非常に満足
部屋もお風呂も良かったです。静かだし綺麗でした。 ただ、部屋に蟻が沢山いたので気になりました。 立地は不便ですが、自転車が無料で使えるので川沿いをサイクリングしながら金鱗湖へも快適に行けます。 チャックアウトの日には台風で雨が降っていたのですが、女将さんが駅まで車を出してくれたので本当に助かりました。 さらに表示

場所が多少分かりにくかったり、お茶用のポットの中が水だったりと、多少の不都合はありましたが、東南アジア各国から来ている従業員さんが皆親切で、ゆっくりした気分に浸ることが出来ました。スッポン料理が名物らしいので、次回は試してみたいと思います。 さらに表示

- Around 7mins walk to the main shopping street. - Pick up and drop off service at the train station. - Free bicycles based on first come first serve. None was available during my staff, but that's alright, I enjoyed taking a slow walk to the town. - Both outdoor onsen are pretty decent, just flip the sign to "Occupied" and lock the door, it's all yours. - Room is really clean and spacious. - Town gets really quiet after 5pm. さらに表示

A small but clean inn. The photos of this inn looks old but the rooms are better than expected. The meal is money for value. Very satisfied. Only drawback is that the inn is next to a railway track therefore it maybe disturbing when train pass by (not frequent though) さらに表示

The place is located quite a distance from the train station the road to hotel is scenic. They also provide a drive from/to train station. The Thai staff name 'San' is very friendly and helpful. Staying for 2 nights feels not enough. Definitely go back again. さらに表示

Hasuwa Inn is just a perfect place to stay with. The single room was spacious, and has good view of a small Japanese style garden. The onsens are just perfect, you can lock the door to make it private onsen when you want to use it. They have 2 outdoor onsen and 1 indoor onsen, so that you do not need to queue at most of the times, at least one onsen is available whenever you want to use it. The only con of this hotel is the location, this hotel is really far from the Yufuin train station. However, the hotel provide free shuttle service to and from station, just inform them the time earlier and they will arrange for the pick up service. Besides, the hotel provides free bicycle, you can use them freely, ride to the station within 5 minutes, and park the bicycle beside the station, and you can explore Yufuin freely. Did not take the dinner as i planned to have dinner at Yufuin shopping street, but please be aware that the shops close early (around 5pm), lesser choice of eateries around. さらに表示

Quite far away from the station (about 10~15 minutes walk) and the surroundings is a bit dark at night. Girls should be aware about that. But the service is good and there are foreign staff that can communicate in English. The indoor hot bath is really hot while the outdoor one is fine. さらに表示

I choose to stay here becaues many good reviews in social media. When I'd arrived here I'm not surprise why everybody love here. A small ryokan in Yufuin ; there are only 6 or 7 rooms. But good atmosphere and great Onsen. The owner is very kind also. さらに表示

It's our first time staying at Japanese style hotel and it gave us a very memorable staying. The room is very clean and comfy. Although some staff at the hotel can hardly under Eng but she is very helpful and friendly. Staying here give a feeling like staying at cousin's vacation house since there are only 4-5 rooms. All in all, we love it very much and wished we could stay for more than only a night. さらに表示

Hasuwa is a small family-run ryokan about a 15 minute walk from the station. The rooms are good sized (8 mat tatami), simple and elegant, and look out onto a small garden. There are two comfortable outdoor hot spring baths, both of which are nice for a good soak. There are also two nice, simple indoor baths with natural spring water. The owners are very nice, offering pick-up and drop-off in the town. Dinner and breakfast are available for very reasonable additional fees. Overall a nice place for budget travelers to this lovely part of Kyushu. さらに表示

Im from Thailand and they got a Thai staff. It was very impressive, the communication are great in English as well. The Onsen are perfect here, you can lock it for privacy. It's a bit far from the convenience store. Staff are all great and they provided you a car to station or nearby place as well. Totally recommend it! さらに表示

The Indian(I assume) receptionist was so kind and helpful during my stay from 28/8-29/8. He clearly introduced the facilities which I could use when I checked in. Moreover, he was so friendly to ask if I want pick up service as the weather was so hot. Even when I checked out, he chased outside to question "is that the jewellery I left in the house?" (Although it's not mine, I do thank you his kindness.) The cleanliness of the house was extremely nice. They provided bicycles for guests to use if interested. There are private toilet and washing sink in room. I enjoyed the private onsen so much as a comfortable relaxation after long journey. Though the location a bit far from station (around 10-15mins walk), it is totally worth staying in this house. :) I absolutely recommend this house for your stay in Yufuin! ^_^ さらに表示

Too far from yufu station but pick-up service is good. Too far from main street but you can lent hasuwa's bycicle. (but hard to find the shops and hard to go back to hasuwa even with a google map) Air conditioner is too weak(or old) to deep summer. And no shower in onsen. But i'm satisfied 80% because they are so kind, room and amenities are clean, and cheaper then other ryokans. Thank you. さらに表示

Exclusive house for 2 families gives perfect space-both distance and closeness; Exclusive room for breakfast with great food set and music;2 styles of spa meet different needs. Though it's a bit walk from the JR station, it's a good chance for us to see the town at first sight. The Sakura house is perfect for us as 2 families with older children. The 2 spa with great view in the quiet environment. On the departure day, the owner lady was so kind to drive us all to the station. I really enjoy staying in Hasuwa, One of staff can speak Korean so I can communicate with them easily. Also, facilities are quite clean! The best part is reasonable price. You can experience japanese traditional culture with reasonable price :) さらに表示

すごく良い
This is first time for me in this ryokan. I feel cozy and comfortable even it is a small ryokan. They provide full service as we needed.. cozy room with cleanliness and heater. The private onsen is wonderful and make this trip memorable. I love this place and love the owner, she is very nice and so kind. The staffs are very helpful and kind.
