お部屋のデザインはとても良い。 空間の居心地も良いのだが、部屋の説明書が内容薄くとにかくわからない。 照明もスイッチはあるものの、何度もパチパチしながら、ここはここかと確認しながらの手探り状態。 お風呂の水栓機器もとにかく手こずるほどの難易度笑笑 年齢が高い人には向きません。 あとはサービス面ではタオル面が、、 バスタオルが二枚、ハンドタオルが二枚のみ 夜お風呂に入って、朝入るのに新しいタオルをと思い、フロントにお願いするも、え？という感じの対応、、 ワイングラスを頼んだり、バスタオルの追加を頼むも、少し嫌そうな感じが見て取れました、、 上位グレードのお部屋だっただけに、サービスがとても残念でした。 下の朝食会場で、コーヒーをいただくのも部屋付けできず、、 良いホテルだと当たり前のサービスができていないのがとても残念でした。 ただお部屋と景色だけは満足です。 さらに表示

最近出来たホテルのページを見ていてここに泊まりたいと思っていたところ、ホテルの話が出た時に その中の一人も泊まってみたいといっていたホテルです。いわゆる山手線からは離れていますが、プライベートルームの広さと綺麗さにのんびりと過ごすことが出来ました。 ラグジュアリーな気分をこの値段で味わえるのはお徳だと思います。 また利用したいと思います。 さらに表示

建築雑誌に掲載あったので宿泊してみました。部屋にはベンチ、テーブルもありライティングの調整でくつろげる様にはなっていますが夜間道路工事？期間だった様で少しうるさかったのが残念です。1Fにはレストランとチョコレートカフェが併設されており夜景も良くおしゃれに仕上がっていると思います。 さらに表示

Room is very clean and comfortable. Hotel has a nice scent which makes one feel relax after a day of exploring around. 24 hrs supermarket is just opposite the hotel. A little far from the main shopping district but overall still a very good 3 night stay! さらに表示

Totally ahhp and satisfied with Hamacho hotel,. This hotel is very clean, with walking distance to 3 subway metros and located in a very peaceful place where you can come back for a good quiet rest after a day out amongst crowds. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Frondesk staff went out of her way to help locate the place we wanted to go and was helpful in providing valuable info we needed. Brand new hotel with stylish design. The rooms are very clean. Had a comfortable stay during my 2 nights there. I booked the corner double room, loved the fact that there are a lot of sitting areas and tabletops. The only problem is that the light proofing of the room was poor and light creep in between individual curtains. This is quite problematic as the sky brightens at 4am in summer times さらに表示

Great hotel, brand new property. The lobby, the restaurant and the rooms are beautiful, small but to be expected it's Tokyo! The staff were super friendly as well. The breakfast could have a bit of improvement. Aside for this it was a great experience. Very close to metro station and walking distance to all kind of places. The location is at CBD areas which are quiet, convenient for business travellers. Good business hotel for man instead of woman. The hairdryer is weak, no proper make up desk and lighting. The Mattress is a bit too firm which are not very comfortable. Only given one pillow which is a bit flat. Limited to one bottle of drinking water per Pax and only one sets of towels which you need to request for more every times. There are coins laundry machine and dryers which is a plus points. 5 to 15 mins walk to the nearest subway. There is a 24 hours Super market across the hotel.
