The room was good for family of six persons with small kids. They have baby chair however no baby crib but is fine. There was a near groceries down the building and train station just walk 10-15 mins depends on you. People was kind to tell the direction when you ask even if its hard to them to talk in english they are very helpful. さらに表示

Pros: - Good location about 10 mins walk from the train station - Easily check in system with i-pad and someone will call you to verify your passports - There are family mart, 7-11, supermarket along the way, can grab some food before heading back and a local supermarket is just located next to the building - Smart heating system in the toilet, hang clothes for drying easily. Definitely value for money. Cons- It's quite noisy especially during night time when ambulance passed as there is a hospital nearby - Cleaning can be better as used socks found in the shoe rack, dirt found in the utensil tray and sponge was not new - Table cloth n room slippers are not provided - Kettle placed is too high which is quite dangerous さらに表示

The room itself was fantastic. Relatively spacious by Japanese standards, modern facilities, and fully equipped with everything you need. Close to restaurants, convenience stores, and a supermarket. However, the check-in process was a nightmare. There are no on site staff, and instead you must contact a call center via an iPad at the entrance. It just so happened that when we were checking in, the iPad battery was dead. We had to charge it up with our powerbank to be able to check in. While tge iPad was charging, we contacted the property via the Agoda app and managed to get the combination to get the keys. If we did not have data or a powerbank, we would've had to spend the night on the streets. さらに表示

Good kitchenete which we used to cook a couple of times. Good separate wc and shower / bath rooms. Clean apartment and very good quality and condition for the price. Would definitely stay again. さらに表示

The apartment was nice, conveniently located to several good restaurant/izakayas and combini stores. It wa a bit of a walk to/from the nearest train station. The place was clean and reasonably spacious, but it was a pain in the ass to check in through the tablet, especially after traveling from Tokyo on a Shinkansen and JR line with toddlers. We had to manually input everyone’s details (there were 7 of us) then get the keys from the mailbox, which took 45minutes to deal with after a long trip. 1.有洗衣機，浴室可以烘衣服，很方便，但要入住的旅客注意，不可烘衣與洗手台插頭同時用電，會跳電。 2.暖氣太小台，只會暖房間，不會暖客廳，睡覺是夠用的。 3.離車站算近，附近有零星餐廳、便利商店及超市，要搭去主要車站也算方便。 4.check-in靠門外的平板，因為平板聲音不集中，很難聽清楚在說什麼，語言只有英文及日文，但還算順利，建議提前將收到e-mail填寫入住資料回寄加快速度；check-out只要將鑰匙放回信箱，蠻方便的。 5.沒有看見任何員工有點令人不安，但有疑問在agoda對店家提出問題會快速得到回應，感覺還可以。 さらに表示

入住時是一大考驗，門口有台平板，會連線民宿服務員(只有英文與日文可選)，不會日文及英文不好時也別怕，她會準備中文字卡，服務員會要求入住所有人拿著護照拍照，之後會告知放置鑰匙信箱的密碼(要記住，退房直接將鑰匙放回信箱)，鑰匙除了開房門，也是用來開一樓第二道自動門及樓梯間的門；民宿門口對面是間小超市，再往前(弁天町站)方向走有間大超市(營業到凌晨一點)，東西還蠻便宜，可以買食材回來民宿自己煮，民宿有爐具、微波爐、且附鍋具、餐具；民宿門口出來後方向大馬路對面有7-11及全家便利商店，買東西真的很方便。 民宿內有洗衣機(有附洗衣精)，洗完衣服直接掛在浴室(衣架在臥室衣櫃)，浴室門旁有控制器，選擇乾燥即可烘乾衣物，晚上洗隔天就乾了，其實可以不用帶太多換洗衣物，客廳有另一個控制器，用來控制泡湯水溫，放洗澡水前可以調整溫度(使水溫恆溫)，唯一覺得不足的就是暖氣，因為室內機只有臥室有，客廳還是會覺得冷。 さらに表示

제가 갔을때가 평일이여서 그런지 요금 대비 숙박시설이 너무 좋아 놀랄 정도였어요 룸컨디션도 좋고 샤워실 화장실 침실 다 따로 있어서 사용하기 너무 편리 하였구요 다만 체크인 방식이 일본어 또는 영어로 화상으로 하다보니 의사소통이 조금 어려웠습니당 그 외에 숙소는 지하철도 인근이고 큰 마트도 인근이고 새로생긴 온천테마파크도 근처고 다다 좋았어용! 다음에 또 가고싶은데,, 예약이 어렵네용 ㅜㅜ 꼭 다시 갈꺼에요! さらに表示

对于有洁癖的我这家酒店非常干净，房间在日本算是大的，交通非常方便四百多米就可以到地铁弁天町和jr，对面就有便利店吃喝都可以解决！到环球影城jr线三站就到！非常满意的入住体验👍 さらに表示

离地铁jr站步行十分钟，全屋宜家，附近有大型商超。干净两房一厅能容纳9个人。唯一不便是全程自助式远程跟呼叫中心一位南亚籍客服办理入住(现场没有前台)，英语欠佳或数字素养欠佳的就不要选择这个公寓了，拿钥匙过程有点烧脑。 さらに表示
