We are very satisfied with our stay. Its near to Togendai Station (3mins) walk. The staff are nice and very accomodating. Dinner and breakfast are very good. Facilities are great - there's indoor and outdoor onsen. Toiltries are all provided. We've chosen the Tatami Room with Shared Bathroom and its fine, there are toilets in 1F and 2F which are all clean and well maintained. さらに表示

the location of the hotel is very convenient, from tokyo we just took a bus and we arrived right in front of the hotel. the hotel is also 5 minutes away walking distance from Togendai station (bus terminal, hakone ropeway and sightseeing cruise). Ask the hotel reception for discount voucher for the ropeway cable car ticket. The indoor and outdoor onsen was superb. The dinner and breakfast was super delicious! I recommend that you eat at this hotel instead of outside. The food value for money is much more than what it's offered in outside restaurants. The staffs was very friendly, courteous, very helpful, super polite and speaks english quite well. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again :) さらに表示

I had a SURPRISE stay here with the price I paid -- Japanese style buffet breakfast with vast variety, fine dine dinner with semi buffet style, In-House Onsen with indoor and outdoor option. Love the Yukata provided by the hotel in the Tatami room we had chosen. Pleasant morning with beautiful Autumn view and fresh air. Will definitely be back again. さらに表示

It was a pleasure stay, the location is near to Togendai Station - not much to see during the foggy day, yet the place is really to enjoy quietness and to enjoy the cool outdoor onsen... it is a great place near Hakone lake (ashinoka). さらに表示

Recommend to have your dinner first before check-in as there is nothing to eat nearby. Alternatively, you can opt for their dinner which is taste very nice. Location wise, it is located very near to the pirate ship harbor. さらに表示

This hotel was better than we could have expected! We were there for a couple of days to get away from hot and hectic Tokyo, and to enjoy the onsen in Hakone. This hotel is also walking distance (4-5 minutes) from the bus stop/cable car stop, and the port where you can take a boat tour of the lake. We wish we had had more time there to relax. さらに表示

we opted for the half board and were not disappointed at all.. breakfast were international buffet and dinner were served appetizer, maincourse and sides like tempura, miso soup rice etc are buffet style.. The appetizers and main course were all delicious.. totally loved the onsen with indoor and outdoor pool and a steam bath.. It's near the cable car station, just 3 mins walk to reach there but when we were there, due to strong winds, the cable car were closed.. it has a bus stop right in front of the hotel so if u arrived from odawara station just board the bus bound for togendai, it'll bring u all the way direct to the hotel. generally enjoyed our stay there! さらに表示

This was a great first experience in Hakone. The hotel was clean, comfortable, the staff friendly, the onsen amazing. We would definitely come back to this hotel next time we come back to Hakone. Will not bother checking out other hotels in the area it was so good. さらに表示
