温泉、アウトレットへ行きたくて一人で1泊しました。隣の泉州温泉も館内から繋がっていて便利です。 ちょうどコロナの時期でしたので、アウトレットなどへ運行する送迎バスがなかったのが残念でしたが、歩いても20分以内ですので、チェックイン時はタクシー、チェックアウト後は徒歩で駅へ行き、ロッカーに荷物を預けてアウトレットへ歩きました。 関空への送迎バスは運行しているので大丈夫です。 室内はとてもきれいで、機能的、あると便利なものは何でも揃っていて、余計なものはなくて居心地がいいです。 室内には湯沸かしポット、ペットボトルの水、ほうじ茶、煎茶のパウダーがあり、紙のカップがありますので、無駄がなくていいと思いました。 カップラーメンやパン、お菓子の自動販売機もあるので、ちょっと小腹が空いたときにレストランが終了してても購入できますし、万一のために自分で持参してからホテルに戻るのもいいと思います。 レストランは、本格的で美味しいです。 コロナ対策で朝食はビュッフェではなく、和定食でしたが、十分な量はありますし、ソフトドリンクとお味噌汁、ご飯はおかわりできます。好きなお惣菜、サラダをたくさん食べれるビュッフェを期待していましたが、出来たてをサービスされて本当に美味しかったので　却って良かったかもしれません。 スタッフの方々も若くて親切ですし、大きなホテルより便利で最高だと思います。 さらに表示

オーシャンビューとお土産がかわいいのと温泉がよかったです 朝ごはんも美味しかったです 夜12時ごろにホテルに着いたので温泉が1時まで入れると良かったですが朝早くからも入れるのでそこは良かったです 時間が無くてあまり利用出来ませんでしたがロボットがいるのも面白いと思います チェックアウトの仕方を教えてくれました 駅から歩きで行くのが暗くてちょっとこわい感じがしました さらに表示

予約してからオープンしたてということを知りました。そのためきれいだし、内装のしつらえがかっこいい。 フロントは名物の恐竜さん。けどそれ以外に意外なことはなかったような。スタッフさんはお風呂の受付や売店にいらっしゃいます。 フロント受付時のレシートに部屋番号が書いてあるので捨てないよう気をつけてください。ルームカードには番号がありません。 チェックインの情報入力では、タッチパネルの感度のせいか、急ぐと誤入力しまくるので落ち着いてどうぞ。 部屋はシアタールームにしたのでロボットには会えていません。部屋はミニマルな感じでよかったですよ。 アメニティに関しては、部屋にも大浴場にも化粧水の類はなかったのでご用意を忘れずに！（シャンプーやドライヤーはありました） カミソリはちゃんと使えました（ホテルによっては役立たずのものもあるので） 朝食はおいしそうな宣伝だったので期待していましたが、残念としか言いようがないです。 ご飯（保温忘れかしら）もおかずも冷めていて、お味噌汁は煮詰まったのかしょっぱくなってました。品数も少ないです。 ポットのお茶もほぼなかったし、食事係が手いっぱいなのかな。 朝はモリモリ食べないという方なら良いかもですが、これで1200円は… きっと改善されるでしょう。 空港↔ホテルの送迎バスもあるので、時間を把握していれば使いやすいと思います。 ※空港からの送迎バスについて、まだできたばかりのホテルなので、空港スタッフさんが把握してないことが多いです。待つ場所に気をつけてください。 さらに表示

Since this hotel is new so every facilities and cleanliness are being well. But the location is hard to look for it. Must look into the Google map to look for it. Spent half an hour to look for this hotel after out from rinku station. Eventually this hotel is nearby star gate hotel. Before our departure we saw the news that Ministry Of Japan urge to stay away from crowd and use less of metro service as possible due to the Covid-19 outbreak in Japan. I decided to cancel our trip due to the Covid-19 outbreak in Japan because I’m bringing my parents and older people tend to be in a higher risk. Our airline give us a full refund even though we purchase a non refundable ticket, and another hotel in Kaga Onsen and Kananzawa, as well as Klook which we purchase our transportation pass. Some of them charge us handling fee which is understandable. However this hotel didnt provide any solution to us after several email with proof of refund from our airline. We love Japan because of the super good hospitality we always had when we were there however this hotel is a rare exception with no common sense and that’s really disappointing. Not recommend to anyone and will not book with them again, such standard is really a let down. さらに表示

I would say this was the first hotel for me to experience the A.I. self check in service. The check in lobby was quite well decorated like a theme park, this was a merit for providing special experience, my parents were excited from taking photos :P However, the check in system shall need to be improved, I was not sure if that was the problem of the system or anything else, I booked two rooms from Agoda, when I check in, the hotel system said there was no record, I was quite shocked as I experienced quite a smooth check in process with those hotels I booked from agoda. Then I had to contacted the staff there for help, and he explained that each of the room has to be booked under one customer's name. That means in my case, I should have to put in two customers' name when I did my booking through Agoda, yet, there was no instruction to tell me for that. This was the only disappointment that I experienced. All the other services were fantastic in overall. MUST try the hot spring, superb!! さらに表示

My parents had early flight in the morning and that was why we chose to stay here. Rooms were clean and cozy and guests were able to use the hot spring facilities in the hotel nearby free of charge. The property provided shuttle bus to and from Kansai airport. さらに表示

Near to the international airport, the hotel provides a free shuttle from/to airport, but the hotel should clarify the shuttle location in the airport, because I there is no information and identification about the bus location. I spent one hour to find the location and it was so tiring. さらに表示
