すごく良い
平湯の湯元だけあって温泉の質、バラエティとも素晴らしい。同行者は大きな子供ではなく年配の身障者（車いす必須）であったが、身障者用シャワー椅子の手配、家族風呂の手配など従業員の心配りは素晴らしい。難点は部屋が古い為温泉独特の臭いと湿気が強いこと。カーテンなど室内布ものの頻繁な洗濯などが望ましい。 さらに表示

Awful place. Not as respreented in both rating (4 star) and location. Hotel/onsen is dirty, old, very poor condition. Defintely not a 4 star as rated. we expected highend accomodations. It was not even a 2 star. Location was a disaster. Represented to be in Takayama. It is not even close to the city of Takayama. It cost us over $100 US for a taxi from train station to hotel. $15 each on bus to return. We lieft after the 1st nite. Don;t stay here; bad beyond belief!! さらに表示

It is a very good hotel. The spa is good. The spa is above the average. However, the air condition was bad, we needed to open the window. The hotel is located adjacent to the highway. you will count the no. of car passing if you open the window. さらに表示

酒店有兩層溫泉,每到凌晨會調換男跟女的,可讓住客能享受每個溫泉的風景, 服務員亦懂得英文, 溝通很方便, 這次住的是西式加日式房, 房間極大, 加上景觀優美, 下次有機會會再住這酒店. さらに表示
