すごく良い
上高地ハイキングに、小学生の子供3人連れて行った帰りに使用しました。 入り口はそれほどおおきくはない雰囲気でしたが中はそこそこ広く、雰囲気もまあまあでした。お部屋が広くすごく新しいわけではないですけど、充分でした。 食事は地元の料理がメインでおいしかったです。お風呂も露天風呂があり、濁りゆでとても最高でした。 さらに表示

The place is easy to find and the onsen are great!!! Love the outdoor onsen and the rooms are big with a view of the mountains in the distance. The food was great but the ventilation is not that good with the smell clinging to your clothing after meals. The futon is thin and we had to put double layer to be more comfortable. The private breakfast and dinner was beautiful, private onsen was perfect with snow, room was very good and big with "tatami", staff were polite, english and mandarin can work too, 2 mins walk from bus stop, a perfect hotel for a relaxing holiday. can see the hotel is old but well maintained, nothing can complain, definitely come back again. さらに表示

this is the second time i come back to this Ryokan, i really love this ryokan very much, it is just few minutes walking distance from the bus station, we have enjoy a very calm and silent and peaceful night right here, they have almost everything we need, a wonderful dinner with Hida beef, an indoor and outdoor hot spring which are not crowded at all, they have a convenient shop just few step away. the room are spacious and cosy enough, this is the best hotel i had in japan さらに表示

Hotel is in the middle of mountain with great mountain View 360. Great onsen onside. Breakfast and dinner also very nice. Recommend to book the room with Breakfast and dinner if not you may difficult to find food outside during freezing winter. さらに表示

The hotel is in the beautiful mountains view. There is a lot of ski resorts nearby. This beautiful onsen town in winter is very cold (-10C ) so recommended very one buy the dinner because to cold to walk to find food outside the hotel. さらに表示

In-room facilities are a bit old, especially the toilet. Overall the room is comfortable though. Private hotspring is not guaranteed, reservation is required. It was full in one of my two-night-stay. Breakfast and dinner are of average quality, but the portion is really big. さらに表示

The hotel is beautifully decorated and neatly organized. Very limit staff with English skill but standard service was provided. However, the place is filled with a pre-book tour group in which are very inconsiderate of other guests. Making loud noise, using onsen in inappropriate manner with towels soak and rewash into the hot public bath. Speaking and shouting everywhere they go while slamming the door without regarding that the place is old and made of thin woods between rooms. This was my first ryokan experience, and I enjoyed it very much. The ryokan is just a block or so away from the bus station, and although I nearly walked past it, one of the kind older gentlemen who work there found me (as they were expecting me at my scheduled check-in) and immediately took my luggage and led me to the facility. The room was spacious and lovely, the food was amazing, and the service was great. The young woman who took care of me and made sure to explain how dining works, how the onsen baths work, etc despite my lack of Japanese and her lack of English. The onsen bath area was simple but quite relaxing, and there were only a couple of other women there each night. The view of the Japanese alps were lovely, and thoroughly enjoyed my short stay in the Hirayu-Onsen area. To get there, you can take a bus from the Nohi bus station I believe, heading for Hirayu-Onsen. When you get off at Hirayu-Onsen bus station, make your way to the left. From the moment we arrived till leaving, we were all taken care of by friendly welcing staff. The Japanese room was spacious for 4 of us. The out of expectation breakfast and dinner were delicious. The outdoor onsen is tranquil day and night. It was a value for money and luxurious stay. さらに表示

We stayed for 2 nights in Dec 2018...2 families with young children. Hotel was very nice to pre-assign us 2 rooms next to each other. Reception was warm and they were expecting us! Food and services and the onsen was great especially. I can't wait to be back. さらに表示

Stayed a night here for 4A & 4C. 1) Location : It is not located at the centre of Takayama actually. You need to take another 1 hour bus to travel to Hirayu Onsen in order to get to this hotel. However, the location is near to the bus terminal at Hirayu Onsen and it take about 4-5 mins walk to the hotel 2) Room size is good and very spacious, futons were transfered to tatami beds when we return from dinner. Yukata for adults and kids were provided 3) Front desk staff are very friendly and always smile on their face. They speak a little English but basically communication is not the problem 4) Dinner & Breakfast – Very good! The full set of Shabu shabu dinner served with Hida Beef was delicious and with lot of variety! Love the sashimi which is very fresh and tasty too. 5) The outdoor onsen is excellent! When we were there, the temperature outside were drop to -9 degree and snow heavily. Soaking is the hot spring with admired the snow is one of the best things to enjoy life ever!! さらに表示

We were 2 families with 5 kids ranging from 7-13 years old. We booked the Japanese family room and it was so spacious! I was particularly impressed that the Front Desk Manager was expecting us and came out to welcome us by our names! everything was great abt this hotel....will want to go back again if possible. this hotel located just a few minutes walk from the bus station, their food are impressive!! All of us are very satisfied and fulfill especially the dinner we had with Hida Wagyu beef, it is so so so so tasty. Their outdoor onsen are great too!! we are very enjoy, staying for a night only but went to 3times for the onsen! and their room also spacious enough, this is my smart choice chosen to stay in this ryokan!! さらに表示
