地図で見ると駅から遠いのかなと思いましまたが、箱根湯本駅から近く(商店街を10分ほど歩く)、満足でした。 スタッフの皆様のサービスが良く、心穏やかに休暇を過ごせました。 料理もとても美味しく、部屋も綺麗(やや古いですが)で、温泉もいい湯でした。 さらに表示

3人で約10万の部屋に泊まりました。 両親への親孝行で奮発しました。 部屋はお値段相応でしたが、サービス面で不満が残りました。 まず仲居さんにおもてなしの精神が見られなかった。 こちらの質問に半笑いで返したり、チェックイン時に夕食を６時でなく７時にと言ったら嫌そうにしたり。 担当を変えてくださいと言いたくなったが、素敵な気遣いが出来る人も居たのでこれは仲居さんによるのだろう。 wi-fiが無いのにはびっくりした。 しかし廊下にはソフトバンクのwi-fiルーターがあった。業務用のみなのだろう。 部屋に氷を頼んだのだが３回目で「700円ですがいいですか？」と聞かれた。 勿論無料だと思っていたのに、、 部屋の氷で料金を取られたのは初めて。 スナックかのような値段設定にもびっくり。 約10万の部屋に泊まって氷を我慢するというなんとも言えないステイになりました。 建物自体は良いので、 後はスタッフが実際に自分が10万近く出して泊まる事を想像して、 サービス面を良い方へ改善してほしいです。 さらに表示

貸切風呂が空いていればいつでも入ってよい！というのがとてもうれしいサービスでした。 お忙しいのはわかるのですが、お料理を出してくれ宇時やお布団を敷きに来てくれる時があまりにもせわしくて、片付けも忙しないのが少し残念でした。あと、支払いにクレジットカードを使えるようにしてほしい。 さらに表示

ご飯の時間を選べるはずが選択できなかった点と担当の仲居が最悪でした。 名前を最初に名乗ったのでここで実名を書きたいくらいですが、態度、対応、マナーが何一つなってなく接客レベルに関していえば論外でした。 旅館の質を落とす原因だと思うので解雇したほうがいいと思います。 あえてどうゆう内容かは書きませんが明らかに一人だけおかしな仲居がいます。 それ以外は並です。 さらに表示

一人旅での利用です。 ①立地･ロケーション 箱根湯本駅からすぐ近く(徒歩5分くらいかな？)でバッチリ。川のほとりの老舗旅館という雰囲気で、ビジュアルは最高です。 ②料理 The旅館って感じの懐石料理。味はとても良い。何より部屋食なのが個人的には◎。ただ料理が出てくるタイミングは基本的に旅館側の都合なのが△。 ③サービス スタッフのサービスに関しては、アットホームではあるが、雑の一言。レベル的にはその辺の居酒屋よりもひどい。仲居さんが部屋に入ってくる時ノックしないので着替え中に入ってきた(しかもなにごともなかったかのように仕事してった。オカンか。)ので、特に女性は要注意。 部屋食の時も雑さが目立つ。食器の置く時の音なんてちょっといい居酒屋レベルでも厳しく言われるのに。 ④設備 エアコンがつかない、お風呂のアメニティが共用＆超汚い。下町の銭湯レベル。 ⑤お風呂 雰囲気は◎。ただ狭い。小さい方の風呂はシャワーが3つしかなく、女性風呂になっている時間帯はめっちゃ混みそう。貸切風呂は右側のシャワーが水しか出なかった。 ⑥総評 結論から言うと5万出してこれはヤバいです。5万と言うと箱根でも富士屋ホテルや界、龍宮殿に競合する値段帯です。1万台のお宿でももう少しいいとこあるかも。雰囲気はいいので、細かいところに気を使えればいい宿になりそう。(その細かいところが致命的なわけだが。) スタッフさんには一からホスピタリティ研修をし直した方がよいのではと思います。 さらに表示

