芦ノ湖を目の前にして、国道１号線に沿ったわかりやすい位置にあります。箱根駅伝のゴールがすぐそばです。エクストラベッドを入れて、３人で使いましたが、部屋は十分な広さがあり、洗面所バストイレも広くゆっくりとしていました。大浴場は広くはありませんが、清潔で気持ちよい空間でした。部屋には１人ずつにミネラルウオーターのサービスがあり、１階のバーでウエルカムドリンクもありました。朝食だけのプランでしたが、近くのレストランなどは夕方早くにしまってしまうところばかりで、１軒だけ６時まで開いていたので、定食を食べることができました。朝食はいろいろ種類もあり、どれもおいしかったです。ロケーションもサービスも設備もまた利用したいホテルです。（ただ、エントランスから階段が多く、年老いた両親には少し不便なところもあるようでした。） さらに表示

台風暴風域の中、遅くにやっとの思いで到着。ルームサービス時間ギリギリになってしまいましたが快く注文を受けて頂きとても嬉しかったです。
部屋はホテルの中心。絶景を望める位置でしたが生憎の大雨。

フロントの方の対応も丁寧でした。部屋も清潔で天井が高くとても広い部屋でした。スタンダードツインにソファのエキストラベッドを入れても充分の広さです。大きな窓辺からへ湖畔が見え富士山が少し見えました。夕方のサンセットは真っ赤で最高です。湖畔での散歩が気持ちよく、他の宿泊者の人も夕方と朝は必ず湖畔で写真をとってました。大浴場はあまり広くありませんが脱衣所も浴室も清潔です。また泊まりたいホテルです！ さらに表示

部屋に位置的に、比較的景色は良くない方だったと思いますが、それでも湖、富士山、海賊船が見え満足でした。
お風呂は清潔で特段の不満はないのですが、それほど想像していたよりも広くなく、普通のお湯でしたので温泉という感じはかなり薄かったです。

デスクのスタッフさんの対応は良かったですが、レストラン、ラウンジスタッフの対応は酷かったです。クレームを入れても変わりそうではなかったので今後の利用は無いと思います。

お風呂の４Fの温度がちょっとぬるすぎに感じました。片方でももうちょっと温度があるとよいと思いました。
３Fはとってもちょうどよかったです。外から窓を拭いてあるとよいと思いました。中庭のテラスのウエディング用の白い建物の天井のクモの巣はとっておいたほうがよいと思いました。ホテルの方の対応はとても丁寧で安心できました、食事もおいしかったです。 さらに表示

ベランダの柱が邪魔ですが部屋から見る景色は良好でした。海賊遊覧船の発着場の近くなので夜の海賊船が近くで見れとてもキレイでした。ちょうど大浴場の改修工事期間中だった為、一つの浴場を男女で時間入替え制になっていたため好きな時間に利用出来なかったのが残念。新しいホテルではないので設備はそれなりですが、広めなお部屋でリビング付きだったのでのんびりくつろぐ事が出来ました。 さらに表示
湖畔なので景色は綺麗でしたが、ご飯がまずい。周囲のレストランも午後4時くらいには閉めるから晩御飯を食べるならバスで小田原に行くかあるいはホテルにくる前にお弁当買ってくることをお勧め。ホテルのご飯はまずくて高すぎる。お風呂も小さく女性大人三人も入ればいっぱいいっぱいだった。あとお布団なのか換気できないお部屋自体なのかちょっとカビ臭く感じた。 さらに表示

Great view of Lake Ashi. We were fortunate to see Mt Fuji during our stay due to good weather.
The hot springs are not very big but nice and clean and well maintained.

The hotel staff were really friendly and nice. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel but note that the bus ride from Odawara station is more than 1hour and the roads are windy. We got a room that looked directly at Mount Fuji so very pleased with that. Also just next door to the cruise which was helpful. さらに表示

Fantastic location with morning views of Mt Fuji over breakfast. We enjoyed the nice big bedroom although a bit overheated. disappointed with lack of facilities. Little information in rooms about facilities or surrounding area. Price was reasonably high range, but Paper coffee cups in our room. Not sure why they couldn’t put proper coffee cups in the room. Everything closes at 6pm in Hakone, but no room service, you either had to go to the bar, wait for your meal & eat downstairs or go to the restaurant there.
Beware happy hour, they tell you some drinks are half price, but actually they were the same price outside of happy hour. Haha

What an amazing way to end our holiday in Japan. The views from our room were unbelievable, with the full wall being a window. It really was something special.
Dinner and breakfast were both lovely, but be prepared to eat there and pay the cost associated as we really couldn't find anything else nearby that was open for the times that suited. Book early if you want teppenyaki, it only sits 14 people I think.

Room size is perfect. Onsen is small but clean. Staffs speaks little English but are generally polite and friendly. Very close to the pirate ship station. There aren’t too many types I. The buffet breakfast but the Denish was fairly good. We as a family of 8 ppl like the place a lot. さらに表示

Everything is very good. Staff is friendly. it has shuttle bus from odawara station, remember to contact them to book the bus. the view from the hotel to lake ashi is perfect, you can see mount fuji from your room. the hotel is dated but still very good. beware of the are at night, every restaurants is closed after 6pm no convenient store also, so you have to eat at 3 restaurants in the hotel, they have different price range and affordable さらに表示

We arrived around noon and were planning to go soon on the cruise, which starts at the port next door. I asked if it would be possible to check-in early to take a shower before we head further, I was met with a polite but stern "Check-in is at 3pm". I explained that I am aware, but asked if subject to availability we would nevertheless be allowed now. Without even checking, the reply came back immediately "Check-in is at 3 pm, you pay now, you leave your luggage here. You can get your key card after 3pm." Yeah allright.
On our return in the evening we were shown our room, which was ok, and were told the local onsen on one of the floors is being refurbished and we can use another hotel's onsen. We passed as we were tired.
We wanted to have dinner somewhere out since the restaurant was quite expensive and had a rather limited choice, but every dining place around the hotel closes at 5 or 6 pm, so if you want to dine out, you would need a taxi to the next village. Breakfast was ok. さらに表示

The view from the rooms is spectacular, the onsen are great (especially the open-air one on the third floor) and the restaurants serve tasty food. The hotel sits a two minute walk (at most) from the Hakone-Machi bus terminal and the pirate ship departure point, and has a bus stop directly across the street as well. The rooms are large and spotlessly clean. I recommend this hotel highly. さらに表示

I've visited Hakone five times already. The rates of Hakone Hotel were extremely reasonable by local standards. The view of the lake from the room on a clear day is a sight to behold. I loved the breakfast and the free daily cocktails. The onsens, especially the outdoor one, were a great way to relax after a long day of exploring Hakone. I would stay at this hotel again. さらに表示
