良かったこと: スタッフの方々が適度な距離感があり親切 駅から賑う通りを抜け歩けるちょうどいい散歩距離にあるホテル いくつかの温泉と無料で使えるマッサージチェア、アメニティも揃っている。 清潔感があり読書もできるフロントロビー、ロビーでのコーヒーサービス 残念な点: 部屋入り口の下駄箱の消臭剤の匂いがかなり強烈すぎました。ドアを開けた瞬間びっくり。部屋の中は大丈夫で安心でしたが、無臭のものだったら良かった。 入ってすぐベッドに座ろうとしたら、枕のところに長い髪の毛が落ちてました。 当日に予約なしでも軽く食べられるルームサービスがあればと思いました。 コーヒーが苦手な友人と同行したのですが、フロントでのコーヒーサービス以外の飲み物もあればいいのになと残念がっていました。紙コップはありましたが、部屋に持っていけるように蓋が欲しかったです。 あと、フロントロビーに大人が読める洋書、洋雑誌があれば嬉しいです。 さらに表示

Classy hotel, it's kinda ryokan-style but it's kind off mix with an european atmosphere. You'll have big and typical room with tatami and futon. I had a nice view on the river and the forest. The hotel has big and relaxing baths that I've enjoyed a lot. The breakfast is really good with japanese and european foods. You'll have a lot of choices (fish, rice, sausage, eggs etc...) It was my 2nd time in Hakone and my first here, I think that I will go back here If I have to come back again !! さらに表示

Ryokan room are spacious , staff services is very good. Need to walk 10mins to the hotel but the overall environment is very scenic & nice feeling with some small shops along the way. Most shops will be closed by 7pm, & the town is quiet by then ,so get your dinner early. Most of the bread & food stuffs sold out fast at 7-11 , Lawson store . さらに表示

Hotel room was spacious and clean. The food was excellent and the I sent very enjoyable. The only small complaint was that the futon mattresses in the floor for sleeping were not very thick. The second night I stacked two on top of each other and that provided adequate padding. さらに表示

The room is big and clean but the massage corner is a joke. I wanted to check out the massage and to my horror it is located right at the corner of convention room of sort with two massage beds blocked by make shift partitions. The masseur double up as a receptionist by setting up a table in front of the partitions. I felt bad for the hotel and masseur that they cannot even spare a decent room within the hotel for guest massage in privacy...Probably the worst massage place i have seen in my life. I cannot imagine anyone could have a relaxing massage if they can hear other guests wondering and talking in the convention room. They have a shuttle bus pick and send the guest from Hakone Yutomo Station-Hotel. We reserved a room western mixed Japanese style, it was suitable for us (a family with 2 children). We have a dinner which started either 18:00 or 18:30 and this Japanese Style Dinner was served profesionaly by one staff in a fine dining restaurant. さらに表示

I stayed here with a group of families. No complaints from the older people, they all love the facilities & public onsen to the bits. Very clean & comfortable. Me & my husband booked their private onsen & found it interesting. It’s not that far from station, they provide shuttle bus and that’s a good thing. But it’s far from lake ashi & little prince museum. We stayed here for 2 nights. I think this hotel suits those who just want to stay in. さらに表示

Love this ryokan! we are booked deluxe japanese style room including dinner and breakfast, room are very clean and spacious, room come with private cypress bathtub. Staff are very polite, definitely will return to this ryokan if re-visit Hakone again in future, recommended! さらに表示

This is the first time of us in Hakone the hotel was on a good location which is not far from the town we had prefer dinner at hotel which is cost nearly 10000yen for 2person.the test and quality is so bad steak is too tough we recommend to find some good restaurants for dinner otherwise you will lose the money with nothing. There are 2 public onsen on the 5 floor which is not to bad. Finally I thought is too expensive さらに表示

The distance is about 15min walk from the station and morning they provide shuttle bus. The room is big and spacious. Big indoor and out hot spring pools at the 5th floor.. The dinner and breakfast was very good. さらに表示

This hotel is situated near the Hakone-Yumoto train station. The Onsen was really really nice, very relaxing. I stayed in the Japanese style tatami mat type of room and it was a really authentic Japanese "ryokan" experience and they provide "yukata" for wearing. All in all, would highly recommend it! さらに表示

We enjoy this hotel very much. Very convenient for leisure with good view. Onsen is very clean, full of facility (even massage chair) and comfortable. Location is not so close with railway station, but they prepare shuttle car. Great hotel to stay if you are planning to sightseeing around Hakone. さらに表示
