This is the largest room I've ever stayed in Japan. If you stayed at Japanese hotel once, you will know how narrow it can be. This apartment is the best you can find at this price. What you'll get is a studio-like apartment with toilet, shower room, kitchen and even with free washing machine. It's less than 1km to Kyoto JR, very convenient. About 10mins walk from Kyoto station, easy to find. It is located short distance away from the main road, so very quiet. The room is spacious and clean. There is a washing machine inside the room and free for use, clothes can be dried in the bathroom overnight. さらに表示

This is an excellent location for the train and bus station and close to Aeon Mall, where you can buy cheap meals, even cheaper after 8 p.m. as everything fresh is reduced. Staff is exceptional and speak English. We would definitely stay here again. さらに表示

We were impressed with the hotel as the accomadatons were roomy and more than we expected. It was great having the washing machine in our unit, as well as a microwave and fridge. The Aeon mall is a short walk away as are the train and bus statons. We would definitely stay here again. さらに表示

We loved our stay here! The guest house was clean and new. Mostly important the rooms were big! It's quite close to Kyoto station. If you're walking from Kyoto station with a lot of luggage you'll see some steps but right next to it there is a bicycle path which you can use to push your luggage. This is a really nice place for visitors to stay in Kyoto. The room is big and clean. There is a small television in bathroom with bathtub surprising me!! But the air-conditioner is out of order and we can not use during our trip. :( さらに表示

The rooms are incredibly clean and surprisingly spacious. Near to Kyoto Station and very easy to find. Loved our stay in this place! Toilet is separated from shower, which we found so convenient. Would definitely stay again if we go back to Kyoto! さらに表示

I would recomend this to tourist who are staying for 3 days or more. The feeling is like the one of a small apartment. The staff is there to help and try their best to make you feel confortable. It is really close to Kyoto station and if you want to rent a bicycle, there are place really close from the guest house where you can make a rental. I wish to comeback soon! さらに表示

The walk is a bit long from station but easy and straight. Even though it's next to train tracks and the noise is quite loud outside, we couldn't hear any of it inside. The room itself was surprisingly large with good facilities. Slept really well there. さらに表示

We arrived into Kyoto station after 7pm and booked this guesthouse so that we could be situated close by and also save on the first night's stay (as ryokans are pretty expensive). The guesthouse was a pleasant surprise; conveniently located approx 7 mins walk from Kyoto station. Our room was laid out more like a mini apartment with a separate toilet, shower, washing machine and small kitchen area. The room was bigger than it looked in the pictures, and pretty spacious! Location is near station only 7 minutes walking from hachijo exit. Road and passages are accessible for stroller and luggages. Room is quite spacious with some partition between kitchenette, entrance, private toilet and private bathroom. Linens and towels are provided for the whole stay, also garbage plastics and nearby garbage collector. Too bad there is no elevator, so if your room is in the higher floor it would be difficult to bring your luggages and stroller to the room. Also the gas stove is not functioning, so we can’t cook in the room. Although there are electric kettle and microwave, but there is no plates or bowls are provided, so bring your own. Those things are not bothering us actually, since we quite satisfied with location and the room. The best part of this hotel is the staff is really helpful, I left a purse filled with cable charger and earphone, it quite iritating for me to loose them. When I asked the hotel, they said they’ve found them and kept it for me. They even asked what could they do to help me. When I asked them to send it to Indonesia, they gave solution for it. Quite far from kyoto train station.15-20 min walks. Apartment condition is good and very comfortable.Complete with everything you need. Best to explore kyoto by renting a bike, there's a bike rental not far from the guest house. さらに表示

The location is 10 mins walk from Kyoto station. There was no elevator in the guest house, if you carry big luggage, you have to bring your lyggage via stair! The room is very comfortable, wifi , heater, all instruction in English! You can not use the stove, the gas is not provided anymore さらに表示

Its definately a nice place to stay in Kyoto. If you cant reach the guesthouse before 5pm，its not difficult at all for self-checkin. Just check ur mailbox and write the code down which the owner sent to you,get your key card once u arrived the guesthouse. And dont worry even theres no staff there to help you out,cuz all you need is on the wall,the tips. I would love to stay here again. Lovely さらに表示

This was the biggest place we stayed in while in Japan: a large room with a seating area and bed and a small kitchen, bathroom and washer/dryer room. It was located between two train tracks but I personally wasn't bothered by the noise. It was a 10 minute walk from Kyoto station and we usually walked 5-10 minutes to catch trains/buses or subways from the apartment. An email gave us a code to get our room key and said the owner wouldn't be there but there was someone for the building who helped with the check in. One minus is they could not hold luggage before or after checkin/checkout. さらに表示
