おしゃれで清潔でステキなホテルです。日本人が少ないので海外に来たような雰囲気を味わえます。幼児一名連れて泊まりました。お庭に積もった雪で遊んだり、温泉に何度も足を運んだりお部屋でゆっくりテレビをみたりと楽しかったです。食事も朝夕ともに大満足でした。 さらに表示

ホテル従業員のプライドが高いのか？？客対応が横柄で、気遣いが無く一流ホテルとは程遠いと言える。フレンチレストランでは、食事中に支払い請求され、金額を同席者に見えるように出された。また、誕生日の方にケーキを出す時には、いきなり男性スタッフが、非常な大声で下手なバースデーソングを急に歌いだし、火事か強盗かと驚いて席を立つ程ビックリさせられた。良いホテルのセンスを感じることが出来なかった。スキー場は素晴らしいので、良しと致します。 さらに表示

スキー場の巡回バスのバス停がホテルの玄関にあるのでスキー場へのアクセスがとても良いです。 大浴場には露天風呂がありスキーで冷えた体を温めるには最高です。 宿泊料金は高いですが納得の値段です。 さらに表示

エントランス等悪くはないが、部屋は普通。駐車場側の部屋はがっかりさせられる。カーテンの丈が短いので、朝光がまぶしくて寝れない。雨が降るとやることがないのは、白馬全体の問題。レストランの食事は高すぎで一度も使わなかった。ちょっと行けば普通の値段の店がいくつもある。バイキングで6500円と聞いて、噴出してしまった。フランス料理のつもりだろうか？　ちょっと勘違い感が強いが、それほど高級感のあるホテルではない。 さらに表示

We at stayed at the Tokyu hotel in Hakuba just over a week ago. We enjoyed our stay all in all. We had the included breakfast every day, it was pretty got with a balance of western and Japanese fare. We also tried the pub did and French restaurant. The pub food was pretty good (although quite expensive). The fresh food was even more expensive and nothing to write home about. We really liked the hotel provided smartphone with free intentional calls. Also enjoyed a nice Onsen at the end of a long day of skiing. There was a locker and drying room for all your equipment. The drying room was a bit cramped. There were lots of other dining options close by and fairly frequent shuttle buses to the resorts and town. The room itself is big enough with our only real complaint being the twin bed setup which isn't ideal for couples that like to sleep together. Aside from the fairly average snow conditions (by Japanese standards), we really enjoyed our stay here. さらに表示

So far so good of the stay from 02-04 March but the lady manager on 03 March asked her staff to tell us "no service available - full booked" on 04 March 12noon but I did know they speak in Japanese that it was due to lunch hour and they lie to the customer... that make us very upset and had to re-arrange the trip unfortunately... さらに表示

Great hotel and fabulous location however the real difference was the staff. The entire concierge and front desk team were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The level of service and commitment to ensuring we had a fun and relaxing holiday was at a a 6 star level. さらに表示
