カーペットや床が汚くて、着いて早々、コンビニで掃除道具を買い、みんなで掃除をしました。 カーペットは髪の毛やホコリだらけ、床はホコリやゴミが沢山落ちていて、とても不快でした。 ただ、駅から近いこと、大人数で了解できること、アメニティも必要最低限揃っていて、お値段もお手頃なところが良かったです。 さらに表示

We were a group of 7 (5 adults and 2 children) who took Room 1. The apartment was perfectly fit for us. 5 of us had our own bed and one queen bed for the couple. The apartment is right outside Ebisucho Station Exit 5 so it was very easy for us to take the train. There were a lot of restaurants and convenience stores outside. Bathroom amenities and towels are provided and they also have complete kitchenware and refrigerator for those who want to cook. They also provide free portable 4g wifi so no need to rent one during your trip. You can take it along with you when you go out. One comment though is as the same as the others. The toilet smells after a day or two. I think it has something to do with the plumbing. And on our last day, the bathroom flooded. Plumbing problem i presume. I would still recommend this hotel for those who are budget travellers. Very clean, complete and accessible. What else would you look for in a room that can fit 7 people that only costs U$ 70 a night! さらに表示

Given a chance again, would like to stay at a hotel nearer the Namba Station. Traveled with my family and the Namba (Nipponbashi) to Ebisucho train station costs us another 1,800.00/ roundtrip/ total, yen daily. Place is close to the subway. If you want to experience a typical japanese house, this is it. We were able to find the hotel quickly through google maps. It's also self-check in. Bigger than a hotel room with complete amenities and basic cooking utensils. So you can cook your own breakfast and there's a grocery near the hotel (cash only). Only downside is the restroom. It's quite small and the shower and the toilet are separate which I can understand however there was no bidet on the toilet only tissue. I like this place, location near tsutenkaku tower n tennoji zoo. I think if yyou wanna check in to theirs office, cause different location, better ask not only the address but also detailed including landmark near building. I walk around took wrong direction, ask some people. さらに表示

I have check in at this unit for our 2nd stay in Osaka , but in this unit there is no mirror provided & it is smaller than the unit we stay before. Only 4 bed provided and 1 pax have to sleep on tatami. Overall, we are satisfied because of its location, near to metro station and convenient store. さらに表示

Slow response and clogged, leaking and flooding Bathroom/ Toilet - very slow in responding to our concerns. We stayed for 9 days and reported the soiled towels and linens (used by the previous guests) left in the unit and the concerns on the bathroom/ toilet on the 2nd day. Experienced the flooded bathroom for 4 days before they fixed it. Also the toilet bowl is leaking so the toilet stinks, even after cleaning it ourselves, everyday. We clean the unit everyday, even on our last day before we left. But honestly, we are disappointed with cleanliness of the bathroom/toilet and the very slow response. Just only 10 m from ebisucho subway exit no 5 ,Room is on 7 floor .There are many convenience store and supermarket nearby. Facilities old model (restroom , bathroom , washing machine ) , mattress and floor are little bit dirty ,narrow for 8 persons . few steps from Ebisucho station, Shinsekai, Family mart & resto are just accross the street. But very far from Namba & Dotonbori area. Matress are not very clean, pillows are too thin & very soft, Toilet has no bidet, this is not a HOTEL, this is an apartment Airbnb.  its along the highway, very near hospital. the ambulance sirens are very disturbing & will wake you up in the middle of your sleep because the property is not sound proof. さらに表示

Really enjoyed our stay here. The unit is more suitable for a group of 5-6 max. There's a room and closet where you can put your luggages so that was very convenient. The cleanliness is ok, not too dirty but you can see some hair here and there. Location was superb, station right outside of the unit. Surrounded by konbini so don't worry about being hungry in the middle of the night. Amazing location for people that wants to go denden town, it's in walking distance and there's many things to see and eat along the way. Overall was a satisfying stay. さらに表示

Very near train station - ebisucho station. Easy to go to namba, shinsaibashi & kuromon market. The host is very accomodating, self checked in only because we arrived 10:30 in the evening but everything is okay. The problem is, some of the taxi doesn't know the hotel. The bedroom has 2 rooms, but only one air conditioner. The remote air is not described in English.Please be sure to ask for the service, but they will be charged. The fan has 2 machines but can use one unit. Each window does not have a night curtain, the bed will be lit in the bedroom, making insomnia. The refrigerator is not cold. The food is not so cool. Overall, for the price we paid, it was ok. Location wise, its very convenient as its near the train station and there were plenty of food around. I had a problem with the toilet as it couldn't flush and the water overflowed. The maintenance guy came and solved the flushing problem but we had communications problem. We needed someone to clear the flooding caused by the overflow of water but he didn't understand us. In the end, we gave up and cleared the flooding ourselves, otherwise we could not use the toilet at all and they could not provide us with a replacement unit. We also had to buy a can of air freshener as the apartment had a musty smell. Otherwise, its ok but one advice is to flush the toilet once you check in, otherwise, they would ask you to pay for the maintenance to get people to come and clear the problem. さらに表示

Pro: Really recommended. Just next to Exit 5 Ebisucho Station. Vert near to Family Mart, Seven Eleven. Tower, Den den Town are just short distant of walk The guest house has provided full of facilities including pocket wifi and even detergent to wash ;) Suitable for us 4 petite adults and 1 children.
