初めての滞在でした。日本にもこんな所があるのだなと感心しました。 スタッフも笑顔で感じが良く、お部屋もアップグレードして頂き嬉しかったです。 また違う季節に再訪したいと思います。 一つだけ残念だったのは楽しみにしていた夕食ですが、暖かくサーブされるはずのお料理が全てぬるかった事です。 日本のワインもいろいろ揃っており期待していましたが、その点だけはマイナスです。 さらに表示

サービスの割には割高感がある。付いた係りの者も強引。夕食で連れが梅酒を頼んだが、アルコールに弱いのでロックを勧められたがソーダ割を頼んだが、溜息とも取れる間を連れも私も感じた。スタンダードを予約したが、ホテルに到着した際、1ランク上の室内ジャグジー付きの部屋が一人3000円プラスで空いているという事だったので変更したが、部屋からのビューが下の階の屋根がメインで、しかもその屋根に落ち葉や枝見たいのがいっぱい乗っかってて残念。 さらに表示

Everything was perfect. Ski valet was great. Staffs were very attentive as always. Even my friends were impressed by their service. Rooms were cozy and big with jacuzzi ( we were upgraded to deluxe ) Will definitely recommend to whoever intending to visit hakuba. Will be back for sure ! さらに表示

La Neige has top reviews for a reason. From the moment you enter the property the staff go out of there way to help and assist. The rooms are absolutely luxurious. You pay for what you get, very indulgent but worth it. I would recommend the half board dinner option. The dinner option is 85,000 yen per person but far cheaper if you package it in with your room. Fine fine dining every mouthful amazing and much much more than starter/main/dessert. The staff are very very attentive and go out of their way to make your trip memorable. I stayed here with my young son and cannot recommend this place highly enough. While it was on the costly side for us, this was all forgotten once we arrived. The staff are exceptional - friendly yet professional, generous, kind, homely and so very, very helpful and fun. By the time we left I felt like we were family!! We let the staff make all the arrangements for our ski, snowmobile lessons as well as the snow monkey tour. Excellent recommendations all the way. A lot of nice touches like giving us a warm welcome when we arrived w a nice tea n getting our footwear ready when we return to hotel n the complimentary shuttle to n from train station. Very attentive service indeed! Food wise - nice food at the main dining area - a little pricey though but nice ambience, service n food. Chef willing to accommodate all our requests n their bread is out of this world - each piece is baked only upon request so be prepared to wait. Grill bar was of average quality though. Breakfast is fine - crepe n Japanese porridge were really good. But pancakes were so so - not fluffy enough like the ones we tried in Tokyo. In summary, not a cheap stay but like to feel pampered during a holiday then this hotel is the right choice indeed! We hv thoroughly enjoyed our stay. さらに表示

In summer time, there is a bus stop nearby ( 5-10 minutes walk) connecting between various lift stations and the city centre. And within 5 minutes walk, there is a lift station taking you up to 1200 m. The staffs are very friendly and the food are very good. さらに表示

Amazing service, kind and helpful staff. Lovely room, beautiful surroundings (in the woods), quiet place, beautifully furnished and decorated Franck Lloyd Wright Art Deco style. We had a lovely room, very quiet and confortable, with a terrace on the woods. Breakfast is delicious, in a lovely dinning-room, tables are well seperated one from another so you have privacy. There's a buffet and also warm dishes to order. Waiters are very kind but also discreet, it's a perfect service. All staff is very thoughtful, from front desk to drivers to waitresses to house-keepers, etc. They bring you your skis in the morning and drive you to the slopes (though it's very near, just behind the hotel 5 mn walk), and they take care of your skis and shoes again in the evening when you come back : we had nothing to do, just let ourselves being pampered and it's so pleasant ! It's a very relaxing holiday, it's great ! Hotel is a little far from the village center, but there are several slopes sites and you can choose any of them with the ski-lift pass, the best slopes are close to the hotel, and there are several other restaurants around the hotel and going to the slopes site. The front desk can make any reservation for you to any restaurant in Hakuba. There are two restaurants in the hotel : a grill-bar and a more fancy restaurant which is great : the chef is a perfect cook ! We had a special dinner for our anniversary and it was delicious. There also a lovely small shop in the hotel near the front desk. What else can I say ? This hotel offers a perfect service, always thoughtful, never bothering, we had the best vacation in a hotel ever. さらに表示

One of the best stay I've had my entire years of traveling, and I've traveled quite a lot! Forget about the rate and go for it! It'll definitely be worth the cost. I know hotel staff are trained to maje the guests feel welcome, but these incredibke people at Hotel La Niege go further to make you feel at home you never know you want. Best of all they sound sincere and not "trained" at all. So and Taka are the best! Breakfast and dinner I have all are amazing! Baked mushroom is my most favorite for breakfast, their breads are mouthwateringly good too. Location a bit out of center but you get the gorgeous view and if you don't drive there's a shuttle van readying to drive you around town. It can't get any better than this, trust me. さらに表示
