far from those places and can take 30 to 40 minutes to visit the popular ones. Overall I'd love to stay here again as it is very close to the convenience stores, restaurants and the bus station. さらに表示

The guesthouse is in the good location, not far from the Kawaguchigo train and bus station. Staff are very friendly. We stay in Ryokan type with 3 person, there are bicycle for rent and the ground floor also have Ramen which is good to try. Free coffee and tea. Bathroom are fine and clean. The place is clean and staff polite and helpful. The biggest drawback is the walls are really thin. It's your luck of the draw what type of neighbors you get. We stay for two nights. First night, the neighbors are loud and sound to be on video streaming with someone in Thai, singing happy birthday songs and chatting nonstop. After I run across one of the residents in the hall way and request that they tone down since it's past 11pm, it becomes a lot better. The second night, our next door neighbor, is an extremely quiet Taiwanese young man. Hear nothing all night. Also, if there are more rooms available, you may want to request not to stay at the room by the women's shower room. Traffic can be noisy depending on the time of the day or night. さらに表示

The Japanese house hosts are very polite, friendly and helpful all the time :) The hotel is always with warm heat since walk in. Tidy ladies room and clean shower place. Also they provide a very reasonable price for bikes renting.
