部屋でwifiが使え、コンセントも近かったので、不便なことはなかった。 バスルームが男女１個ずつしかなかったので、混んだら大変だと思っなのと、脱衣所が狭く、身体の大きい人はあちこちぶつけると思う笑 脱衣所のドアに隙間があったので、廊下から見えないように改善が必要だと感じた。 さらに表示

This hotel is a 3 min walk from Shin-okubo station. When you want to go to and from the airport, this is accessible and you just had to change train in shinjuku. No need to get out and you can use the same NEX ticket. Make sure to buy round trip since this is cheaper. I lost my phone in Asakuza shrine and the hotel staff helped me in coordinating to the police. Even when I'm back in the Philippines, they helped me get my phone from the police station and send it thru courier. I'm really super thankful for their help. Special mention to the receptionist Mariz and to her friend Melody. They are Pinays as well, so it felt home talking to them and they are extremely helpful. さらに表示

If you will visit Tokyo, Japan - Holiday View Inn is highly recommended. The location is near to 2 station Okubo and /Shin Okubo. Both are walking distance. The staff, Glen and Shiela are the best. So courteous, very helpful and always ready for help. The place has free pocket wifi to use, also there's laundry washing machine and dryer to use on the 4th floor. It's walking distance in Korean Town where all the eateries can be found. Their rooms and bathrooms were clean everyday, さらに表示

The staff is friendly and helpful but not always there at the check in. However a phone number is provided so one can easily call them and ask about things. Location is good, being near a train station. However, there is hardly any place to sit and get to know other guests as there's just two small tables in front of reception. Everything is okay. The only downside is that our room was located directly next to the reception area and it was quite noisy with people talking at night. Seems like there wasn't really any rules about being quiet at a certain time. Another odd thing is that one of the male shower room is literally at the reception area, which can be quite awkward. さらに表示

Location is 200m from JR Okubo station or 500m from JR ShinOkubo station. From Okubo station (Chuo/Sobu local line), go south exit, find Family Mart, go right, turn on the 2nd left, you will find Holiday View Inn on your left side-look for the eye catching banner. The 8bed dorm is more spacious than other hostel i ever stay in Japan, and it has private toilet. Small cozy kitchen available in 4th floor and coin laundry is available at the balcony. Ivy, Marrise, and Glen was very helpful during my stay. Especially Ivy, she helped a lot with my left luggage problem. さらに表示

Easy to locate, staff was accommodating, room wifi is allowed to be brought outside for the duration of the stay, overall room/inn facilities are good. Allowed overnight baggage storage. Room kettle was not clean but was provided a new one upon request. さらに表示

The president is very kind and hospitable! He welcomed me with food and drink. :) It is located near JR Shin-Okubo Station. The place is very clean and the bedrooms spacious. But on 2nd floor the ladies toilet door has no lock, it would be much preferred if they install one. There is no elevator either. But the price is quite good for a solo traveler. The check-in counter should be manned more frequently. Will stay here again in the future! :) さらに表示

The rooms are ok but the kitchen was on the upper floor and it was dirty all the time. Bathroom options are not good and you have to get out of the building to find the reception if they locate you at the building next door. さらに表示

Good location, only a few mins walk from the train station. Overall our stay there was average. The service need to be improved. One good point is we only have to share kitchen, shower room and the toilet with the guests from the another room. The room was also spacious and clean. さらに表示
