This place is a germ! Love the experience of living in a Japanese house with all the necessary facilities. Short walking distance (10mins walk) to a few attractions. Train and bus stops are also nearby. We would stay at this place again! さらに表示

We have a good time at Megumian. The house is newly renovated with cozy interior. And clean!
We shared the house with another guest. The room is upstairs (maybe it will be quite inconvenient for the elderly to climb the stairs). However, the facility is superb and the house is spacious. They have kitchen, dining area, laundry area, 2 bathroom, 2 toilet.
The nearest transportation option is bus stop in front of Four Season. It is very near to the house.
Overall, we enjoy our stay here and will definitely stay here again in our next visit. さらに表示

Loved this guesthouse!
The staff were very friendly and helpful at the check-in office downtown. Their communication was great as they emailed me and wanted to make sure everything was in order.
The guesthouse itself was impeccably clean and had a more Japanese feel to it with the tatami mats but with the comforts of a bed. Our double room was spacious and also had a couch and TV. The guesthouse is shared with another triple room and the facilities are shared. This wasn’t a problem as there were adequate facilities and I never even saw our neighbours. The facilities, however, are downstairs and the rooms are upstairs - this wasn’t a big deal to us but may be to some travelers.
The location was peaceful and we got around easily, mostly by foot. It’s great for night strolls to the Gion district through the neighborhoods - you get to pass by some beautiful shrines and temples. さらに表示

Staff were friendly and communicated very well in English. I made a mistake and couldn't find their office to pick up the key so they drove and picked me up, brought me the key and then brought me to the accommodation. The guest house was very clean and everything looked new. We had three children with us and the Dante room slept all five of us comfortably. I house was also located a few minutes away from a bus stop making it convenient for heading out to sight see or get back to Kyoto Station. There is also a convenient store about 4 minutes from the place. Overall we were very satisfied and would recommend Guest House Higashiyama Megumi-an. さらに表示

Me and my husband were bringing our 5 yrs old boy and 10 months old baby. We were requested to collect key at the office which different located, but the office is very near to Nishiki market where we think is a must visit. We put our luggage at the office and their staff is so kind to explain everything for us. They offer free taxi send us to the guesthouse. The guesthouse itself located very close to several attraction places. Overall is a very good stay. さらに表示

小小的日式旅館，只有三間房。預訂了房間在地下帶小花園，環境很不錯。房間不大但設備一應俱全，挺乾淨的。淋浴及洗手間都是公用的，但數量足夠。
入住/退房時都是自助式的，但入住時辦理登記手續要到辦公室，距離旅館步行要半小時，有點麻煩。旅館在東山區，很清靜也可能有點不便吧，附近食店不多，便利店只有一家。離jr京都走路要半小時，如坐巴士就在馬町站下車。總括來說性價比還是很高的。

19년도 10월에 교토에 또가는데 예약이 다차서 아쉬워요. 다시묶고싶은정도로 좋아요.
욕조.샤워실 분리되어있고 1층에 있는 점은 불편했어요. 2층 올라가는 계단이 급경사라 조심해야하지만 일본스럽지않게 넓은 내부에 마음이 싹 풀려요 ^^
새건물이라 다깨끗하고 비치되어있는 주방도구(식기포함)도 골고루 갖추고 새거라 기분좋았어요. 직원도 청소해주시는분도 친절해요.
다만 위치가 좋다는 생각은 안들어요. さらに表示

新开的民宿，房间非常干净清爽。设施齐全，甚至有晒内衣的盘盘。一楼公共区域可以使用洗衣机和烘干机，就是噪音比较大，很担心会吵到别人。距离清水寺周边步行可到。唯一的缺点是楼梯比较陡，提着行李上二楼比较怕怕。 さらに表示

虽然洗卫设施都在楼下，住楼上的就有些不方便，特别是带老人的，老人家会起夜。但其他的相关设施都很干净，打扫的婆婆很干净的打扫所有公共区域，刷浴室。出门公交车站还算方便。 さらに表示
