友人と宿泊しましたが、ゴンドラホテルの名前のまま、ゴンドラ「イブ」の目の前でした。 駐車場も隣と楽ですが、赤ちょうちんに行くのは少し歩きます。 チェックインは、簡易的なもので大変楽でした。 チェックアウトも、鍵を置いておくだけで、スピーディー。 朝食付きプランで5000円で、朝食はアメリカンなものでした。 部屋は清潔な真っ白なシーツで、ダブルと2段ベッドと4人で寝れます。 次も行くなら、ここに泊まります。 さらに表示

私が一旦部屋を離れた際に、掛布団が同部屋の外国人に持っていかれました。当人と直接揉めるのも嫌なので、フロントに行ったが20時時点でフロントは不在。ホテルの番号に電話をかけるも、外国人スタッフが苦笑いして電話を切られました。部屋の前で待てども誰も来ないので、もう一度電話をしましたが、声を発した瞬間に電話を切られました。 真冬に掛布団無しで就寝せざるを得なくなり、自分の衣類を肩に掛けて寝ることになりました。 その後、深夜1:30に同部屋の人が泥酔して戻ってきましたが、布団の上で嘔吐を始めました。部屋中に臭いが充満。こちらはとても寝ていられなくなり、談話室のような場所でソファに座り夜明けを待つことになりました。 不測の事態が発生した際に、完全に放置されてしまい、誰にも助けを求められない状況は宿泊施設として成り立っていないと思います。災害時などもこのような状況に陥ってしまう事は容易に想像がつきますし、宿泊客のモラルも低く、携帯電話などをタコ足配線で何台も充電を行っている光景も見られました。 最高の立地でたくさんの外国人客に支持されている宿です。宿泊客の安全を第一に考え、体制を整えて頂ければと思います。 さらに表示

朝食付きだったので、しっかり朝ごはんを、食べて滑りに行きました。夜は周辺のバーなどへ行き、飲み歩きました。このホテルは外国人の利用がほとんどでした。日本人スタッフもいますが、たまにいない時もあります。 さらに表示

The room is very small and the bathroom is so tiny but soon we got use to it. The cleanliness of the room is highly commendable. We have a great view of the ski mountain and the sight was lovely every morning especially when it was snowing. Thumbs up to the attentive staff whom will provide assistance whenever required.Breakfast was ace although it was just some simple items but thats all we needed. Great and more than expected! It was my first time and I did not expect too much about the hotel because it is the cheapest one. However I was comfortale enough to have a beautiful memoty left in my heart blended with cotton-like snow at Happo-One. さらに表示

I highly recommend this gem of a place, whether you like motel with bathroom ensuite, shared bathroom, or dormitory. The prices are reasonable, the water is always hot no matter how many are showering post-ski, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and Australian (i.e. speak English perfectly). It's an easy walk to the Olympic slopes, and also an easy walk to public transit that takes you to a half-dozen other ski areas of all varieties. It's a 10-minute walk to the town visitor center, staffed by Japanese locals who are English-fluent and who will make phone calls for you. We really enjoyed the Recovery Bar next door. We had previously spent the week before in Tokyo, so it was kind of nice hearing English in an Aussie bar. The free breakfast was a plus — although minimal, consisting of just yogurt, granola, canned fruit, toast, and hard-boiled eggs. It wasn’t amazing but it still gave us what we needed to survive the morning on the slopes. The hotel gives you the bare minimum in the room. We only were given one towel each, and oddly, shampoo and body soap, but no conditioner. The proximity to the gondola was what made this stay worth it. If you’re in Hakuba and your main priority is skiing/snowboarding, this is a great hotel for the location. さらに表示

I was visiting Hakuba for the snowboard instructor course. Hakkuba Gondola Hotel has great location if you are going for a snowboard trip. The staff was very helpful after I had been through a nightmare with a horrible roommate who was peeing in a share room. The staff was very efficient to change room for me and the other girl to another room. It was not a good experience when you had a drunk roommate who was peeing in the room but the staff was very helpful and looking after the mass. I really appreciate the staff at Hakuba Gondola Hotel and definitely will recommend it to friends. さらに表示

Really enjoyed our stay at Hakuba Gondola Hotel. The location was excellent, only being a 2 minute walk to the snow. The price was good, we were on a small budget & we really appreciated the free breakfast each morning. Staff were nice & helpful when needed. Definitely would recommend. :) さらに表示

すごく良い
I stayed here for skiing with mixed dom. The location probably is just 100 feets to the Adam gondola. The room is a bit smelly but it's okay for me most of the times go to skiing from 0800-1610 and with this price tag u cannot complain at all. さらに表示

Great location, great Staff. Could use a renovation ... Everything is pretty outdated with a tiny 13" tube TV. Breakfast was disappointing (cereal and soft boiled eggs were available) we ended up going to the recovery bar for breakfast, which was reasonable and tasty. If you don't mind not having pristine amenities then this place is pretty good. Rooms are quite small and the bathroom even smaller but it's just a place to sleep. A cross the road from the Gondola ride that takes you pretty close to the top. Private Olsen can be booked for ¥3000. Ski hire shop in the hotel. The bar here is pretty awesome and very easy to meet other people. Pint of beer ¥500 and Jaeger bomb is the same. Enjoy さらに表示

it was nice, children can play with the snow. hotel package with common breakfast so we no need to be out there in cold weather to look for breakfast in the morning. But the room was too small and not really convenience to stay in the room without free wifi. we stay in Tatami floor room, it makes bad image for my children about Japanese Tatami floor. the floor never been swep and all the clothes and sock that fall to the floor will get the tatami flakes and hard to clean. the floor was too dirty, you can find other people socks leaving under the bed. さらに表示
