Niseko is very expensive so there is a reason this hotel isn’t. It’s dingy and loud and not the cleanest. The rooms are heated with Kerosene so be careful if you have any sort of sensitivity. さらに表示
We had a very unpleasant surprise with that journey
The room was not in good condition for sleeping , there was big hole in the wall, all the others walls were moistured, the floor was pretty dirty too.
We didn't risk sleeping in the bed without clothing
I wanted to discuss with the staff responsible, but they did not want to argue, or trying to find another solution. The staff just told me that it was under renovation. And the toilet smelled very bad.
Very very disappointed for the both of us.
