部屋の電気が夜中ずっとつきっぱなし。洗面もなく、顔を洗えない。手を洗いたいというと、となりのビルのスナックの厨房のとこで、洗えといわれる始末。ゲストハウスによくある、自分のものを保管する、鍵つきのロッカーなんて、まったくない。ろくな対応もしないスタッフ。お金をもらっても、泊まりたくないくらい。近くがラブホがいっぱい。シャワーも浴びる施設もない。近くの銭湯に行けっといわれる。ほんとありえない。 さらに表示

저렴한 가격에 오사카(도톤보리)를 여행한다면 위치 좋고, 종업원 친절한 " 라 콩고 "도 괜찮은 편이다 물론 충분한 경비를 가지고 여행한다면 근처의 호텔은 얼마든지 가능하다. 걸어서 20분거리에 JR난바역이 있어 칸사이 공항과도 멀지 않고 겨울과 여름에는 지하도(도톤보리-JR난바 연결되어 있음)를 이용하고 봄 가을에는 걷기운동 거리정도로 적당함 さらに表示

ｽﾀｯﾌの方がとても親切に対応してくださったので居心地が良かったです。 近くにｺﾝﾋﾞﾆがあり、少し歩けばお店もたくさんあるし駅も近く宿泊料金も安かったので私は満足しています。ｴﾚﾍﾞｰﾀｰがないので大きなｽｰﾂｹｰｽだと上の階はｷﾂｲかもしれませんが、ｽﾀｯﾌの方が運んでくれたりしてとても親切でした。私はまた利用したいと思います。 さらに表示

Overall was OK, bed and duvet well clean, everything in good functional just for ONE disturbing me that my Asian next door guests (from BIG Mainland) were always noisy and packed their stuff almost the whole night, walk up-down stairs very loud. さらに表示

The staff welcomed us with green tea drink and they were very accomodating. The room is clean and though the bathroom is small, it still make up for its cleanliness. Best part is that it is located along Dotonbori, which makes it very accessible. As you know, Dotonbori is like food mecca in Osaka. Definitely worth the stay there, and will surely be back. Very good location as you can see this from the map. Near to the Nipponbashi station, Dontonbori, Kuro mon Market, etc. Very helpful staff although only one can speak fluent English. No elevator, staff will help with your luggage on request. No room cleaning service everyday, maybe it has on request but I didn’t need to use the room cleaning service. My room is Japanese style and it is small (just as all the Japanese hotel room). Yet, It is tidy and the bathroom is clean. There is no fridge. The shampoo, conditioner and shower gel is good to use(all Japanese brand). I wish the room could be larger but it is reasonable for this price. Overall, the experience is good. さらに表示

Conveniently located at the end of Dotonburi and easily can find food at night. No elevator but the boss and staff helped us to carry the luggage to 3rd floor. Room is clean and cozy although it is abit small. Glad it comes with private toilet. Worth staying. さらに表示

the facilities are good there two split type air conditioners are in a single room which function very well it is quiet both at night and during day time and its close to a popular business and shopping region its just 10 mins by walk the room is large, which is different and better than general hotels in japan it was impressive to me さらに表示

i used mixed dormitory. its facilities inside is nice but it's located at rooftop. so that it was a bit discomfort but the owner brought my big luggage instead.(thank you!) it has cozy atmosphere and good location. japanese staffs are very kind but poor in English. instead the owner is fluent in English. i recommend this guest house. さらに表示

As soon as we arrived at La Kongo on a rainy day, the staff quickly passed us towels, cleaned our mobile cases and took the heavy suitcases to the room(2nd floor) we were gonna stay. The room were clean and quiet, though the hostel located very close to the entrance of Dōtonbori ,Kuromon Ichiba Market and Nipponbashi station Exit 6. We stayed there 2 nights. When we checked out the last day, the hostel even allowed us to put baggage there until we came back from shopping. さらに表示

It is good! Some of the rooms are with Japanese Style. They are always willing to help. One night We left very late(midnight), railway was closed.we have to transit to other hotel, they helped us call taxi even we moved to other hotel さらに表示

Left the very same day I checked-in. No refund provided. Wished they had indicated that there was no lift in it cause I was with an elderly person. Smoky first floor. Spent 1 hr searching for the hotel as the intructions though seems simple was not precise and lacking in landmarks. さらに表示
