5泊しました。毎日掃除も綺麗にされていました。衣服のクリーニングマシン？が置いてあるホテルには初めて泊まりました。 設備も新しいので、快適でした。 朝は全く部屋に陽が入らず真っ暗ですね。あと 敢えていうと、テーブルが小さくて少し不便でした。 また、エレベーターのボタンが乗り込んだ後ろ側のボタンを押すので、それが毎回アレ？となりました。大した問題ではないです。。 さらに表示

　ディズニーランドを利用する際の東京の宿泊で利用しました。 ホテルからは車で行ったのですが、アクセスの面で良かったです。 　朝食もおしゃれでとても食べごたえがあるブュッフェスタイルでした。様々なメニューがありましたか、カレーライスがとても美味でした。 　宿泊で気になったところは2点あります。 まずはチェックイン時です。無人チェックインということで、スムーズに終わると思いましたが、何かのエラーで結局バックヤードからスタッフさんが出てきて操作をしていただきました。ホテルの売り？としてはちょっと疑問です。 　もう一つは部屋の清掃についてですが、浴槽に毛が落ちていました。部屋の設備はかなりいいだけに、清掃の甘さがあるところは少し残念でした。 さらに表示

ビジネスで利用しましたが、客室内の無線LAN及びテレビ表示速度が著しく遅く、とても利用できる状況ではなかった。 フロントに問い合わせたところ、「利用状況により速度が遅くなる時もありますので、ご了承ください」と全く相手にもしてもらえず、結局部屋で使用としていた仕事ができませんでした。出張で他ホテルを使用することが度々ありますが、ここまで速度の遅い無線LANは初めてです。 さらに表示

I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are quiet, the internet is good, and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is located a few minutes from the Ginza subway line, which gives you easy access to most of the major lines in Tokyo. Breakfast is also pretty good, with mostly Japanese choices but also good strong coffee and some western options. Rooms are small, but that's Japan for you. I would definitely stay here again. さらに表示

Hotel room was functional despite the small space (pretty much everywhere in Japan). LG styler was a great tool for us to refresh our clothes as well! Housekeeping was great and replaced any items used. Breakfast was a good spread of both western and local cuisine. Many eateries around the area. Convenient to get to several stations nearby. さらに表示

Lost my phone in a taxi one night, and the staff spent hours the next morning helping me get it back (which I did later that day). Oh and robots. How awesome is that?only downsides: I wish they spoke better English and breakfast was a bit meh. さらに表示

Pros - Location is near 3 subway stations so very accessible. There are also lots of nearby restaurants to choose from and supermarkets. Room was nice and big but small for 2 persons with big luggage. The free smart phone and the LG steamer are very nice amenities. Cons - Breakfast was ok but its the same everyday. Also, we emailed before hand if we can leave our luggage if we arrive earlier than 3 pm check in time. Hotel staff replied we can leave it at 1st floor but did not say that it is actually a paid locker system of 100 yen per locker. さらに表示

Staff was friendly and helpful (robots not designed to handle English speaking customers) Room was tiny but efficiently laid out use of space-especially the bathroom. One of the better business hotels we’ve stayed at in Tokyo . We avoided the on-sight restaurant which was oddly an Irish pub that was very popular at night. Pros: - check in with the robot but there is a staff available to help - super clean hotel - the room size is slightly bigger than expected (as we know the room’s size standard in Japan is very small). - non smoking hotel but I could smell cigarette in the room’s bathroom (my room was 1010) - very nice and helpful staff - good location, the nearest JR is akasaka station, about 300m walking distance Super value hotel and highly recommended !! さらに表示
