My friend and I will be traveling throughout Asia for 3 months so we were looking for an accommodation that was budget friendly and also clean. This place is absolutely perfect. So much so that we extended our stay in Kyoto for 2 extra nights. The kitchenette, washing machine machine and outside patio were just icing on the cake. I would highly recommend to anyone. さらに表示

Room was new and spacious. Very clean. It was winter and room and bathroom were very well heated. Super clean with very useful laundry and drying facility in bathroom. Close to buses that take you everywhere on the one day pass. さらに表示

Our first time in Kyoto, and we didnt have a hard time finding the guesthouse. The instructions on how to find the place after booking was clear. It is very near bus stops. It is also just 5 minutes to Kiyomizudera Shrine. I loved that it had a washing machine and an effective clothes dryer in the bathroom. Very clean, too! さらに表示

Wonderful stay in a quiet residential location. Staff was very helpful and responsive to my email inquiries and requests. Equipment worked well as described : mini fridge, microwave, ac/heater overhead unit, tv, pc, hair dryer, clothes washer and dryer (in the shower), rented utensils and dishware/cookware. Be aware that no condiments are available. It is a very basic set up, but complete and a great value, especially for Kyoto, close to bus station. さらに表示

Don't stay late if you're not willing to walk nor ride a taxi cab. But overall it was a perfect place for me since it is near they bus stop, police station, fire station & mini grocery. I would choose this place again when I come back. So lovely😍 さらに表示

This is my second time staying here. Easy check in process. Seems like studio apartment. Big separate bathroom & toilet. Small cooking space, microwave oven, refrigerator & machine machine. The most important thing I must experience in my travels is to live like a local--and that's what I did during my stay here. Since the property is close to bus stops and train stations, visiting tourist attractions is very easy. Also, the property is inside a quiet neighborhood, so I can stroll around or go to the nearest convenience store for food (even at night!) The only problem I encountered was the phone we use to call their staff. During my 2 nights' stay, I only saw their personnel present once. And then when I need their help, I can't call them because their phone was broken at that time. But other than that, I enjoyed my stay. I actually had a quick grocery run to buy detergent and then did the laundry before moving to the next hotel I booked the day after. A word of advice to the staff members, please be present during the day. It's good customer service for guests to see your presence there. さらに表示

Arriving in Kyoto around 12 noon, I happened to meet the staff who cleaned the room. She was very beautiful and kind. The bathroom is wet and dry and has a drying function. The hotel is very close to Kiyomizu-dera Temple and there is a convenience store nearby. Later, Kyoto will choose this one. さらに表示

優點：設施很棒，尤其是可以洗衣乾衣，對長住的人超級方便，走幾十步就有公車站而且車很好等去哪都便利 缺點：員工永遠不在問問題要透過門口對講機，幸好對方是中英日文皆通。 床下有小小垃圾，清潔可以更用心。 電視一開始不能看，把電視卡插拔好幾次才OK さらに表示
