箱根は初めてで一泊で予約しました。 渋滞に巻き込まれながらバスにのってようやく１５時くらいに到着してチェックインしようとすると、スタッフ曰く「まだチェックインできない」とのこと。なぜ？と理由をきくと、予約したのがアゴダの英語標記のサイトからで、その場合は一泊ではなく「半泊」になり、チェックインは１８時ということでした。そんな説明は一切ないし、あればそれを前提に出発時間も調整したのに！というと、外国人が多くて、外国ではそれが普通（きいたことがない。。）だからの一点張り。諦めて外で時間をつぶしてからチェックインを済ませました。 部屋の状態ですが、他の人も書いてましたが、古くさくてカビ臭く、とても一泊以上もするレベルとは思えないです。しかも、びっくりしたのは、押し入れに貼り紙がはってあって「ご休憩の方は布団を使わないでください・」とあります。つまりラブホ代わりにも提供している？で、その貼り紙をそのまま貼り続けて、部屋に案内しています。呆れました。今回はカップルでいきましたが、雰囲気ぶちこわしです。何を考えているのか全く理解できない。余談ですが、ご休憩で布団使わせないこと自体も疑問ですが。。 門限もあって、で玄関を閉めるとのこと。え？旅行できてるのに２０時で外に出るなと「子供じゃないんだから、せっかく旅行にきてるんだし、そんな時間だったら外に出るでしょ」というと、この辺には何もない、どこに行くの？と迷惑そうに言われました。そこは押し切って、外出することにして、帰る時は電話して鍵を開けてもらうことにしましたが、未だに理解不能です。深夜１２時とかなら分かりますが、２０時は早過ぎます。 同伴者が質問したいことがあって、たまたま風呂に入ってのんびりしてるときにスタッフが近くを通りがかったので「すいません、ちょっといいですか・・」と声をかけると、「はいはいはいー」といいながらそのままどこかの部屋に入ってそのまま出てきませんでした。２人で唖然としました。 チェックアウトの時間も朝１０時でした。経験上、普通は１２時なので、１２時まで伸ばして欲しいというと、それなら追加料金を取るといいます。普通は１２時でしょ？というと「この業界に長くいるがチェックアウトの時間は１０時以外きいたことがない」といいます。そんなことありえるか？いや、自分は色んなところに旅行しているが、普通は１２時だ、１２時チェックアウトの所をきいたことがないなんてあり得ない、というと「いずれにしても箱根ではチェックアウトは１０時だ」で聞き入れてもらえませんでした。 風呂は普通、食事はおいしかったです（食事だけでした。。）。 結論、かなりひどいです。レベルのホテルや旅館なら分かりますが、以上もしてこのサービスはありえない。因みに室内にバストイレはありません。一体誰がいくのか？と不思議で仕方ない。しかも、ご休憩もやってるレベル。。もう二度と行かないです。仮に箱根にいくとしても、ここには泊まりません。因みにここの人は何があっても謝らないです。 さらに表示

18920円！で、友達と2人で泊まりました。 99000円の定価の表記を信じ期待してましたが、1万でも、キレそうな所で、駐車場から、山に向けて石の風情ある階段でスロープもなく、コロコロを運ぶのに一苦労し、入ると、感じの良い男女のスタッフに案内され、部屋に着いたら、臭ッと思わず出てしまう、異臭がする部屋で、アゴダは、状況を把握して、プロパーから、81%値引率を出しているなら、悪質極まりないと思いました。冷蔵庫もなかったけど、お願いすると、快く氷を分けて頂き、請求される事もなく、どうにか、女子会は、出来ましたが、お風呂が11時迄で、つかって飲みたかったのですが、持ち込んだビールがあり、先に飲む事になり朝お風呂に入りました。凄く景色がよく、感動し、外を眺めていたら、左の窓の景色の部屋の中から坊主頭が動くのが見え、ドユコト？と、恐怖を感じ、直ぐお風呂出ました。口コミにもありましたが、スタッフの方々3名は、感じが良かったので、残念で、申し訳ないのですが、 2度と行く事はないと思います。 さらに表示

温泉はとても良かったが、それ以外は微妙。到着時、スタッフに温泉利用は5時までと言われたが、普通に11時まで利用できてよく分からなかった。温泉自体は良いのだが、入れ墨のある客もいるため少し落ち着けなかった。施設、料金の支払いに関するスタッフの説明も雑で、今後もう一度利用したいと思わない。 さらに表示

老奶奶人超级好，想到我们回去晚，给我们拿电筒、拿伞。住宿的位置也还算方便，有直达小田园的大巴车的。缺点是设施有些旧了。总体来说不错，我们住的窗户外面，风景也好好。我们去那两天，只住了我和我朋友，所以有种我们自己住大别墅的感觉。 さらに表示

One of the onsen is really small and only have 3 shower stations. From the carpark to the entrance of the hotel is a long stone pathway, it is very inconvenient when you can’t even pull your luggage along but have to carry all the way from the carpark to the hotel. No toilets attached which i find very troublesome when I have to go out to use the washroom or even just for a hand wash! さらに表示

