Room was kinda small but clean,beds were comfy. There were everything travelers need for long-stay. Front desk doesn't open 24 hours but staffs were friendly. Value the money. Only downside: the wall seemed thin, we can hear next-door neighbors talking. さらに表示

This stay is convenient, i.e. 10 min walking distance to Nishiki Market and close to bus stations and train stations. The facilities are satisfactory. However the sound-proof is poor, the worst I ever experienced. I could hear clearly what my neighbor was talking about , even though I could tell they are intentionally lowing down their voice. Spacious clean apartment with little supplies. Great for family up to 4 ppl. Would be great if cookware, laundry detergent and hand soap can be provided. Check-in procedure can be improved. Self check-in should be available after office hours. さらに表示

This hostel is different from others. You will have everything privately. Everything is prepared well such laundry liquid and towels. You will serve your self and the instructions are perfectly clear. Very clean, a bit huge. However, the room is not keeping the noise, so pssstt ...:D さらに表示

We're really happy to find this gem! Bed is comfy, location is good with just 600m walk to Karasuma station/shijo metro station. It's somewhat no frills (change your own towels, bring out your own trash etc) but for mid range travelers like us, it's really good. Large enough room, washer, food, supermarket and a great bike rental (Bol Motors) nearby. It's everything we want! Just to highlight that walls r thin tho. We can totally hear our neighbors' talking (murmurs) and the rumbling of their washing machine working until midnight. But it's white noise to us. さらに表示

Very good for family vacation. The reception staff Mr Suzuki went extra miles to help me to book the shuttle bus from the guest house to Kansai airport even though we need to use Google translate to understand each other. さらに表示

Having a washing machine in the room really helped make our trip more pleasant since we do not have to keep so many dirty clothes when travelling to our next destinations. Many delicious eateries around the area. Need a little bit of walking to the train stations and bus-stops. But will definitely stay here again. さらに表示

Pros - This was a couple minutes walk to the main road, and a few more minutes to the train station. Accessible enough but not crowded with people and travellers. Reception was very kind. They let us borrow umbrellas in the duration of our stay. Room is spacious with a fridge, stove, microwave, washing machine, and dining table. Cons - Its a guesthouse so dont expect your room to be cleaned everyday. You take your trash out yourself. On our first day, there was still trash in the bathroom trashcan which was really offputting for me. The area where guests can dispose off their old towels and trash is a bit of a mess, and could be more organized. Although there are plenty of facilities, there are only two glasses provided. We had to buy our own utensils just to make coffee. So unless you plan to buy kitchenware during your stay, the stove is actually pretty useless. さらに表示

The location is great, near subway, railway and bus station. It was also easy to find eateries or breakfast around the guesthouse. The room was very clean with a lot of amenities. There was a washing machine and a clear instruction about how to use it. Overall we had a pleasant stay and will stay here again when we back to Kyoto. さらに表示

We had a great visit to Kyoto. I chose a hostel thinking we might meet some more people but it was rather quiet with no communal areas. Helpful staff. You must request room service. Pros- good location, clean, tidy, new. Appreciated having the microwave and washing machine in the room. Suprisingly spaceous! ( my daughter-4 and i shared a single room) Cons- it is a bit echo'y and can be loud when people are coming and going. Kitchen was a bit of a waste with no saucepans or a toaster available. さらに表示
