年末年始に二泊三日で家族で泊まりました。 お料理は美味しかったです！！ 残念なのは、毎年、温泉ホテルで 年越しを迎えるのですが、 お正月らしいイベントが、 なにもなかったことです。 年越しそばや振る舞い酒など なにかあればと思いました。 とはいえ、温泉のお湯は最高で つるつるになりました！ さらに表示

12階の展望風呂から、函館山・海・空港が一望できるのは他にはありません。特に夜景と早朝は感動ものです。食事も良かった。列にどう並ぶか分かりづらかったので、キチンと表示をしてほしい。 夜、水道の音が気になった。 さらに表示

料金が安かったのであまり期待しないようにしてましたが、お部屋は綺麗だし大浴場も良かったし食事も朝・夕共に品数充分！凄く良かったです。12階の展望露天風呂の赤湯と眺めが良かったです。また泊まりたいと思います。 さらに表示

フロントの対応はとても良かったです。 ロケーションに関しては、立地は問題ありませんが、海の眺望がないことですね。屋上露天風呂からの眺望は良かったです。 バイキング会場の人手が足りず、注文してから中々来なかったのが、残念でした。 また、修学旅行の小学生とバッティングしたのですが、大浴場など時間帯の気配りをしていたこともあり、小学生と会うこともなく、問題なく過ごせました。値段からしたら、とても良い旅館でした。 さらに表示

This onsen hotel provides all amenities for bath in the public onsen pools. The buffet dinner was so good, we had so many rounds of food - sashimi, tempura, crab legs etc... value for money! The breakfast was also more than adequate. We enjoyed our stay here. さらに表示

Impression : - New wide room - Cleanliness in the room with futon - Great buffet dinner (Recommend to buy). There are crab leg, sashimi (salmon, shell, tuna,...), grill shell, vegetable - Great breakfast with many selections both western and japanese styles. - Rooftop onsen has a big area with panoramic view of Mt.Hakodate and Pacific ocean. Development : - I booked room with 7 adults with 2 younger children. When making reservation, the condition required 3 rooms at least. On the day of checking-in, we found that there are 5 futons in the rooms. It means that 2 rooms were fit for us already. We came with family so we wanted to stay together. We found some insincere feeling from Agoda and hotel. That was upset at that moment. - Price was very high comparing to other hotels in same area and period - Due to expensive price, we would stay in different hotel if having another choice but will try buffet dinner here only. さらに表示

Worth to stay, good onsen, good dinner & breakfast buffet, only thing need to improve is the location, a little bit far from tram station, if have free shuttle bus and free rent umbrella would be much better for the guest, as when I checkout from the hotel, it is quite heavy rain, no shuttle bus provided, just guide me to take the public bus by myself, this point can be improve for better quality. さらに表示

We have a very good impression of the hotel from the service staff at reception, as well as the door man. Car park is sheltered which was convenient since it was snowing everyday that we were there in Hokkaido. There’s Shiroi korbito soft ice cream for sale at the lobby :) Food served at breakfast and dinner at this restaurant is awesome, and I don’t easily say this. Most of the time I’d say average or not worth wasting good stomach space. The Onsen was spacious and outdoor Onsen ok. I just didn’t like the 马油 (horse oil) toiletries in the Onsen. My overall experience with Heiseikan Kaiyotei is very positive. I got a pretty good rate but could have revised my booking to enjoy a reduction should I have access to internet before the revision / cancellation deadline. The hot spring is good and not crowded. The buffet breakfast and dinner is good. I will recommend this hotel to any friends visiting Hakodate who want to visit a hot spring but will advise to check the rate frequently to see if there is a better offer closer to your booking date. さらに表示

It would be good if we could have better advice of transport mode to the hotel, be it from Agoda or the hotel itself. Other than this, I really think the hotel is superb. In term of breskfast, service, cleanliness. We all like the outdoor onsen so much. さらに表示

Good hotel with a large spread of dinner buffet. Good Onsen. Good customer service for their staff. The only trade-off is the location too far from the JR station and Tram stop. Opposite the hotel 300m away is the Monkey Onsen and the hotel is not too far from Hakodate Airport. さらに表示
