Everything there is more than good, I feel like home. The owner is sick, I wish he is healthy soon, but his wife, son and staff is very helpful. I want to say thank you many time. Otherwise, Fujinomiya is a small lovely place that you should go. I really love there. さらに表示

The host is really friendly. He offered to drive us to 2 attraction places to see the Fujinomiya 5th Station and take photos with mt. fuji! The location of hostel is excellent a few minutes walk from Fujinomiya train station and bus terminal. さらに表示

Clean and Comfy and very close to JR Station. Daisuke San, owner of this guesthouse is very nice. He take us to 5th Station of Fujinomiya trail on 7am and return at guesthouse 10am. This experience is not easy to find. I strongly recommend this place to everyone who finding a best guesthouse in Fujinomiya. さらに表示

The guesthouse is just lovely! Sleeping in a Japanese style room is kind of an experience. Fujinomiya is a quiet city, but it's also very charming with Mount Fuji as a background. Daisuke-san, the guesthouse owner kindly took us out for a morning tour to see Mount Fuji and Shiraito no taki waterfall. 7-11 and Aeon Mall are in a walking distant from the guesthouse. さらに表示

I’ve nothing to complain. Daisuke is very friendly and brought us to nearby lake and waterfall early morning. If you are lucky, you’ll be able to see Mount Fuji and sunset. It’s priceless! Thanks again for the kind offer. He needs not to do so actually. Not forget to mention his dog. A cute and smart one. Gotta play with him a bit. So adorable! Spacious room for a single person. Japanese style room. Shower room is clean although it’s shared. Will definitely stay again if I were to visit this city again. さらに表示

One of the most spacious guesthouses I have been to and the kindest owner ever. It is a good place to know more people because you all have a common activity - see the sunrise at Mount Fuji with Lake Tanuki providing a mesmerizing mirror image. さらに表示

Highly recommend! The host is really accommodating and really make us feel like home. He offered to drive us to 2 attraction places to see sunrise and waterfall with mt. fuji! He even printed a postcard of us while we were there and gave us one each. Going an extra mile which he does not have to. Value added service! *thumps up* さらに表示

Its a nice little guest house. The location is ok but in reality not so important because the entire town is very small and everything is within walking distance. The train and bus stations are very close too. The great part of this guest house is the free trip to Mt. Fuji. Highly recommended that you take it! さらに表示

the room is clean, cozy and warm. and it is so near the station, easy to find.And the host daisuke is very friendly. he introduced the tourist spots to us and he dried us to see the sunrise of the mr fuji. My stay jn this guesthouse was nothing short of brilliant. Barely any flaws in the built of the place, lovely japanese vintage common room with tatami mat and whole lot of studio ghibli animes to watch at night. Dorm itself was super clean and the wooden bed doesn't squeak with minor movements.I had a great experience with Martin and Daisuke at the guesthouse. I hastily decided to climb mount fuji on my second day in fujinomiya however i lacked the major equipment. Martin was so nice and eagerly agreed to lent his to me with daisuke driving to his house and back to the guest house to pass it to me. I guess there's nothing more to add there, without them i wouldn't be able to summit fuji. Life changing experience, thank you guest House Tokiwa さらに表示

Location is good - a few minutes walk from Fujinomiya train station and bus terminal. Comfortable stay and clean room and washroom. We have a tatami room on the annex. The only thing needs to improve is to change the fuel generated heating device. There is fuel smell (bad smell) when turning on and off the heating device. さらに表示

Place is amazing. Clean, friendly staff, and super cute. He has all the Miyazaki movies and a full kitchen to cook with. Tea coffee and a FREE RIDE TO VISIT THE FUJI 5th station. Seriously, this is amazing and a taxi costs 10,000 ¥ and a bus takes over an hour and is like 2000¥. DO IT. He is incredibly helpful. Please stay! さらに表示

We had a great 2-night stay at Guesthouse Tokiwa and found Daisuke to be the perfect host. The facilities are excellent and the room and bedding were very comfortable. Daisuke gave us very good advice on our planned itinerary and on the second morning drove us and the other guests to Fuji 5th Station (at no extra cost). Even when the clouds come down and there's some rain, the Fujinomiya area is beautiful and always the chance that Fuji-san will briefly appear. You won't find anywhere better to stay to explore the area than Guesthouse Tokiwa. さらに表示

Over all is clean, Nice boss who will lead all travelers to see sunrise of Fuji Mountain very morning, Just walk 5 minutes to JR station, Near 7-Eleven and supermarket, Nice kitchen for cooking, Provide coffee and green tea, Taiwanese female staff is pretty and nice, Very for money. Location is very good because it is very near to train and bus station. Staff are friendly and helpful. The free tour to see sunrise and shiraito waterfalls was one of the reason I book tokiwa guesthouse. Although we unable to see sunrise and mount fuji at tanuki lake due to too many cloud blocking the view, daisuke the owner quickly fetch us to another spot to hv a good view of it. The breakfast was delicious too. I will definitely come back again if I come to fujinomiya. さらに表示

Fantastic hostel! The staff were amazing and the trip to mount fuji they offer is so worth it! We really enjoyed our stay here! I highly recommend people to stay here. Great experience! The sushi restaurant around the corner is also amazing. A local little sushi restaurant with the most friendly owner you have ever met. If you like sushi you must go here!
