札幌から1時間ほど、かっぱライナーで行きました。シャトルバスは1か月前に予約しようとしたらすでに満席でした。 お部屋が母と2人で滞在するにはもったいないくらい広々としており、ゆっくりできました。お部屋にCDプレイヤーがあったのは初めてで、しかもCDも置いてありました。 ラウンジにも立派なものがありました、 朝夕2食付きでしたが、とてもおいしく総合的に満足です。 お風呂は12階の方が広くてよかったです。 さらに表示

・夕食は懐石でした、忙しいか知らないがデザートを最後の釜飯の際にでてくる味噌汁と一緒に持ってきた、大丈夫？ それまでは良かった。 ・部屋にハエが5匹ブンブン飛んでいた、あとよくわからない虫、頑張って退治しました。 ・天井の照明の内側にハエが更に三匹死んでた、明かりでシルエットが常にでてるので、気になると見てしまうので気分が悪い、早急に片付けてほしい。 ・朝食はバイキングで非常に混み合っていました、席がなくスタッフが先に食事を取ってくださーい！と、、、入り口で客の出し入れを把握をして席を対応しないのかい？人数が少ないからか入り口のオジさんの余裕のなさがみてて気分がいいものではない。 食事中の札を立ててる最中に食事を追加で取りに行きました、戻ると全て片付けられ別の方が座ろうとしてました、大丈夫ですか？ お風呂は少し狭目ですが、あまり混み合ってなくゆっくりできました、夜と朝に2回入りましたが身体を洗ってから温泉に入らないお爺ちゃんがいて残念、それも別のお爺ちゃん、、、外国人でも洗ってました。 細かい事は他にもありますが、ただ今回嫌なタイミングが重なっただけと思いたいです、今回は非常に残念な温泉でした。 二度と行かないと思います。 さらに表示

夕食、朝食ともに品数が多く味も大変よかった。朝食はバイキングだったため食べすぎてしまった。 温泉は最上階にあり、露天もある。翌朝は別の風呂にも入れた。どちらの風呂も清掃が行き届いていた。 夕食後はロビーの奥で白ワインやコーヒーを飲みながら音楽を聞いてのんびりできるコーナーがありよかった。 部屋もかなり広くきれい。 WiFiが部屋に届いてなかったのと、車の鍵を預けるのは少し不便。 さらに表示

札幌から送迎バスが予約制であります。部屋がとても広く、料理も多くて美味しかったです。隣の鹿の湯の大浴場も利用できますが、かなり歩きました。次回は紅葉の時期に行ってみたいです。 さらに表示

Pros: big sized rooms, biggest of all the other Japanese family rooms during my trip. Cons: would have thought that hotel staff would help with my luggage but surprisingly, it’s self service here. Quite unexpected of Japanese hospitality or rather lack of it. Great sumptuous dinner but ordinary buffet breakfast. Still I would recommend a stay here if you are heading to Jozankei. さらに表示

a ryokan experience in a hotel building (kind of a mixed style). Dinner was included which has a wide spread and is delicious. sadly we did not get to try the private hotspring as they were all booked out early. overall a pleasant stay. さらに表示

Has such a great time there! I only manage to stay for a night. Will definitely go back again!. I took the package with dinner and it was amazing. Breakfast was staple. It was located in the middle so you can easily walk to most spots. さらに表示

We stayed at Hana Momiji to enjoy koyo, or autumn leaves, at Jozankei. We were not disappointed. Its easy to get to the various parks there, and the famous Futami suspension bridge is within walking distance. Also, we enjoyed the onsen at the hotel which we booked for private use. The private bath was full in hana momiji. We ask the staff to recommend one. He googled for us and found koganeyu onsen. It was a beautiful public bath that offers private onsen with a beautiful view and very spacious. さらに表示

Although there are 4 or 5 bugs in this room, it's really spacy and decent. The CD player takes my heart away : ）We had a big dinner in this hotel, very tasty. Hotspring on both 1F and 12F are amazing, with free massage armchair. The staffs here are really friendly and helpful. さらに表示

Good location as the public bus stop are at the front of hotel . Sightseeing spots are within walking distance. They have public onsen and private onsen too. Be sure to book private onsen in advanced if you keen for it. I got the kaiseiki dinner and it was tasty, very nice table setting and all sort of appetisers to taste with. Should have stay more than 1 nights to explore the places and enjoy the hotel. さらに表示

AMAZING!!!!!!! amazing hotel in every detail. Many quality choices in 1. Onsen---3 public pool choices and many private style pool, you may also use pools in other hotel (name listed on the note in your room). 2. resting area---you may take a break in the lobby, and in the specialized resting area. Lobby offer 7 different tea bags, and resting area offer plenty choices beverages. 3. bath washes---many brands to choice from. The foods, both breakfast and dinner, are simply tasty and stylish (dinner is better). The room is clean and comfortable. The service is right there but invisible, I have no idea when did they came to our room and makeup the tatami bed. Wonderful memory there.别看了就选这家，绝对值！！晚餐美极了！早餐也比较美味（不过日本人的早餐就没有特别惊艳的，美味已经不容易）。 さらに表示

It's kind of traditional fit out and it is a nice hotel for relax. Price is reasonable and there is a free shuttle bus to Sapporo station. There is a nice and reasonable authentic Ramen shops next to the hotel. You should try. さらに表示
