本当はこんなこと書きたくないのですが、部屋代3421円でサービス料7000円って 実際きいたことないです。 いままで、たくさんのホテル利用してきましたが、あまりにのことに驚きました。 確かに部屋は広いしすべてが悪いわけではないですが、ネットで約2900円なんて記載は正直詐欺に近いと思いました。 さらに表示

掃除ができておらず、リビングのラグ⁉︎マット⁉︎がペットのオシッコの匂いがして、すぐにベランダへ出しました。テーブルなど拭かれておらずベタベタしており、入室してすぐに消臭剤、ファブリーズ、アルコールスプレー、雑巾など買いに行き掃除しました。掃除機も置いてありましたがゴミがパンパンで使用すると凄い臭いが。提供する前にきちんと掃除をしてて欲しいです。 さらに表示

The apartment is closed from JR line (Tsuruhasi) and subway line (Osaka circle line). Location apartment is good for us. Closed from market and traditional shop. The apartment is quite and not at rush location. , so good for our family. The instruction self checking is clearly. They provide an amnesties like 4 star hotel but not every day will be replace the amnesties becouse this is apartment (self service). They provide washing machine so i can wash all of shirt. ‘Twas a nice place to which everything u need is around u..the only thing I got upset was on our arrival..we got mo one to talk and I didnt received instruction that the payment OF the rent will be made in the service center apart from the property..next time be specific with the instructions...other than this, our overall stay was great! さらに表示

The place is very nice, very clean and very comfortable with almost all facilities available.. location is fairly convenient... it all depends on the planning anyway... However, the check in was a hassle... and the idea of checking-in at another place for an apartment that is located three stations away is really not practical... and it’s not easy for a foreigner to locate the office... さらに表示

Good communication and quick reply from hotel by email. I worried about the previous Typhoon may affect my trip and couldn’t come to hotel. Therefore I raised my concern to hotel. Their reply was so quick that they would consider my concern since my package couldn’t refund. Luckily my flight arrived to KIX safely. Once I confirmed my flight to hotel, they replied so quick and suggesr me to do the self check-in as my flight arrived after 8pm and the counter may close(just simply send my passport through email). When I arrived to hotel, I couldn’t found the WiFi. I email to hotel and they replied me how to find the log-in ID and password quickly. Excellent customer service! I surprised the location of hotel is so convenient and easy to find. Only 5 mins walk from subway. Nice! The cleanliness was excellent. They provided enough amenities (5 people) for our 4 nights stay. I was so impressed the washing machine with washing powder! Thanks for giving me a wonderful trip in Osaka. さらに表示

Very satisfied with the apartment. Very convinient location. Can catch the shuttle bus from airport to Sheraton , then taxi is just 800 yen to the apartment. Was a worried as self check-in information was provided at the very last minute, around 1pm on the day of check-in. さらに表示

I have been worrying about the self check in instruction for Long Long time. The property host sent me an email with the self check in instruction only at 15:36 on the check in day (check in time is 16:00). I kept sending email to ask for instruction for 3 hours (total 9 email), but no answer at all until 15:36. さらに表示

No free unlimited wifi in the apartment as stated . Only potable wifi with 500mb per day given. Not enough to use for family of 5. Got a data card instead.Very disappointed with the way Agoda handle the complaints of misleading info in their website. Lesson learned. Other than that. Wonderful location.Few minutes walk to train.station.Surrounded by local restaurants,street food and a typical local market with variety of wet ,dry and clothing etc......Smooth self check in and check out. Appreciate quick response from the owner. New unit comes with high tech bathroom and wc. Clean but a bit small for family of 5. Beds and pillows are not up to standard. 2 single metal bed frame and a sofa bed. 3 thin futons. 5 small flat pillows meant for children .Heating and blankets are good.Those with back problems it is advisable to sleep in futons stack up.
