部屋や、お風呂からの景色やお湯はいいけど まず、施設が古いのは、しょうがないとしても、お風呂が排水溝に毛が溜まってたり、シャワーのホースがカビなのかなんなのか汚い。 天井もカビだらけ、お風呂が清潔でないのが、かなりキツイ。 夕食も、びっくりするほど、質素で、おかずがショボ過ぎて、食べるものがない感じ。 今まで、色々宿泊した中で、最低の食事でした。 従業員の方も、朝、廊下ですれ違っても、挨拶もしない、ホスピタリティを感じない対応でした。 2度と泊まることはないと思います。 さらに表示

I went there with my husband for two nights. This hotel is quite old and not well maintained. Food is very good, location is good just need to walk for few minutes you could arrive the Souzan cable car station. The Onsen is super good, please don’t miss it. The staffs are very nice and helpful too but they couldn’t speak in English at all. They sent us to the station so we could catch the bus on-time. Overall, if you are looking for a traditional Japanese hotel, worth to try at yamadaya :) さらに表示

No life facilities as this is authentic Ryokan. Dinner was average. We had better ones in other prefectures. Service is excellent though. Onsen public bath doesn’t have that much of a view although Onsen water quality is excellent. It has rich amount of minerals, that are beneficial to ones skin and health generally. さらに表示

Really beautiful, a little bit expensive but it is the normal price in the area. The view of the mountains was great from the balcony. The only thing I dont recommend is the private onsen, extremely small and a little bit ugly. Just go to the normal onsen, it is good enough. さらに表示

Location - It is tricky to get there from Odawara station. You have to take bus to get there. Bus stop no5, the journey will take about 45 mins and costs around 1K Yen. No shops or restaurants are around, I’m glad that we booked both the breakfast and the dinner. Food - dinner was very good, breakfast was a little to fishy to us but still decent. Food are mainly fish and no other options. Onsen was amazing there. They have indoor and outdoor ones with beautiful scenery. Staff are very polite. But not all of them know how to speak English. We only stayed one night for experience. Would strongly advise for western visitors, if you wanted to experience. One night or two is enough. さらに表示

Staffs very friendly and can speak fluent English. We booked 3 rooms and they help to arrange to have our dinner and breakfast together at a big common space. There are two public onsens. One at level 3 and one at level 4. Everyday will change from male to female between these two onsens so you can enjoy both sites. Each onsen have 1 indoor big pool and 2 outdoor small pools. さらに表示

The hot springs felt wonderful. Make sure you use the outside ones, brings a new experience. The breakfast and dinner spread in the room was delicious, despite not know what half of the stuff was. They do come and explain it to you so that’s a plus. Right by the cable car/ropeway transfer so easy to get to. They bring you to the station at the end so no need to truck with your luggage さらに表示

Great location, you can go to Gora or Big Spring Alley very easily. The hot spring is wonderful. I booked the private spring to enjoy with my boyfriend the first night. The public springs have great view, sometimes only 1-2 person. さらに表示

The property is rustic but comfortable. Appreciate that the staff offered to pick up and drop us off at the Gora station during our check in /out. The rooms are traditonal Japanese style and the food was scrumptious. Had a wonderful 2 nights stay. さらに表示

Ryokan located at Sounzan station up in the mountains, which could be some travel distance/ time from Hakone-Yumoto, but also made it a rustic getaway from the tourist crowds. Ryokan Manager was very friendly and helpful, offered to send us to the Open Air Museum when we checked out. Overated. Place abit run down and old. Not value for the price you pay. There are nicer ones in the surrounding areas.... Service average, Obasan serving the room has mood swing. She acts like a army commander than a service staff. さらに表示
