１泊だけでしたがお世話になりました。 オーナーさんがとてもフレンドリーで、短い時間でしたがいろいろお話をさせていただきました。 （時間があれば、おすすめのレストランや市場に行きたかったです） また、お部屋やシャワールームなども掃除が行き届いており、とても快適に過ごすことができました。 シャワー後は暑かったので、お部屋にクーラーがついているのがありがたかったです。 函館駅から歩きましたがそんなに遠くありませんし、市電沿いにあるので迷うこともありません。 次回またぜひ利用させていただこうと思います。 ありがとうございました。 さらに表示

先日はお世話になりました。 まず上の評価になったのは、自分がネットでよくよくゲストハウスのことを調べずに申し込んだことにあります。値段が安価で二段ベッドの写真を見て、なんか普通のホテルじゃないとうすうす感じながら、到着して実際に部屋に行ってみると、二段ベッドに驚愕。そして、シャワーにトイレ。きれい好きの自分には使い勝手の不便さを感じました。ホテルを変更しようかと思ったけど、ホテル代を払ってしまい、旅疲れもあったので、仕方なく寝る支度に。相部屋といっても日本人同士ではなく、外国人の方の相部屋に驚愕。なにか自分の荷物を盗んだりするのではと思いながら、バッグを抱えて寝ました。早朝に起きてみたらバッグがあることに一安心。同部屋の外国人の方とは会話はしませんでしたが人よさそうだなと実感しながら、早々にチェックアウトして朝市へ直行。最後に自分の今までの旅行先のホテルは、ビジネス、カプセルに泊まって自分のみの時間を過ごしてましたが、今回のゲストハウスは寝室の設備サービスを除けばリビングで日本人、外国人の方と交流することができる点について好印象を持ち、ゲストハウスというのを知り得て勉強になりました。 さらに表示

So this hotel is close to the Hakodate station, which only takes 10minutes walking on foot However, we found that the bed sheet and cover wasn't very clean. My sister got rashes and itchy on her legs. Also we have to share the bathroom and toilet with other guests on the same floor, so might takes time if you are on rush. さらに表示

pros: good location, convenience in transportation and near highlight sightseeing cons: early check-in is not possible, I had to wait until 3 PM because they were cleaning facility. luggage storage is allowed until 4-5 PM afterthat you need to pick up. main door entry is not required in the night time so I was concern in security and our room has no lock as well. さらに表示

Was given a cramped little room whose heating system was incapable of heating the room appropriately. Might need to give it more attention or at least change the layout of the room. Location wise its good because its close to the Morning market. さらに表示

it takes me a while to find that hotel(I think i went to wrong way). The staff are friendly and the room is nice. 6 girls stayed in one room. Only have 2 shower rooms, so in evening you may have to wait for it. Good for stay a couple nights. さらに表示

we visited during the winter -- there's no heater along the corridors in the 2nd floor and in the toilet. they also turn off the heater in the room when no one's occupying. we checked in late night and the room was not heated. it was cold when we had to sleep (but since the heater was turned up when we arrived, it eventually became warm) さらに表示

Rooms were clean. Nice and simple. Bathrooms sufficient. Kitchen had everything you could need. Hosts were friendly. Down side was that there were only rice pillows supplied, and noisy guests could be heard from other rooms (can't expect to block that out in a guesthouse though). No smoke smell was wonderful! We arrived 15mins earlier than the check in time, and so we were told to wait by the check-in staff while he continues to watch tv. That aside, room was sufficient for the day, but would not come back for a longer stay. The facilities of the Guesthouse are quite old and no lift, i have to carry my heavy luggage to 2nd floor. Staff is not so friendly, not helpful and always showing the attitude "not my business" The toilet is outside of the room, the light switched off 3 times automatically while i was taking bath. I think it is very cheap, convenient, clean. There is the value of the price. Someone commented like "too small pillow, staff of there was not friendly, room is small". There are a lot of good and more comfortable hotels in Hakodate. If you pay 4 times of the rate of this guest house. I think the guest house is the value of the price. It is so inconvenient that u have to check in before 10pm. You have to apologize to the staff as u check in after 10pm even if i dont know the time constrain. No lift and so u have to bring your luggage to the first floor. No locker and so you have to take the risk. A4 size pillow to make sure u wont have a good sleep. Bathroom is small, old amd dirty. The only good thing is the sheet is clean and the location in close to tram station さらに表示

With the price you pay, it's quite a value one. I live in a room with 6 beds on the ground floor, and the only problem is the smell in the room. It smells like sweat being trapped in your shoes for long, which I believe is because of the carpet. Other than that, it's convenient.
