Small rooms with modern decor. Bed and pillow a little hard. Fabulous little amenities pack in room with face mask, body scrub, bath salts etc. a really nice touch. Very safe- single women only floor. Highly recommend. さらに表示

I was surprised to see the size of the beds in our twin singles. The room can easily sleep two average sized adults and two small children. Check out was a breeze - just drop your card key in boxes in the lobby or ground floor entrance. Check-in and check-out times are inflexible though - the case with most business hotels in Japan. You have to check-in only after 3pm and check-out before 10am. Between 10-3pm you can't stay in your room even if you are not checking out for the day - they do cleaning at this time. The room is tiny, but clean. The beds are very firm, but we thought they were quite comfortable. We really enjoy the breakfast - usually includes a type of fish, rice, eggs, miso soup, rolls, yogurt, coffee, tea, etc. Unfortunately he staff at the front desk on these two days were not very kind nor amenable. さらに表示
