Restaurant is excellent if u like western food , I enjoy very very much , wine is not expensive, I stayed in one of the best room with movie room and hot spring room , my wife not comfortable with the drainage smell, need to improve. This is the 4th time I stay here. I guess you will have surprised if u visit here 1 and 2nd time. Overall is nice , especially it is close to the national park さらに表示

All the staff are amazingly friendly and would try their best to accomodate your request even if they do not speak English. It is nice to see that a significant segment of the staff are elderly. Our room have a private onset which is nice if you are not used to public onsen. Hotel grounds are amazing. Bar area and family area has an amazing model train set. A well thought out getaway location for couples who want to slow down and enjoy a private onsen in the comfort and convenience of their own room. The room was absolutely spacious and clean throughout. The temperature of the in-room onsen could be reduced, it was a little on the hot side, given it was the beginning of summer. All the small details made it special including in-room coffee pod machine and teas that paired well with the freshly baked rusks. A surprise and delight moment for us was the welcome dessert waiting in the fridge. Unlimited free drinks are provided at the bar between 3pm-11:30pm. From 9pm you can try a complimentary bowl of hot Japanese rice soup called ochazuke. Definitely visit the dainty Epuy cafe that has gorgeously presented pastries and breads baked daily. Also, if you get a chance, book for the Dinner degustation course, every plate that reached our table was Michelin star worthy. The entire stay exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended! さらに表示

Very nice resort in Onuma. Hotel facilities are fabulous. It’s like we are in the old time hi-class Japanese premise with European style. Free drink, wine, beer at the lounge and listen classical music with hi-end stereo like B&W speaker and Jeff Roland audio is wonderful. Room is quite small and tight since space is given to be terrace, private onsen, and little garden. But that area is memorable, lying in the big round tub looking at flower in the garden with sunshine or moonlight, wow. Hot spring water seems to come from direct source since it is within hotel premise. Public bath, however, has small bathing area. Public bath is only outdoor with quite a lot of insects floating. I have to use the net swing to take them off. That is a bit minus point. Dinner, western style, has a nice plating and presentation in every dish, but taste are rather mild. Overall, it is a beautiful hotel but pricey. さらに表示

The hotel is beautiful. Location is near one of the food street. Staff were friendly, room exceeds our expectation. since there is only about 40 rooms in this hotel, you will be able to enjoy the nice surroundings. Dinner and breakfast provided is good. さらに表示

環境優美，可放鬆心情， 早餐超級好。 下次來的時間要早點check in 因為太陽 四點開始 就下山，五點天就全黑，大沼公園湖邊有很多景點，適合散步，太晚就沒日光了。 溫泉不錯，小小的但很舒適及乾淨。 前台職員很細心英語也很好 。它們有一個英式酒廊有長時間供應果汁，紅酒，雞尾酒。比較特別的是有燒棉花糖，因為有真正的火爐，大小朋友見到很高興呢。 さらに表示

飯店員工服務非常好，雖然位於jr大沼公園站5分鐘的路程，但下大雪積雪又厚行李非常難拖行，進到飯店園區後，還有一小段路才到大廳，在停車上遇到員工，員工看到我們拖著行李，馬上前來詢問我們是不是要住宿？利馬幫我們搬運行李，入住後還貼心的導覽整間飯店的設施，晚上吧台有免費提共酒水服務，飯店環境非常好，私人溫泉非常棒！很享受很值得來！ さらに表示