住的房间好旧 酒店给准备的浴衣超级老气 隔音效果很差 屋里有烟味 很强的那种。酒店的最近重新装修过的房间可能会好一点？ 房间里吃的早晚饭挺精致 味道吧个人觉得一般 量的话 女士吃足够了 饭量大点的男士的话感觉吃不太饱 特别是晚餐 温泉水是很棒的 可以预约时间的露天温泉虽然有点小 但是两个人泡还是足够的 房间里能听到酒店前河水的流溪声 能看到山景 挺不错 さらに表示

Upon arrival, the owner took us to our rooms and did a little tour inside our room. Dinner in the room was serve by this sweet lady who explained the dishes to us (on what's edible and what's not). Aside from our private bath within our room, we had the option of using their public one (an indoor one and an outdoor one). Place was clean and serene. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. If you fancy snacks, there is a Lawsons within walking distance. 150% would recommend a night's stay here. さらに表示

I had better onsen experience in my nine trips to Japan. Food wise it was great though. Above the average ryokan experience. Has parking too! The walk from the station is not short, has many cars going downhill (fast and its a bend), and it is uphill. No fun with or without luggage. Lastly, they could invest in an elevator (I did see some upgrading works so perhaps... in the future?). さらに表示

We booked two of the private onsen rooms - one for my parents and one for my husband and I - since we weren’t sure we could brave the public onsen. We can’t rave enough about this place. Great traditional ryokan experience, amazing dinner and breakfast, relaxing onsens, the sweetest staff, and conveniently close to the Hakone Yumoto station. Each room’s layout was completely different and uniquely beautiful. The photos really don’t do it justice. Unfortunately since the lighting is dim on purpose, I couldn’t even capture any good photos or videos. We felt like each of our hotel rooms was a whole house with all of the space. Our rooms were made up of several separate spaces - a living room with a table/4 chairs and balcony, a separate bedroom, closet, toilet room, vanity/sink room, partially outdoor onsen bath and separate shower... we were thrilled! The food... OMG! Just amazing. Rounds and rounds of courses for both the dinner and breakfast. Everything was so thoughtfully and intentionally created, and although tiny at first, we all got so stuffed we couldn’t finish everything. And my husband and dad eat a ton... We ended up checking out all of the public onsens - there were 2 pubic onsen rooms, each with two onsens, and also a public one that you can reserve for private use. We all thoroughly enjoyed it and could visibly see the difference in our skin and facial complexion after just a 15 min soak. The staff were also so kind and allowed us to check our luggage before check-in as well as after check-out. Our server NaiZuKi (sp?) was incredibly sweet and kind - she made our stay even better! She spoke English, Chinese and Japanese! I had read in some past reviews about the staff not speaking anything but Japanese, but we didn’t find that was the case at all. It’s a super close walk to the Hakone Yumoto station, which seems kind of far from all of the other Hakone points of interest like Lake Ashi, etc. but it’s honestly all pretty easy to get to if you g さらに表示

We drove to the ryokan and it was relatively easy to navigate. The location was very accessible, there is even a river nearby that you can take a walk along side. The room was very well maintained and cleanliness was impeccable. We highly recommend to get a room with a private open air bath. The experience was like no other! Dinner and breakfast in the room was great as well! Nothing too extravagant, the ingredients were fresh and meals well balanced! We enjoyed the food. Hospitality and service was outstanding despite the lack gauge barrel. We felt very much at ease and well taken care of. Reasonable price point for an excellent experience! さらに表示

The location is quite near the station, take about 10 mins walk and the environment is very quiet. The room we have booked for one night is delux japanese style room with River view, the room is very spacious for 2 people and the river view is actually not very clear but the room is still very clean and nice. The staff has guided us to the hot spring when we have checked in. There is a open-air bath for publice use, nice and good atmosphere. And the highlighted area for the hotel is the food, the meal is presented delicately and tasted delicious and fresh. さらに表示

We paid for a private open-air Onsen in our room which was totally worth it. We also had traditional Japanese dinner in our room which was nice although we recommend to google some information about a stay at a RYOKA first since the traditions are so specific (we felt as we messed up several times!).
