非常に満足
If only we could stay another night. Basically, the warmth and service from owner is second to none. If only Sanshien could consider providing dedicated toilets, that would make it the best in Hakone. GPS brought us to imoto instead of Ohiradai but through no fault of the hotel but needs to be fixed. Would definitely come back to stay if coming to Hakone again in future. さらに表示

Hotel was suppose to be on Holiday but technically booked on that day (computer error). But Hotel owner warmly welcome us & accommodated with genuine kindness. Owner sure have a beautiful smile makes your heart feel warm. Our great pleasure to stay on this place during autumn peak season. Onsen are great which u can schedule to use privately. Food compliments the atmosphere of Ryokan. Location wise, its near the station & easy to find. さらに表示

Very nice place. The futons, even though it looks like you sleep in the floor, felt like a real bed and it's the best sleep I had during the whole trip. The woman receiving us spoke excelent english (which is quite rare in Japan). You can reserve the onsens to use just with your group which is great, and they have a few of them. Very good area to explore as well, do investigate the transportation in the area and the sightseeing spots. It was quite hard to find at the beginning so do make a map (it's very hard to get internet in the area), and the sigh is in japanese and the caligraphy might not match exactly what you get from the internet. Our only ryokan experience and just fabulous. A little tricky to find at first. Easier to take the second left after the little shop, then first left and it is on the right, only a few minutes from the train/bus station. No English signage outside. The staff were very helpful, spoke good English, and catered to my food preferences for dinner. The dinner was excellent, sadly we had to leave too early in the morning to try the Japanese breakfast, but the staff assisted with an early Western breakfast that we were largely able to take with us. The private onsen was fabulous. We had one in the evening and one in the smaller bath in the evening (the smaller bath still plenty big enough for two medium sized people). The room was large, with own toilet and basin. There were both floor level table and chairs and Western style if you have difficulties getting down that low. The tatami mats and futons were comfortable. The only complaint was that the traditional wooden windows rattled in the wind through out the night. I used earplugs and slept fine, but my partner didn't fare so well. Overall, we loved it and would recommend it to anyone. さらに表示

The place was very difficult to find. The train station was deserted so no one to ask for directions. No English signage. When we did eventually find the place there was no one there; literally no one. We had to use our mobiles to call the number on our confirmation (expensive call!!). The manager arrived 15 minutes later. The room was great. Traditional Japanese style. Very basic. Dinner was excellent. Location is not great but okay. Easy to get around via bus. さらに表示

really tasty food! also, you can book your time slot for the hot spring, that means u can have your own hotspring! this is a very traditional japanese style hotel and the hotel owner was very friendly to us! it was very quiet and peaceful! The hotel is a 2mins walk from Ohirdai train station. We stayed in the hotel for a night and the owner and her daughter were really hospitable and friendly, dinner and breakfast were delicious. The room does not come with an attached toilet, the common toilet is pretty clean though. You can book a time slot to use the private hot spring bath. さらに表示

The tenant was very friendly and speaks a bit of English. The room was clean and warm, japanese style, there was a private onsen in the hotel. We had a japanese dinner as well as a typical japanese breakfast. The area is very quiet. You can take a bus to access the lake and have a view of the Mount Fuji さらに表示

Amongst the best stay of 6 hotel in Japan. Strongly recommend you to have a stay to experience the owner & her daughter great hospitality, private onsen & meals. Will definately come back again. it was a bit late when I arrived at the hotel as I went to a wrong hotel which has similar name, but the boss a woman was waiting for me like fer family. I felt I went back home from the fist moment I got in the hotel till I left. I had very good rest there after having traveled for few days. you can book the time of indoor and outdoor bath for your own, and it was really enjoyable. さらに表示