This was a very tranquil and nice resort that caters to lower density hotel. The hostess, Kami-San was very gracious and tried to ensure that we had a good stay. I was the lone vegan in my group, comprising of my family members, and KamiSan goes out of her way to accommodate me! Am indeed very grateful for that and we all had a most delicious meals - breakfast and dinner whilst there. We strongly recommend the Hotel Nakamura. さらに表示

The Ryokan is traditional and made us feel very homely with lovely and very friendly hosts. The Onsen feels very good and natural with a garden nature view and very relaxing though a bit small. Love the resting area outside the bath. Would be good if hot tea can be served in the resting area as well as we rest. The hosts are very friendly and dinners and breakfasts are very substantial with beautiful plating and wonderful service. Location may not be convenient for those who don’t drive. The hotel locates in the middle of a hill so if you walk from bus station (650m) with heavy luggage you will feel very tired. The hotel looks so lovely and boutique, even better than in the photo. Not so difficult to find if you are connected to the Google Map and in the daytime otherwise you must be confused of the location. Staff are nice and friendly. The facilities are reasonable compared to room price. The on-sen bath is pretty small, enough for about 5 people さらに表示

A little dated, carpet threadbare on edges of stairs, sinks in ladies worn, stained rice paper on doors, generally need uprading. Onsen good, tried both, smallest very hot, larger one the heat was more manageable. Room (tatami matted) comfotable. Friendly staff, but lack attention to detail. Expensive dinner, my sashimi tuna was still part frozen, ie semi solid when served, my roommate's was fine. We we both missed when the rice was served, but didn't feel we could say anything in a dining room full of other dining groups Had the accommodation and food been half the price I would have overlooked the above, but when you pay a certain price you expect a certain standard, which this failed to meet. Loved the onsen, and the hospitality offered by the staff. The baths for men and women change daily in the morning, so you get to enjoy both even if you're staying only for the night. The atmosphere after the sun set was magical, even if that meant a standoff with an 8-legged creature lured in by the warmth of the room. The futon was extra comfortable. Super-clean guest yukata. It's a bit far to walk (on your own, after dark, if you're a chicken, like I am) to get dinner, so I'd recommend booking it at the hotel. The breakfast was positively massive and delicious and prepared with care. Arrived on Sunday and stayed until Monday, which was why the place was positively empty. It might look a bit run down, but you can tell the staff still care and keep it clean and guest-friendly. A great experience! さらに表示

the Area around the hotel are very quite since it is not by the main road. It only takes about 5-6 minutes to walk to the bus station and about 10 min to nearby restaurant and convenient store. the Staffs are friendly and nice. They can't speak english but they still try to help you even using google translator. Overall, it is a really nice ryokan if youre looking for a quite place. さらに表示

It was the first time for our young kids to stay in a traditional Japanese Hotel. While my husband and I can speak Japanese, the children can't, but that didn't stop them from being very kind and accommodating to our sometimes noisy twins! I was apprehensive at first for the kids but it turned out the kids enjoyed it the most! I will definitely come back here with my family. If you are traveling with kids I'd definitely recommend this place! ps. the road going to the hotel from the bust stop is a short walk but a hard uphill one especially with luggage! There are rarely taxis so take note of that and maybe get off two stations before so you can grab a taxi easier. さらに表示

I feel like I have to defend this hotel a little bit given some of the other reviews, although I will admit that the price was rather too high for what was on offer. First off, the onsen is incredible, it's the real deal for the "purists" out there. The water is incredibly hot, has a milky consistency with a sulphurous smell and genuinely feels like you're sitting in a volcano, with a perfect view out on a little bamboo forest, plus a nice sitting area afterwards for you to recover in. Some complained that the onsen was dirty, but if you have proper untreated volcano water you get a variety of miscellaneous deposits on the walls and floors it just happens. However, given the state of the rest of the hotel, yes ok it could have done with a little clean up. The rooms were fine, basic but fine and comfortable. Everything felt a little dated but a lot of Japanese hotels seem to look like that. Breakfast was a whopping ¥2300 per person, but the restaurant area was very nice indeed. さらに表示

Value: a bit pricey. Breakfast was expensive but we were served crab and a full fish. It was delicious. Best part was their onsen. Its normally separate, but if there is no one there they'll let you go together. I wish they had a private one. There is a big really nice onsen, and a small not so nice. They rotate. The big one is definitely nicer. The small one super hot. I couldn't stay in it long. If you are sensitive to heat try the large one and go in at the opposite side where the water is pouring. Remote: It is remote. Family Mart is walkable and open 24 hours. If you don't get breakfast at the hotel, nothing is open except Family Mart. We didn't try for dinner at the hotel as it was just too early. Most places in the area closes around 4 - 5 pm. There are places open late that are a short bus ride away. Bathroom is shared, not private! Also heating outside your room is poor which means walking to the restroom is cold! The front desk is not always occupied. さらに表示
