安さ重視で家族7人寝れる場所を探してヒットしたこのホテル 安さは本当に安かった。 和室の大部屋、部屋には小さいお風呂あり。 部屋は湿気がこもっており少しにおいが気になるが小一時間も立てばなれました。 お風呂は近くに銭湯があったのでそこを利用しました。 コインランドリーもすぐそばにあるのでよかったです。 宿泊している人たちは日本人よりも海外の方が多く、フロントの方も僕が見た限り全員 外国人の方でした。 さらに表示

駅から割と近めで便利でした。スタッフさんは一人しか見せんでした。とても小さなカウンターで、玄関の靴箱は鍵がかからないものもあったので、部屋へ持って行きました。部屋は和室で、虫が一匹出ましたが、不潔感はありませんでした。歯ブラシはありましたか、歯磨き粉は無し、ジャンプー、リンス、ボディソープはあったので良かったです。もう少し値段が安ければ尚良しです。 さらに表示

総勢9名で1部屋予約して、宿泊しました。 部屋は10人以上寝られる広さでした。 風呂は小さいですが、静かな部屋は快適でした。 また機会があれば使わせていただこうと思っています。 ありがとうございました。 さらに表示

Good location. Near to halal food and shin okubo station.. Room is big enough for 4 of us, staff is very helpfull. The only thing dissapointed us is we did inform that we will arrive early morning to keep our luggage but theres no one at reception counter...waited for 2 hours... さらに表示

Where to start? The place was super noisy. All night people came back making a great ruckus, even the staff were noisy at night. Bathroom (unit bath) lacked a shower curtain. The bedding was stained and had holes in it. The curtains did not block out light from outside. Good things: location was close to station. Had a kitchenette with dishes and microwave. Location is good, near two JR station, many super markets and restaurants. And it is closed to Shinjuku. The room is small, especially the bathroom, but all I need could be found in the room. However, if you have special request or looking for staffs, things would get difficult. During my stay, staff could only be found during check in & check out time. Agoda's message or telephone could not reach them. To sum up, the location was good, and I still had a great time cooking in Japan. さらに表示

the front office guy who checked us in was very helpful. He was also very sensitive and thougtful to our needs, knowing that we are muslim travellers and recommended a Halal take out just nearby. Everything seemed ok, but it's not sound proof, so it's kind of noisy. It's my worst experience staying in a hotel like this, i won't be returning as the staff didn't return my passport after i checked in. During check out, my passport wasn't return either. I found out when i was on the way to the airport. Called to the hotel and the staff told me that she was going to mail my passport over, what a joke! Please think twice before you book it. さらに表示

Our stay was quite comfortable as the room's always being cleaned daily. the tatami mats were pretty much comfortable. the toilet was a bit small but you shouldn't expect much. There's a lot of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. さらに表示

(a) The location is near to Shin Okubo Station and just 10 min walk from there. Just took us 20 min walk to Kabukicho at night. This is a good walk after our dinner. (b) A Chinese Japanese restaurant is near to Shin Okubo station for 5 min walk. The food is delicious and the price is reasonable. (c) We were happy that the hotel allowed us for early check in. I had a great time staying at hanabi. I had an easy access to the train station. There is a nearby laundry shop. The room was clean. 👍 The kitchenette is a plus i can cook my own food. I save lots of cash because of cooking. Highly recommend this place to people who are on a budget trip to tokyo. さらに表示

Not bad condition, and tatami was comfortable. However, they over-booked at the first day. And they have very weird system. The different size of rooms can be same price. For example, we got very small room for 4 person and that room was same size as room for 2 person. So we complained, they gave bigger size room for 4 person, for same price. They said this is normal.
