We had an excellent stay on all counts. Staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. Essentially no English spoken, but digital communication was possible with the front desk. Room and on site Onsen clean and convenient. Lodging is out of town so if you’re looking for in town this is not the place. We had all our breakfast and dinner meals there and felt like the food variety and quality were excellent. Would stay there again. さらに表示

Staff were very kind and helpful. English was limited but it didn't matter as they were willing to go out of their way to help. Onsen was the only shower facility no private shower. Got a massage from the lady who advertised on the notice board and it was wonderful. Good value clean room in a great location. We had a car so it was easy for us to get around. Not sure about public transport. Beds were comfortable in the western style room, not too firm. There is a restaurant and also a small cafe. Free coffee machine available to guests. さらに表示

This hotel is perched on top of a hill, overlooking a vast lavender farm (covered in snow during winter). The onsen (multiple indoor & outdoor) is huge with sauna. The onsen is very popular with locals (ticket machine), keeping the onsen really busy ... limited number of Japanese room accommodation. We did not order meals because it was an easy drive down to Furano town, where there are lots of eateries options. The Furano locality map with lists of eateries and attractions is really handy. We are here for the lavender farm. However it wasn’t there during our stay. It is a old hotel but it is well maintained. The room only come with a toilet. You have to take a shower in the public onsen area. Can consider to improve their breakfast. さらに表示

We like the environment very much. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They always keep smile. It is really good that they can speak a little bit English. It is good enough for our communication with some body language and our limited Japanese. The onsen closes at 11pm. Since we finished our dinner around 10pm, it is quite rush for us to take bath there. The traditional Japanese breakfast is simple, but tasty. The view in the restaurant is really great. We can see the mountain near Furano area. The lavender field is large. I think it must be very beautiful and full of lavender scent in summer. We walked around the small Forrest near the hotel after the breakfast. It is beautiful and silent. さらに表示

Highland Furano is a very clean hotel, however it does not have their own bathroom in hotel room. All the guests will require to shower at public onsen, separate ladies and gents. Hence, if you are going with your family, be prepare to shy and laugh before enter into onsen. さらに表示
