9月の連休だったのと、出足が遅れてしまった為、ホテル選びに苦戦している中こちらの宿を見つけました。 連休中にこの価格はとても不安だったのですが、着いてビックリとても綺麗で快適に過ごせました。 また京都に来る際は利用したいです。 さらに表示

部屋に着くなり、においが気になりました。掃除は行き届いていて原因がわからず過ごしていましたが、どうやら排水口から出るにおいであることがわかりました。前回利用したときは、そのようなことはなくリピしたのですが、今回はやや残念でした。 さらに表示

1ヶ月以上滞在させていただきました。 京都で他のアパートタイプの所に滞在しましたが、他と比べて浴室乾燥、ウォシュレット、カメラ付きインターフォンなど設備が整っているところがよかったです。 使用したタオルは、備え付けのカゴに入れてドアの外に置いておくと新しいものを入れて置いてくれます。昼頃までに置いておかないと交換してもらえません。 ロケーションは普通。賑わっている4条や京都駅までは遠いですが、歩けない距離ではなく、散歩がてら歩いて行っていました。4分程歩くとコンビニがあります。東寺、水族館は徒歩で行けます。バス停が近く、三十三間堂、八坂神社、清水寺等に乗り継ぎなしで行くことができました。 フライパンなどの調理器具は、有料で貸し出しがあります。 スタッフは、いつも笑顔でとても親切でした。 長期滞在の方におすすめです！ さらに表示

家が隣接しており、窓が透明のため、カーテンを全く開けれなく、暗い部屋で過ごすことが嫌でない人にはお値打ち感はありますが、立地もバス停は目の前にありますが、駅的には決して便利とは言えないです。大宮も五条にも距離があります。 コンセントの位置も延長コードがないと携帯の充電には不便です。 部屋は清潔にしていますし、広さもありすぐれています。スタッフさんの対応も心良いです。 さらに表示

前に道路がありますが、昼夜問わず交通量が多いのでうるさいです。 お風呂はバスタブもありゆっくりつかれます。 お風呂にTVもありますが、途中から画面に文字が出てくるので見れないです(音声はあります) 寝るだけでしたので不自由なく過ごせました。 強いていうなら、洗面所にもゴミ箱がほしいですね。 さらに表示

室内は十分な広さがあり、清潔で気持ちよく過ごせました。アクセスも、バス停はすぐ、阪急と地下鉄は16分くらいで便利でした。 ホテルのサイトでの説明や室内の案内に、各部屋にパソコンが有るとの事でしたがそれらしいものはなく、強いて言えばスマートフォンが備え付けられているだけでした。そうであるならそうであると、わかりやすく書いていただけると助かります。 さらに表示

とにかく値段が安く掲載されていたので写真を見ると、綺麗そうだった為今回泊まらせて頂きました！ お部屋はデラックスツインルームに泊まりましたが、まず部屋に入った時に恐らく水回り、お風呂場からの匂い？がして慣れるまでは少し不快でしたが、格安なのにバスタブ、浴室TV、浴室乾燥、洗濯機、歯ブラシのアメニティ、タオル、電子レンジ、コンロ、やかんなど必要最低限の物は揃っていたので部屋の匂いに関しては多少の妥協が出来ました。 夜も車の音は少し聞こえますが近隣も静かでした。 匂いがなくなれば星５をつけたいほど、また利用したいです。おすすめです。 さらに表示

Well priced and reasonably located apartment in Kyoto. Our studio apartment had most of the mod cons (including a PC and desk), and was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Having a rear facing apartment was great as it was very quiet. The check in and check out process was straightforward. There wasn't a lot surrounding the apartment but it wasn't too far from the action either. We were able to walk to Kyoto station. Would definitely stay here again. さらに表示

Location is within a short bus ride from the Kyoto main station. Public bus stop is less than 50 m from the entrance. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The only issue is that the main road is on the outside and the traffic sounds can be heard early on working mornings. さらに表示

The guest house is just a few steps away from a bus station where you can take bus 206 to go to the Kyoto station in 10 minutes. The room is spacious and spotless, equipped with a kitchen stove, a kettle, a microwave oven, a medium fridge, a bulky washing machine, a small wall-mounting LCD TV next to the tub, a computer, and good reception wifi. I forgot my bag in the room after checking out and they quickly checked that in the morning without my awareness and attempted to call me. Excellent place and staff. さらに表示

Self check in and check out. Staff is nice and the room is very clean. There is washing machine and you can dry your clothes with the drying function in bath room. Computer is also available that I can use to check info online and listen some music. Wifi is also good in the room. when you check out, you can go to the place (hostel provided) near the kyoto station , which is free for this hostel guest to keep your luggage till to 9pm. you can free to shopping on the last day! One problem is the location is a little bit far away from the station (20 mins) or you can take bus (10 mins). Anyway, I will still consider to book again and recommend you to book too. さらに表示

Friendly staff,clean complete facility big rooms ,bus tranport doorstep away outside the guesthouse for tour spots in Kyoto,so need to buy 1 day pass unlimited ride in guesthouse or train stations for 500 Jyen is very convenient n useful if not 230 yen per ride is very expensive you if 3 to 4 times ride,bakery ,food store beside the guesthouse n 7-11 2. -3 blocks away all very good but office only 9am-5 pm only so theres no staff at night to ask for your inquiries ,but minor only all is good .almost perfect stay さらに表示

Booked for five nights and requested a room at the back of the hotel after reading other reviews about road noise. It was very quiet. Location is good, with a bus stop literally steps from the front door. NB: from Kyoto station, make sure to catch the 206 from bus bay A3 - this one heads northwest towards Shijo Omiya. Alight at Shimabaraguchi. (The 206 service from bus bay D2 goes northeast towards Gion - we found this out the hard way, with luggage in tow as well!). Fewer nearby restaurants than other, busier parts of Kyoto. Kyoto station is reasonably nearby (15 - 20 mins) with lots of food options - Porta Dining on B1 has plenty of excellent choices. Just southeast of the station (also 15 - 20 min walk) is an AEON mall, with a food floor, including a food court, on the 4th floor. Room is well set-up, and a good size in comparison to a Japanese hotel room. We really appreciated the extra space. It also has an excellent Japanese-style bathroom and a little kitchenette, but definitely BYO kitchen utensils if you want to eat in. Two mugs and some paper cups are provided, there is also a stove-top kettle and small fridge/freezer. The only drawback was that the bed was really hard, I could feel the springs in the mattress. The staff member we met - Masa - was very helpful and spoke good English. The check-in system works very well, especially if you arrive outside of office hours. If you don't mind walking, this hotel is for you. The 20 minute walk from Kyoto station is worth every step (I need my daily 10k steps). We loved the room since it was very spacious for 2 people. There was a kitchen with stove, microwave, ref, TV, computer and a study desk. The bathroom was also big enough. I only gave 4 stars for the "staff" since we didn't encounter them much during our stay, since instructions were already provided from check in to check out.
