7/8日泊まりました。隣の渚亭がリフォーム中だった為、受付 ロビー、食事会場（1Ｆ）車止めのロータリーなどが、しおさい亭の方が上回っています。（客室、風呂両方入っていないので解りません。） リフォームが完了したらどうか解りませんが、今の期間はしおさい亭がベストです。別館ももちろん。 さらに表示

ロケーション、部屋の感じ、ビュッフェ等よかったと思いますが、１つだけ気になった点があります。 朝の時間帯の男性大浴場の清掃スタッフ【女性】が終了する２０分前以上から脱衣所の中で待機していることです。宿泊した２日間がそんな感じだったのでかなり気になりました。ちなみに上はＴシャツ、下はジャージ姿だったので最初間違えて入ってきてるのかと思いました。２泊で１０万円以上の規模の旅館でどうかと？？ さらに表示

One of the male staffs has spotted us when we are approaching the main entrance of the hotel with our heavy luggages. He took our luggages and proceed to our check in swiftly. The room that was given to us was actually the same as what was shown in the pictures. Room was spacious and we have a fantastic unobstructed ocean view! Furthermore, the outdoor onsen bath was superb good too as we enjoyed in the cold weather. Apart from the onsen bathe, we had a scrumptious buffet style of seafood and Japanese style dinner as well as breakfast against the sea view tooo! Worth every cents and is definitely a recommended place in Hakodate for onsen ryokan! Will revisit here again soon! Thank you for the wonderful service too! さらに表示

Comfortable room with very nice ocean view. The sea/wave sound accompany us to sleep. Deliciou food buffet, nice view from resturant and lobby too. We had a really good relaxing time during our stay in Heiseikan Shiosaitei. さらに表示

Amazing sea-view room with onsen open bath. The dinner and breakfast buffet are super amazing. I never thought I'd love a buffet (given most of them are quantity over quality) but this buffet blows me away. Lovely staff as well. Love every minute of staying in this hotel. さらに表示

Slightly expensive but you would get what you paid for. The only negative was the smoking smell from the heating unit. We had to turn it off to ensure no smoking smell. Fortunately, the outdoor temperature was Ok. We were fine without turning the heater on. さらに表示

A luxurious, beautifully appointed onsen hotel. We booked the room with private bath facing the sea and it was worth every penny. The public bath are also really beautiful. We went during a storm which might have reduced the number of visitors overall so it was very tranquil. The quality of the buffet breakfast and dinner are very good but choices were not as many as other onsen hotel, we were still very full afterwards so no complaints there. This hotel is located away from major tourist attraction so I would recommend staying closer to Hakodate station and enjoyed the city first and then finish off the trip with a relaxing rest here. さらに表示

It's not the best location but it's near to the bus stop, you can take bus come and from the JR station. Hotel has nice Onsen on site, love the outdoor one , it's better than the indoor one. Hotel staff doesn't speak very good english but do offer their best to help. i love the japanese style room, they made the bed very comfortable and room temperature is just warm enough for the winter season. The dinner buffet is the best, lots of selections. Overall, love the hotel! さらに表示

staff are friendly from check in, all the way to the room, in restaurant, and check out. Room is clean and spacious, and we got the japanese room with private onsen facing the sea. SEA VIEW is nice! Enjoyed the private onsen while looking at the starry sky and listening to the sound of ocean. Wide range of food provided at the buffet dinner and breakfast. Airport bus is available outside the hotel. The only drawback is the location is a bit far from tram station. さらに表示

love the beachfront view of the hotel that you can enjoy panorama sea view at the first step. Unfortunately for the public Onsen, there is time for men and women with no separation of bath, if women have the onsen today men will have the next day. Great service, Japanese rooms were the right size for 3 adults and the amenities just right. Free parking. Breakfast and dinner buffet spread is good and get replenished very fast. Only would like to see changes in menu between days. We were here for 2 days and the buffet spread is the same for both days. さらに表示

Nice 4 star hotel with great ocean view. The staff very friendly and very helpful. The hotel has a nice onsen. Bust station is on the door of the hotel. It takes about 15 min by bus to the JR station. The Tram (cable car) is about 10 min walk from the hotel. The cable car goes to many attractions within the city. Hakodate is a romantic city. The hotel does not have swimming pool nor a gym. Breakfast and dinner are excellent with many varieties. Chick in and Check out are fast and smooth. さらに表示
