利用した日はちょうど台風が直撃した日で、交通機関のダイヤが乱れていた。ダイヤ運休でたどり着けなかった場合のキャンセル料の有無等の質問もあり電話で問い合わせたところ、とても誠実で優しい対応をしてもらって安心した。ようやく宿に着いた時、電話と同じ人が受付対応ですぐに話して打ち解けた。ベッドも部屋も清潔で静かでよく休めた。 さらに表示

全体的には清潔な施設で、スタッフの方の応対も親切で不安を感じる所はありませんでした。ただ、上階の客室フロアには下水のようなニオイが上がってきていて、客室内にも充満しており、ずっとそのニオイが鼻につき気になりました。それが無ければ、良い施設でした。 さらに表示

Stayed in many hostels and this is one of my favourites! Close to the station, making it easy to travel onwards by JR rail or to Miyajimacho. Hostel staff speak excellent English and have a lot of knowledge. Room was comfortable and clean, I stayed in a room of 4 female dormitory and we had our own toilet amongst the four of us. There was a lovely kitchen/ lounge area and really felt like home. Food is convenient and plentiful nearby. Room is cheap too. さらに表示

The room that I was given was comfy . Tatami style . Indoor toilet but outdoor bathroom but still ok. Place were hidden way back but then after we found the place , we use short cuts to go to the station which took about 10mins walk . staff is friendly and even introduce us to local food . さらに表示

Stayed as a couple for two nights. Stayed in a room with a private bathroom but we did also use the shared bathrooms and they were not bad. The room smelled and looked old but was clean and had fresh sheets. The private bathroom has a regular toilet, the shared toilets were equipped with the newer automated bidets. The staff were nice and friendly and fluent in English. Hostel is a really short walk from Hiroshima Station as well as several convenience stores and restaurants. Very comfortable hostel, love the tatami bedroom! Although our room do not have an attached shower room, there is an attached toilet and basin in the room, very convenient and good. There are 3 shared shower rooms in the hostel, not crowded. The tatami bed is comfortable and cosy and clean, the room is sufficiently big. The location of the hostel is perfect, just 3-5min walk to the train station. Although the hostel is beside the train track and can hear the train sound now and then, the train sound is not disturbing when the windows are closed. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, facilities, and there are washing machines on the rooftop as well. Convenient stores are just 1 min walk from the hostel. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe. The front desk staffs are nice, friendly and helpful! Thank you for the comfortable stay! I would choose to stay at Hana Hostel again if i come back to Hiroshima! さらに表示

There are stain in my bedsheet and the shared bathroom which in the dormitory room. The staff was kind and very helpful though. I got new bedsheet replacement after talked to the front staff about it. さらに表示

Pro's: Good location near station. very informative staff. they have elevator & facility for baggage storage. decent social atmosphere. Con's: Their shower is super dingy, probably the smallest one i have ever seen. not ideal if you are a person with heavy built. さらに表示

Everything was good besides the small room and toilet size and the cleanliness of the place. Staffs were friendly and speak English. Location was conveniently located, 5-10min walk to nearest convenient store and Hiroshima JR station. The size of the room was really cramped and small. We had 2 luggages. After we open both our luggages, there were absolutely no space left to walk. The toilet was also very cramp. On the first day when we arrived, we found some hair strands under our pillow that does not belong to us. Makes us wonder if the sheets were changed :/ For the price we paid, we closed an eye and considered that acceptable. It was afterall, a hostel :) ! Thank you!! さらに表示

The hostel's location is not far from JR Hiroshima Station. We had the double room with private bathroom. The bathroom is pretty small. Quite standard size in Japan's home apparently. Had the same small sized bathroom at the another apartment we're staying as well. The front desk staff is very nice and helpful. She helps our numerous questions about visiting Hiroshima :). Price wise, it's value for money in Hiroshima considering the location and what the hostel provides. Some reviewers complained about the train noise but we just slept like babies! I was more disturbed by travel partner's snoring than the train's noise... さらに表示

I have a pleasant stay despite what others feedback about the noise. I stay in an ensuite Japanese twin room with window facing JR train station. There's 2+1 layer of insulation and I even overslept until 8am! Anyway, they give patron free earplugs, but I Found Them unnecessary. Room size is adequate for two people, with sufficient space for luggage. But the toilet did not have any bidet. The hostel is located in a quiet part of Hiroshima, and can be rather dark at night. After 10pm, you will need a password to enter as the staffs retired. They have a common kitchen, with free tea and coffee supply, along with general utensil, and though the utensils may have seen much better time, I ain't complaining. If you need anything thing from supermarket, there's one inside JR Hiroshima station basement. さらに表示

I only stayed one night at Hana Hostel, but prior to that, they quickly responded to my inquiries on room changes (i.e. from a Western Double to a Japanese Twin room). The location is quite near the Hiroshima station, just a few minutes of walking. The Japanese twin room we stayed in is clean and smells of tatami mats. It's comfortable for 2-3 people. The futon was folded and laundered. The staff accommodated our request even past the counter hours (we needed an extra towel). We expected the bathroom to be tiny, so that wasn't really a problem. It might be difficult for taller people to maneuver around though.) Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. A bonus was the fact that the staff speak English very well.
