The location is good near shin imamiya JR and Dobutsuen mae subway. Many convenient store nearby. Hotel’s room is bigger than I thought. There are everything you need inside the room. I will stay here again if I come to Osaka. さらに表示

Hi, Sorry for the late review. Stayed 8-15/3/19. Overall is excellent about this hotel. For the location, walking 5 minute to dobutsuen mae station. and 4 minute walking to shin-immamiya (depends on the exit) -Family mart is on the way to the station. さらに表示

Had an issue with our reservation but they’re so accommodating that they helped and allowed us instead to stay in their family room. The place is very pleasant and attendant is very nice. It provided us more than what we expected. The place is near to a lot of places, love the DonQuejote that is near it, it’s complete and what a bargain. I highly recommend it. さらに表示

This hotel is very new and clean.We stayed here for one week and loved it.The location is very close to all amenities such as the JR station(shin imamiya) and donquihote.Shinsekai was only a 3 minute walk away.The manager named Ellen was extremely accommodating and very informative about what we could do nearby the hotel.Would definitely stay here again! さらに表示

The room (just like in the picture) is comfortable and spacious if i were to compare with the room i stayed previous days prior to Hatagoya. Beautiful quite area and many food can be found within the area. The staff, Ms Ellen is very friendly, communicated well in English and very helpful to show and guide us around. It was hardly a 10 minutes walk to the nearest station and the train took us about 45 minutes to Kansai Airport. Highly recommended さらに表示

Traveled with 2 children (2Adults, 2Kids). Overall of the hotel is good and the staff of the hotel is helpful. The hotel is at the residential area and was build by container, but it is still nice. But the sound proof of room is not so good especially traveling with 2 kids who making noisy and might disturbing to other guesses. Only one comment to Agoda, there are no calibration between Agoda and Hotel, when booking through Agoda, I have booked the room with 2 kids but the arrangement is only 1 bed and hotel not able to add on bed. This problem also only be informed to me a day before checking in to hotel, there are totally no time for me to find alternative arrangement. I have to stay and sleep on small bed, but the hotel who is helpful and borrowed some extra bed as the are no space to add bed. Agoda need to improve of this, at the same time no solution from Agoda for this matter. さらに表示

The hotel is just a few blocks from the train station. Perfectly located! Both the room and the hotel in general feel cozy and warm. But the best was the hostess. She was so nice! She made us feel at home all the time! The price was really cheap. Highly recommended. さらに表示

Easily accessible to Osaka Loop and Nankai line. Very near Shinsekai and Tennoji Zoo. We got the family room since we were traveling with my mom. The room was very spacious just like in the pictures. They only have one person available, but she's very friendly and accommodating. You can hear subtle noises coming from the other rooms, but we were lucky that they were not that noisy. I would definitely go back to this place next time I go to Osaka. :) Thank you! さらに表示

The place was conveniently located near the major transportation hub, in a quiet neighborhood. There were only a few rooms in this place and all were non-smoking and clean. And though breakfast was not being offered (they have no cafe), there are a lot of eating places nearby. They do not automatically clean the room daily but you may request them to do so. Same thing with the linen. Bed sheets are not changed daily. If you’re staying for more than 2 days, you can have your towels changed. We stayed in the small double room, though small (which I believe is the standard in Japan), it was comfortable enough for us. But if you and your companion are both heftily built, I will not recommend this room as you won’t fit comfortably in their small double bed. Also, since it’s made from a ‘container van’ material, you can hear the noise of your next door neighbor. Bottled water was provided for upon arrival only and not refurbished daily. A nice touch however, is the sleeping pajamas that you can use during your stay. Overall, we had a nice experience in this place, just as I have expected it to be. さらに表示
