とにかく広々としたお部屋に感動しました。 海も見え最高です。 話題の「復元ドライヤー」がお部屋にあり、スタイリングが簡単に決まって大満足です。 温泉もいろんな種類があり、時間によって男女入れ替え制なので、夜と朝両方の入浴がオススメです。 隣接する啄木亭の温泉も楽しめます。 朝食はバイキングだけでなく気に入ったものを注文してテーブル番号のカードを渡すと持ってきてもらえるスタイルが新しいと思いました。 作務衣と足袋ソックスが良いサービスだと思いました。 部屋で飲んだコーヒーがおいしかったです。 さらに表示

お部屋は広く、路面電車の駅からも徒歩５－６分なので便利です。 連泊したのですが、バイキングの夕食、朝食が2日とも一緒だったので連泊はお勧め出来ません。 さらに表示

The room is spacious and clean, the hotel has tranquil atmosphere, the service was great and has a nice onsen on the ground floor with not many guests using it at any one time. The breakfast and dinner is delicious. I would definitely stay at least 2 nights next time. Highly recommend. さらに表示

Room was excellent with a private bath. The public onsen was a wonderful experience cos there were different types of tubs for you to try. A bit out of the way though as it was hidden in a residential district. However, the staff were wonderful, they will assist in transport arrangements and getting back was also a breeze. Meals were delicious and fantastic! My family enjoyed the entire stay. If you want a relaxing holiday by just enjoying the hotel's facilities, this is it! さらに表示

We stayed 2 nights here and our room is Japanese tatami room with hot spring. The hotel is very new, modern designed and excellent. Staff here are very friendly and helpful. We tried the buffet dinner and breakfast which are very delicious. We definitely will choose this hotel when we come back to Hakodate again. さらに表示

Unlike many other onsen hotels, the condition of the furniture / equipment (especially the floor!) of this hotel is really good. Very new and clean. The style of the room (Suite 3) is not traditional Japanese, it's more a home style creating a very comfortable environment for people to relax. The room is spacious, with great ocean view. The in-room onsen was great. A little bit of concern about the privacy as the frosted windows are not high enough that people may be able to see from the outside. Breakfast and dinner were in buffet style. Only seafood dishes were provided (mainly fishes & scallops), a lot of choices though. The only complaint is that there's no air-conditioning inside the room. Although the weather was cold, there's no wind and it made the bed area very stuffy. さらに表示

This is our third visit to Hakodate and first time stay at your hotel. We are from Honolulu, Hawaii. We just loved this hotel! Your staff are the best and very accommodating to make us so comfortable. Food was very delicious and the room is very spacious with private bath. Stay in suite room Taisho Roman style. Trying to get Heisei modern but no room left. Picture in Agoda firstly scares me a lot because Taisho Roman style looks old and a bit dirty. But actually it is a very new room and all furniture are nice. Private bath though having an old look (white mosaic), is very huge. It is around three normal bath tub. Very pleasant actually. Public onsens are nice. Two rooms for male and female but switching day by day. I tried both, very pleasant as well. Ambience is like Roman bath in a modern style. There are several type of herbs and flower used in different pools making it more pleasurable. Breakfast is very interesting with a lot of small Japanese dishes, showing how to cook Japanese fishes in many ways for breakfast. Location-wise we have rented car, so it is very convenience because it is not far from all attractions but, if without car, it could be a bit troublesome because no public transportation around as I can see. さらに表示

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room with onsen is very big. Love having the onsen in our room, the public bath is indoor so you can’t really stay in the bath for too long. But you can open windows if you bathe in your room さらに表示

Imagine you have 6 onset tubs to choose!! They put different herbs into each tub, such as ginger, lemon, tea leaves,.... It turns into colorful onset tubs. We so much love it. Both jap breakfast and dinner are superb quality, very recommend. We are happy we found our ideal onsen hotel in Hakodate. We definitely will go back!! Thumbs up quality. Excellent staff.
