I had a brilliant time at Guesthouse Shimashima. Nakajima, Kasuga, Keina and Kana were such lovely hosts - I would definitely stay here again. They were so helpful with their suggestions. Location of the guesthouse is perfect (close to station, bus terminal and 7-11). The onsen experience/free shuttle drop and pick up offered is value for money :) さらに表示

GH Shima Shima is located <5 mins walk from ShinShimaShima Stn from the Dentetsu Kamikochi Line, which is ~30mins travel time from Matsumoto Stn, frequency 40mins - 1hr. It is a great option for exploring Kamikochi and Norikura Highlands early in the morning as buses going there depart from ShinShimaShima Stn. I booked the female dorm (tatami-style), but was the only occupant for 2 nights. The Host is friendly and helped with my laundry that could not dry in the rain by using a stronger fan on his own initiative. Thanks for that! There are 2 shared showers located on the 1F which are spacious. 100Y coin lockers (money returnable) are available on 1F to store valuables if needed. Common room is spacious with collection of interesting books, and kotatsu available! Located away from the city, GH ShimaShima is very peaceful. I did not see dining options within walking distance except for the convenience store, so it is better to bring your own food. It is kind of dark at night on the road as there are minimal street lighting. さらに表示

Owned and managed by a few young guys, this guest house is the best option you have in your way to kamikochi. Close to train and bus station. They can help you with local onsen and shops around. さらに表示

I actually didn't stay there. I arrived to the guest house at 9 am to drop off my bag and everything was closed without a way to call someone. The location is not the best so to say and from the outside it looks like a storage room of a groceries store. I didn't manage to contact Agoda to cancel the reservation and I immediately booked a different place for this period. It was a bad experience. さらに表示

Just only 3min walk from bus terminal to place. There are two bathrooms and 1 toilet on 1st floor but I never have to wait for take shower. There are soap and shampoo in bathroom also hair dryer..... don't forget to bring your own towel if not there's also one for rental ...... very recommended this hostel for your visiting Kamikochi area:D さらに表示

Das Guesthouse ist die günstigste Alternative zu den überteuerten Hotels in Kamikochi. In der Offseason sogar fast die einzige Möglichkeit. Leider ist die Gegend um das Guesthouse nicht schön. Zudem gibt es nur ein Restaurant in der Nähe, aber einen gut sortierten 7/11 in unmittelbarer Nähe. Aber das Personal war überaus hilfsbereit und freundlich! Fazit: Für eine Nacht und als Ausgangspunkt für Kamikochi ideal. さらに表示

为了诹访湖花火大会订的，诹访那边完全订不到，只好订了这里，从上诹访要倒电车到松本，再倒一趟电车到新岛岛，才能到，好在出了新岛岛站很快就到了，下手四点半才能办入住，我们扔下行李留了个字条就走了，因为两点多到了完全找不到人，回来时11点，已经可以办入住了，是和室，两个人住又得铺两床被褥，我很讨厌铺床单的，屋里没空调，但很凉快，几乎是在山里了，早上听到知了的叫声就起床了，睡得很舒服 さらに表示
