初めて利用させていただきました。夜１０時くらいにアパートに向かいましたが大通りではないものの静かで犬の散歩をされてる方などいて治安はよかったしアパートの外観はとても綺麗でした。しかし部屋に入って観るとトイレには虫の死骸がたくさん落ちており、あらかじめ引いてあった布団にまで虫の死骸がありました。アパートについて最初にしたのが掃除です。ほんとにありえません。布団も匂いが気になるし敷布団がペラッペラで寝た気がしませんでした。泊まれればどこでもいい方には安くておすすめだし私が予約した時の価格も安く、値段相応といえば相応だったのかもしれませんが虫の死骸があちこちに落ちているくらいなら清掃代として少し価格を上げてでも清掃した方がいいのでは？と思いました。同じ価格で泊まったところでもこんな酷いところは初めてです。近くにご飯屋さんや薬局等もあり立地もよかったのでとても残念です。 さらに表示

宿泊場所とチェックイン受付の場所が違い面倒に感じましたが、スタッフの方の対応は親切で良かったです。 しかし、サービス料と消費税を合わせた表示価格に追加し清掃料として4000円追加された料金を請求されました。agoda内での料金表示見直しを希望するとともに、予約される方は予約時に料金内容の確認をお勧めします。 お部屋自体は清潔に保たれており、内装も可愛く十分くつろげました。ただ、ベッド（硬いすのこにとても薄い敷布団1枚を乗せたもの）は硬すぎてほとんど眠れず、朝身体がとても痛かったです。 お世話になりましたが、次回の利用はないと思います。 さらに表示

チェックインに少し手間取ったけれど、それ以外は最高の場所でした。 部屋の中には必要な物は全て設置されているので、直ぐにでも自炊出来ました。 少し歩けば商店街があり、コンビニも直ぐ近くで駅までも徒歩5分以内で、とても便利な立地です。大阪に来るときはまた是非利用したいと思います。 さらに表示

受付がなく、到着時にドアが開けられず、宿に電話し、メールで本人書類のやり取りが必要です。チェックインに20分ほどかかりました。スマホでなかっったら、チェックインは難しかったと思います。せめて入り口にデスク直通のテレビ電話等を置いて欲しかった。 それ以外は新築、コスパ最高、洗濯機、風呂ありでとても良かったです。pocket wifiがあり、持ち歩けたのが便利でした。 さらに表示

The staying experience was good, however the process and experience while checking in can be improved. Cleaning price was not included in the price when you book, hence please read the fine print. They will send you options to check in with one that does online transfer which you will need to enter your credit card details. I wasn’t comfortable with it and hence I did the second option where you have to travel to their information counter. When we did arrive at the information counter, staff was not friendly, probably quarreled with the wife the night before or something. Anyway, you will need to pay for early check in if you’re there early. Check in time is 4pm and they charge 1000yen per hour of early check in even when the accommodation is ready. Well, we opted for early check in and the staff took the calculator and wanted to charge us by the minute. This is ridiculous. And so I asked to check in at 1pm and he mentioned that there are cameras and security cams to monitor the checking in. Again I find this rather ridiculous and unfriendly. Special experience staying in HG. Feel like playing a code game in order to get into the apartment. Location is good. around 500 meter to subway but quite far from JR station (about 1km away). Apartment is clean and cozy. but the futon is a little to thin. We combined both futon and comforter and still feel it is too thin. Washing machine is provided by not with dryer. and no place to dry our clothes. Lift, Pocket WiFi, hair dryer, Microwave. fridge and kitchen utensil are provided. Check in was a hassle. Came to the building however no way to enter. Had to dial the property using international roaming. Was told that I need to email photo of passport & email of instructions on how to open the mailbox will be given. This could have been done before guest arrived. Customer service said that reservation in the system but they don’t have my email because Agoda doesn’t reveal it to them. Hence why they couldn’t email the instructions. Better coordination with Agoda is needed. Spent 1/2h outside at 1030pm before I could finally enter lobby. Room was very clean and plus points for the free amenities. However, upon entering there was a pungent smell (like a man who’s been living there/cigarette smell). Had to spray own perfume as air refresher. Location (pls read the Google maps properly). さらに表示

房子很不錯，設備都很新，該有的都有。 缺點是代管公司給的住宿說明不清楚。 進入不是用密碼而是直接用KEY開自動門。 在這網站預訂後，也沒任何通知說要如何CHECK IN。 用GOOGLE找，只在另一個HOTEL搜尋網站上找到要去難波站旁的大樓8F CHECK IN。 住的四晚就遇到三組同樣的旅客不知怎CHECK IN或是開門。 さらに表示

시설 전체적으로 깔끔하고 있어야할 거 다 있고 정말 다 좋습니다 근데 체크인하러 난바까지 가야됌 말도 못하고 전화 안되시는 경우에는 상당히 힘드므로 일본어 못하시거나 통화가 안되시는 경우에는 비추합니다 일본인 여친이랑 같이가서 망정이지 그런거 없이 가면 전화도 안되고 개암걸릴듯 さらに表示
