二段ベッドの部屋に友人と2泊しました。 手作り感あふれる宿で、博多駅から徒歩10分なので立地的にはそこそこ便利で、建物は比較的新しかったです。 オーナーさんがコリアンの方なのか、お客さんは韓国の方がメインです。 ただ部屋が狭小を極めているのに、共有スペースがあまり充実していない点、寝具が汗臭い臭いがしたところ、隣の部屋との隙間があり音が漏れる点、利用できるシャワー/トイレの数が限られていて、結構待たないといけなかったところを考えると、一人一泊1000-1200円くらいだったらギリギリありかな、という感覚です。友人にはオススメしませんし、リピートはしません。 さらに表示

鍵付きの個室ですが、天井がワンフロア繋がっているので話し声に気を使いました。設備やアメニティも整っており清潔に掃除されていましたが、バストイレが共同のため脱衣所やトイレが水浸しになっていたのが気になりました。外国人の方が多く日本人には会いませんでした。スタッフの方はとても親切でした。 さらに表示

博多駅から徒歩圏内で、空港行きのバス停も近く、近くに飲食店もコンビニもあり、とにかく立地は最高でした！ゲストハウスに初めて宿泊したので、隣の人のいびきや目覚ましの音は聞こえるのにはびっくりしましたが、コスパを考えれば泊まるだけの目的なら本当に最高でした。掃除も行き届いていて快適に過ごせました。 さらに表示

The bed was comfortable and clean, and large enough to open my carry on luggage. Very convenient area, though the roads can be confusing at times. Host was helpful, helping me carry my heavy luggage to the third floor even though there was a language barrier - he often checked if I doing okay, and even loaned me a fan to use in my room which I really appreciated! There is free iced water available (and green tea, if you want), and a fridge if you want to store your food :) The corridor/lounge area is comfortable with a full length mirror and hair dryer if you need it. However, the walls are very thin, and as the room is not fully enclosed (there was a small slot at the bottom and top of the door - weird), you can clearly hear chatter from the other guests. Once, I went back at night and the corridor lights were switched off. It was a little unnerving, but otherwise I do recommend it for a short budget stay near JR Hakata station. さらに表示

Misleading by mentioning private room but in fact just a little tiny space divided by a fiber board wall. You can't even open a luggage in the so-called room. 1 air con shares among 6 rooms and only allow to on at 6pm! Not even a fan for air ventilation in the hot noon! If you're hot, the owner will ask you open the window and door, then the room is full of dust from outside. You can enjoy snoring sound and alarm ringing from other guests since it's not really a room. Limit the time of using bathroom. I was washing my hand in the toilet and the male owner just came in to check the heater without even saying excuse me! さらに表示

Nice and quiet place. We enjoyed our 5 day stay.in this property. The guy who was in charge, mr. Soc, was very kind and tried his best to communicate to us in English . Will recommend the place to our friends and we hope to stay here again next time we go back to Fukuoka. さらに表示

Propose of Stay: JR Travel Near JR Hakata station. Very convenient location for JR rail travel in Kyushu area. However, there was no curtain for each beds, not so comfortable to change underwear. Plus, lack of laundry devices (both washer and dryer) made very inconvenient for doing laundry. さらに表示

My mom and I booked at the last minute (before 8pm) when we didn’t catch the shinkansen to Shin-Osaka. The guesthouse is a relative 8-10 minute walk from Hakata Station, around 800m I think. We were welcomed warmly by the owner and helped bring our luggages upstairs. They don’t have elevators, so if you have heavy luggages and would bring them up yourselves, it might be a bit of a challenge. We had the triple room consisting of a double deck and a pull out bed. It was very comfy, the sheets are clean, and the room is warm enough for a good sleep. The rooms are not separated by thick walls from ceilings to floor so we bit of woke up in the middle of the night due to some noisy neighbors arranging their luggages. But all in all it was a good, comfy sleep worth your bucks. A Family Mart convenience store is also a stone throw away so you don’t have to worry about getting hungry. さらに表示

Glad that they had room available even on the day. Nice and clean hostel. The oppa at hostel was very nice, he helped up to get taxi amd move baggages. Taxi was around 1500yen There were a dressing table in front of our room and some time people were using the hair dryers at mid night, thats caused a big noise if sleeping さらに表示

The owner is a Korean who is super nice. He always chats with guests and shares his food and drinks. The facilities are very clean and comfortable. Though it is a little bit far from JR station and not easy to find on map. I am sure I will come again. To clarify, checkin later than 8 pm is possible. The owner always stays late with guests. さらに表示

I stayed for two nights and the hostel was able to provide me the necessities. The staff provided a map on how to find the hostel, better if you pass by Exit 17 of Hakata Station. The rooms were okay and the bathrooms were clean. Water was also available. The owner was kind and explained things well. さらに表示
